Kagome and Sango at silent in the hotsprings. "sango?" Kagome asked quietly "what am i good for?"
Sango looked at Kagome. "don't listen to a word that mutt says!"
Kagome thought over the morning's events.
*flashback*
"What the hell are you good for?! you can't fight! you can't protect yourself! you really are good-for-nothing!!" Inuyasha yelled at Kagome.
Kagome lowers her head.
Sango runs inbetween them. "enough Inuyasha!" she looks at him with firery eyes. "come on Kagome. Let's go to the hotspring."
Kagome nods and walks away without saying a word.
Sango turns back to inuyasha. "you should be ashamed of yourself." she spat out, then runs after Kagome.
*End Flashback*
"if you ask me he's just acting like a dick!"
Kagome lightly laughed. Sango always found a way to cheer Kagome up. She didn't know how but she just did.
Sango took the laugh as a good sign. "you're not good-for-nothing. You good at archery. you can find the jewel shards. You can sense demonic auras. You can purify things and you can even use some of your miko powers."
Kagome smiled. she then looked at Sango. "sango? Teach me to fight."
"wha-?"
"i want to learn how to fight! and i won't stop until beat you!" Kagome was suddenly filled with energy.
When Sango took in all this she let out alittle laugh. "YOU beat ME?" she asked.
Kagome raised an eyebrow. "you don't think i could?" she asked.
"kagome think about it-"
Kagome cut her off. "how about we put it to the test!"
