Double Identity
From backstage, a girl looked at herself in the mirror. Taking off her glasses, she smiled at her own reflection. Happy with her look, she got off her chair and toward the stage. Before she left the room, she whispered, “its show time.”
“Here comes the moment that everyone’s waiting for. Everyone, give it up for Ai!” With that announcement, everyone in the crowd went wild and started screaming and shouting.
The bright lights shined at the stage and a beautiful girl with long black hair came out. “How’s everyone tonight? Hope everyone enjoys this song and have fun,” Ai shouted at the mic. With that, the music started playing.
Have u ever have to lie to anyone before
To live a life full with lie
To hide your true identity from everyone
And hold it in till u die
To pretend to be someone else
Feels like your heart is stabbed by a knife

The crowd started cheering on when Ai started to play a solo guitar part. In the crowd, there was a group of high school students dancing with the song. One of the students was a boy known as the most popular kid in school. None other than the one and only Inuyasha and his slutty girlfriend kikyo. There was also Miroku and the rest of his patsy group.
The song went on for another minute before ending. Ai waved at the audience and left the stage with loud screams being heard. When Ai got back in the room, there was a long hair girl already waiting for her.
“Nice job out there Kagome.” The girl smiled at her friend.
“Thanks Sango.” Kagome replied back to her as she grabbed her stuff to leave. “Now let’s go, I swear I saw Inuyasha and his huge group out there and I don’t want to deal with them. Besides, we have school tomorrow.” With that said, Kagome dragged Sango to their car and went off to their house.
~~~Next morning~~~
“Wake up Kagome, it’s time for school.” Sango tried shaking her friend to wake her up
“hummm.. How everyone? I love u all.” Kagome mumbled in her dream. Sango stared at Kagome with a weird face at first, and then she went up to Kagome’s ear and screamed:
“WAKE UP NOWWW!!!!!!!!”
Kagome sat straight up really fast with wide eyes. “Wat was that for?” Kagome shouted at Sango with mad eyes. “Hurry up or u’ll be late.” Sango said and left the room for Kagome to change.
After 10 minutes later, Kagome came down with a black shirt with baggy jeans. Her hair was tied up high and was wearing her huge glasses. Sango was wearing something similar like Kagome but her hair was down and was also wearing glasses.
Kagome grabbed the car key and left with Sango to go to Shikon High School. Also, to them known as, the school of hell.
‘O, I totally forgot to introduce myself. Hi, my name is Higarashi Kagome and the girl next to me is my best friend Sango. I have a double identity. Basically, I live a double life. At night, I go to concerts known as Ai, the popular singer for teens. However, when I’m as Kagome, well…,that’s another story.’
When they arrived there, they walked to their locker but were blocked by none other than Kikyo and her stupid little slut friends. “Well look who we have here. The geek and the nerd.” The group laughed at them as they walked pass Kikyo.
‘Yep, u guessed it. We’re known as the geek and the nerd. Sigh, sometimes, I just want to stay as Ai and forget about Kagome. I guess this is how it is living with double identity.’
