Ok my friend kinda begged me to write this story so here it is. She had wrote some of it already and i picked up from there. This is another one shot. Every since I tried to make that one chapter story... *sighs* Im just stickin to one shots right now. Read and Enjoy!

Fire of Lust Forever in my Heart


“Watch out Kagome!”

Inuyasha ran over and caught Kagome, setting her down away from Naraku.

“Thanks Inuyasha, but if I’m going to purify him I need to get closer. Not further away.”

“Alright get on my back.”

Inuyasha squatted down so she could, and began to charge towards Naraku dodging his attacks.

“Now Kagome! Do it now!”

Inuyasha gave the command and Kagome shot her arrow of power at Naraku. It weakened him, but she wasn’t strong enough to do it herself.

“Inuyasha I can’t do it alone. The only other person who can is... Inuyasha, Look! It’s Kikyou!”

Kagome pointed to the right side of Naraku. There was Kikiyou, trying to purify Naraku. But like Kagome she couldn’t do it alone, she needed help.

“Inuyasha, take me to the other side of Naraku. Quick! Before he sees us.”

Inuyasha ran over to the other side of their enemy and thought to himself before Kagome shot her arrow, ‘You can do it Kagome... Now FIRE!’ She and Kikiyou both fired at the same time, both arrows hitting their target. Naraku screamed in pain as his body turned to dust in the wind.

Kagome hopped down off of Inuyasha’s back, both watching the dead miko dieing once again. Kikiyou sank to the ground holding her heart, and Inuyasha ran to her side. Bring her into an embrase he heard her tell him with her dieing words.

“Inuyasha, I can now finally rest in peace. My soul no longer carries hate.”

Inuyasha knew he would never see her again, but couldn’t find anything to say.

“Kikiyou...” But she cut him off.

“Inuyasha... take care of her. She loves you like I could never. Show her your love as well.”

With those last words, Kikyou died. Kagome, who had been standing just far back enough to see their actions but not hear their words, was gaining the rest of her soul back. When she opened her eyes, she saw Kikiyou, just like Naraku, turn to dust in the wind.

Inuyasha was left sitting on the cold ground. Kagome felt sadden. She had never really liked Kikiyou, she always was trying to take Inuyasha away from her. But she never wanted her dead; because she knew the heart ach it would cause Inuyasha. She walked up to him and placed her small hand on his shoulder. Inuyasha froze when she did, then jolted up and ran.

‘I knew it. He loved her so much... that there’s still no place for me in his heart.’ She then dropped to her knees and cried. Miroku and Sango, who had also been fighting to keep Naraku’s attention on them walked up to her. Sango came down to wrap a loving arm around the girl she thought of as a sister, to comfort her.

“Let’s go back to the village Kagome... It’ll be alright.”

Came her soothing voice. Kagome nodded and stood up, walking over to Kelala with Sango and Miroku. Kelala took to the skies, and they were on their way home.

Over the next two days Kagome didn’t eat or sleep. She just sat in the corner and cried. On the third day, Kagome got a visit from Kouga.

“So how about it? You wanna come stay with me?”

Kouga was wanting her to come to be his mate, but she wasn’t going for that.

“Alright I’ll come but only on one condition. I get cooked meat.”

Kouga smiled, thinking she had finally decided to become his.

“And Kouga... I’m coming as a friend; I’m not your women... Were just friends.”

Kouga sighed, “Alright. Well now that that’s settled. Is there anything you need to bring?”

Kagome thought for a moment.

“No but I need to tell everyone where I’m going.” With that she ran inside to find Sango.

“Sango, I’m going to stay with Kouga a few days ok? I’ll be back soon. I just need to get away for a little while is all.”

“Ok Kagome. Would you like me to tell the others where you’ll be?” Sango asked.

Kagome looked to the floor.

“No. Don’t tell Inuyasha or Miroku. That is if Inuyasha ever comes back... If he does, tell him I’ve went to stay with some one he hates,”

Sango didn’t miss the hurt in her voice and simply agreed.

“Alright Kagome... Be careful.”

“Kouga! Your back!” Niku, one of the pack members yelled.

“And you’ve brought Miss Kagome with you!” Arin, another pack member added.

“Yeah, she’s going to stay with us for a week, maybe two.” Kouga said coolly in front of his pack members.

“Would you like something to eat Miss Kagome?” Arin asked.

“Yes please, that sounds wonderful,” Kagome said quietly.

Kagome was standing looking out into the horizon, the breeze blowing her black satin hair. ‘Please Inuyasha, please come for me. I need y..’ Her thoughts were interrupted by Kouga.

“You still waitin for mutt face to come and get ya huh? Well as long as I’ve known Inuyasha, if he hasn’t came for you yet... he won’t be anytime soon. So just forget about him.”

Kagome’s sad eyes still watched the horizon, and she said barley above a whisper.

“I can’t” Kagome turned to look around her.

“Kouga? Do you fill as if someone’s watching?”

“No I don’t my love.”

Kouga knew there was someone there, and he knew who to. Now was his chance to show that mutt face just how much this women cared for him.

“Stop saying that! Just because I’m here doesn’t mean I love you! It’s like Inuyasha and me. He doesn’t love me he loves Kikiyou. He only wants to protect me.”

"I disagree Kagome, I love do love you,” Kouga kept on pushing it.

“Okay yeah, but only as a friend. Like I love Miroku and Shippo and Sango. Either way I win this argument.”

Kouga cocked his head and grinned, “I understand now. After all this time of trying to figure out why you wouldn’t have me, it’s the only thing I can’t beat.”

Kouga wasn’t stupid, he knew why. He was just trying to show dog breathe what he didn’t know.

“To you only I’ll admit this, I know who you love. It’s been clear all this time, but I just didn’t notice. Don’t try to deny it, if I asked those others you travel with they would agree... You’re in love with Inuyasha.”

“What? I... I am not!” She turned red with denial, and then went on.

“I can’t love Inuyasha, he loves Kikiyou.”

Kouga pointed to the bushes.

“Inuyasha! Come out! I knew you were there you have been since the beginning of this conversation.”

There was a soft rustle from the bushes and out stepped Inuyasha. Kagome’s eyes were widened with shock.

“Inuyasha... I just... I didn’t...”

Pain stricken and heart broken, Kagome turned and ran. ‘I can’t stop now, now that he knows the truth. It would cause hard fillings between us if I stayed.’ Once she reached the well she jumped inside, and the light blue shades of color consumed her as she traveled back to her time.

“How could you Kouga? You knew I was there and you kept provoking her?” Inuyasha questioned.

“Well at least now you know the truth,”

‘I know what she said, but she didn’t actually admit it. She didn’t say it...’ Inuyasha was looking down deep in thought. ‘Oh why kid yourself?’ A voice shouted in his mind. ‘She just as good admitted it.’ ‘But what should I do? All this time she’s been there... Right by my side. She could have died any day, and I was always running after Kikiyou. How could I even face her now? After all this time of casing Kikiyou...’ Inuyasha sighed and turned to walk away.

“Inuyasha do you want her? If not I do,” Kouga said.

“Kouga!” Inuyasha screamed.

“You will not touch her! Even if I didn’t want her.”

“So that’s a yes?” Kouga asked.

“I want her more than anything. But does she still want me?”

((Ok this is where i started writing!))

Kouga smirked, “Only one way to find out now.”

Inuyasha just stared on in confusion. This was his enemy. Why was he helping him get Kagome back? And when did he ever have her?

“Why are you doing this? What benefit is this for you?”

Kouga turned to walk away and called over his shoulder.

“Kagome’s a good women... she’s helped me out and my clan many times,”

He turned just enough so that Inuyasha seen his face.

“I just want to see her happy...” Kouga threw up his hand and yelled, “Cya Mutt Face!” As he speed off in a whirl wind.

Inuyasha was deep in thought on his way to the well. ‘Does Kagome really fill that way? Will she forgive me for all the pain I’ve caused her? And... Will she even want to be mine? Now that Naraku is dead and Kikiyou is resting in peace... It’s safe and I’m ready to be with her. But I may have lost that chance.’

Then what Kouga had said came back to mind. ‘Only one way to find out.’ With all the thinking he had done, Inuyasha had made it to the well. And with one shift motion, he was on his way to Kagome... his love.

When she had come home, no one else was there. So she was all alone, lying in her bed, and once again crying over Inuyasha.

“Inuyasha why? Why do you still love her? She tried to change you. Make you some one your not! She didn’t love you for you. If you would have used the Jewel... she would have been a free woman...” She sobbed into her pillow.

“She loved you for what you could bring her!” She clenched her fist, holding to her pillow tightly.

“Can’t you see?” She raised her voice letting out all her heart ach.

“I love you FOR YOU!” She hiccupped and was waiting for the coming silence to hit her ears.

“I know.”

She gasped. That voice... that was... that was Inyasha’s voice. She lifted her head to look to her window. There, with the wind blowing in to brush his hair so lightly and the sun setting behind him making it glow... stood Inuyasha.

“Inu...” She was breathless from crying and couldn’t say his name. Inuyasha smiled sadly

“Kagome... Kagome I’m... I’m so sorry... sorry for hurting you. I know everything you say is true. She only did love me for what I could bring her.” He paused, and Kagome was shocked.

“I hope... the last thing you said... does it still stand?”

He had come over to the edge of her bed and sat in a crouching position. Kagome could only stare at him with her tear stained face. Inuyasha took this opportunity to go on.

“I wanted to see Kikiyou happy... that’s all. She may not have loved me for me, but she did care... I cared for her too...”

His eyes were cast down to Kagome’s pink carpet. Finally finding her voice, Kagome spoke in a low tone.

“You... you didn’t love her?”

Inuyasha shook his head.

“No I didn’t... I care for her.”

His gaze was still downward while he said this and Kagome’s gaze on him.

“I cared for her... I love you... Kagome.”

He looked up to see her head ducked, and to the smell of her tears most likely falling. He didn’t know weather she was happy or sad. Were these happy tears? Or had she moved on?

“Ka...”

“Do you mean it?”

He was cut off by her question. He smiled, although she couldn’t see, and moved up on the bed to sit next to her.

“Kagome... look at me.”

He placed his thumb and index finger on her chin and brought her head up to look at him.

“Kagome I mean it... I love you. I always have and always will.”

Kagome smiled through her tears.

“Oh Inuyasha.”

She then threw herself into his arms, no longer crying. Inuyasha wasted no time to hold her close.

”So will you Kagome? Will you stay with me? ... Be my mate...”

His words were spoken softly to her. She was quite for a few minutes, and this worried him. His worrying was put to an end though, when she did speak up.

“Mate? As in... for life?”

He gave a small laugh.

“Yeah, for life. Me and you?”

He held her more tightly, while awaiting his answer.

“Yeah, you and me...”

Inuyasha was to happy to put into words, but he had to be sure. He pulled away to look down into her chocolate eyes.

“You’re sure? This is what you want.”

She nodded, “Yes. I want this. I want to be with you.”

He gave her his cocky grin, and slowly pulled her in for their first kiss. He started lightly brushing her lips with his own, and then he soon added a little pressure. Getting his nerve up, he brushed his tongue against her lips shyly, trying to get her to open up for him.

Kagome at first wasn’t sure. They, or rather he, had just started the kiss a moment ago. Giving in to both her want and desire, she gave him access into her mouth. They immediately started a battle of the tongues. Both fighting for dominance.

She could have lasted longer, if it weren’t for the need of air in her lungs. Kagome pulled away gasping for oxygen, Inuyasha had won this battle. He too though, was breathing rapidly to fill air in his lungs. He looked down at Kagome and chuckled.

Her cheeks were on fire from the lack of oxygen, he supposed his were to. She looked up when she heard his chuckle, giving him a smile.

“So?” He asked in his cocky voice.

“So what?” She asked back knowing actually what he meant. With his eyes glowing playfully, he smirked.

“How was your first kiss?”

She laughed softly, and crawled up to straddle his lap.

“Hmmm, I don’t know... It was kind of slobbery,” she joked.

Inuyasha gave his “Ha ha ha very funny laugh, and she grinned.

“I thought so,” she teased.

“You know, if you didn’t like it... we might just have to try again.” Inuyasha gave her that mischievous look he sometimes gets.

“You think so huh? Well I did say it was slobbery,” she hinted.

Inuyasha reacted to the hint quickly, and Kagome was pulled straight into another battle of the tongues. This time Inuyasha slowly lowered her to her back. She was now lying on her back with him lying on top of her.

Gaining in some more courage, Inuyasha’s hand began to ease its way up her shirt. They both paused into the kiss, with Inuyasha’s hand right below her breast. After some moments of the two both doing nothing, Inuyasha went to pull his hand back. It was then Kagome broke their lips apart.

“It’s ok,” she said in a meek voice.

“You’re sure?” Inuyasha didn’t want to do anything she wasn’t ready for.

With her nod, he moved his hand up to cup one of her breast hidden under her shirt and bra. He was watching her intently, looking for any signs that would show she wasn’t ready to go any further. He found none; all she did was smile and pull him down for another lip lock.

He placed his elbow by her head to keep most of his weight off her, using his free hand to genteelly caress her face. While the hand that held her breast began to gently and playfully pinch her nipple. Grinning inside when she moaned.

Happy when her once soft nipple turned into a hard pebble from his ministrations. He rose up scooping his free arm under her back, bringing her with him. Both of his hands went down to the bottom of her shirt, he was still looking for anything that said she wasn’t ready. When he again found none, he broke away from their kiss only to bring her shirt over her head.

Once she was shirtless, their lips lock again. Now it was Kagome’s turn to get Inuyasha topless. Her small hands pushed the first and second layers of the fire rat cloth off. Inuyasha’s hands went up to rub Kagome’s bare breast, but there was yet another thing in his way.

He gave a low growl of frustration. It was that damned bra of hers. At hearing his growl, Kagome pulled away and giggled at his flustered look. Reaching behind her, she unhooked the clasps. Sliding the straps down her arms, she threw her bra somewhere to be forgotten.

Inuyasha now took his time gazing at her new shown skin. Grinning mischievously, he leaned forward cupping her B sized orbs, one in each hand. Then he placed his face into her cleavage growling playfully, while shaking his head back and forth.

He gently pushed her back, not laying on her fully this time. His torso was in between her legs and his mouth had already devoured one of her breast. While his other hand gave attention to the neglected one. Kagome’s moans and mews kept him going.

He barely nipped her sensitive nipple, causing her to arch up into him. He growled low enough in his chest so that it would provide her more pleasure. Kagome had her eyes shut tight. What she felt she didn’t think there was anything to compare.

“Inuyasha... mmm...”

Inuyasha was filled with pride at hearing her moan his name. He released her breast and kissed her lips before kissing his way down to the hem of her shirt. Kagome propped herself up on her elbows to look down at him.

“Inuyasha? You’re not gonna do... what I think you’re gonna do are you?”

He smirked, not saying a word and he bit down on the hem of her skirt, growling as he shook his head back and forth, like a puppy playing with a rag; discarding her of her skirt and panties all at once. Kagome’s eyes were wide, not believing what he was about to do.

Inuyasha only chuckled and began to move down to her black forest slowly just to tease her. When he was close enough for his warm breath to hit her, she flopped down and shivered. Inuyasha kissed her flower and then plunged his tongue deep into her pistil. With her moaning and mewing back to urge him on, he began to suckle her nectar, like a bee on a spring morning.

Kagome was holding tightly to her covers, trying not to scream out in pleasure. And she thought that some boob rub was awesome? She started to buck her hips up into him, but Inuyasha held them down.

He was aiming to bring her pleasure, and that’s what he was going to do. She reached down grasping his little fuzzy dog ears, holding him firming in place to assure he continued giving her this outstanding pleasure. However, he didn’t want to bring her to her peek just yet though. Sucking lightly on her hidden jewel one last time, before pulling away, much to Kagome’s disapproval, Inuyasha started making his way back up her body. Leaving small butterfly kisses as he went.

He now had both hands on both sides of her, and was leaning down to kiss her rosy lips. Kagome could taste herself on Inuyasha’s lips. Pulling away, Inuyasha whispered in her ear.

“Are you ready? Are you ready to become my mate Kagome?”

She had been traveling to the Feudal times for awhile now, and Kagome knew how demons mated. The males placed their mark or claim in the junction of the female’s neck and shoulder by biting them. Mating for demons was like marriage for humans. Except it was a much stronger bond. Once mated you were for life.

“Yeah, I’m ready.”

Getting up off her and the bed, he untied the slash to his pants. Letting them fall down to the ground to reveal his large staff. Kagome blushed; she also knew when the mark was placed on demons chosen. They placed their mark during love making. The mark would stay with their chosen for life.

‘It’s so... big,’ Kagome thought. Inuyasha chuckled at her blush and stare. Crawling back up to Kagome on the bed, she lay down and instinctively spread her legs. Inuyasha placed himself between her legs and took the breast that didn’t get suckled earlier into his mouth.

Kagome arched up into his erection, causing Inuyasha to let out a low growl. When he was finished giving her breast attention, he positioned himself at her entrance.

“Kagome,” he said calmingly.

“This may hurt.”

This he whispered as he drove his long shaft into her tight walls. Kagome let out a whimper and tears started to fall. She had known the first time for a girl always hurt. Inuyasha was being so gentle with her to; he paused and remained still inside her giving her time to adjust to his size.

When she began to squirm under him he took that as a sign that she was ready, and began to slowly rock his hips back and forth. Kagome wrapped her arms around his neck and back holding him close. He would pull his long shaft out to the head, and then lunch the rest back in her. Picking up his speed, he began driving in and out of her rapidly. Kagome tried to keep up with his thrusts with her own.

The collision of their bodies meeting brought them both extreme pleasures. Kagome had developed a butterfly filling in the pit of her stomach, while Inuyasha felt the pressure in his loins. Both were ready to climax. Inuyasha though, wanted Kagome to have her orgasm first, and he would hold out as long as it took.

Kagome closed her eyes tightly as her orgasm hit her, and she called out to her soon to be mate.

“Inu... Inuyasha!”

Seconds after her orgasm, Inuyasha bite down into the junction of her neck and shoulder while spilling his seed into her. It was over, they were mates for life. Inuyasha rolled over on his back bring Kagome on top of him. Both lay panting for a while before Kagome spoke up.

“That was... the best I’ve ever felt!”

Inuyasha chuckled, “Yeah, me to.”

Kagome looked down into Inuyasha’s eyes with wonder.

“Hmm what?” He asked confused.

“Are we really mates? Or is this just some wild dream?” she asked lowly.

Inuyasha smirked, “No, this isn’t a dream.”

Kagome smiled sleepy and closed her eyes happy that it was real.

“We’ll go back tomorrow. After we’ve washed up and gathered more supplies.”

Inuyasha said as he wrapped his arms around her small body tighter. Kagome only nodded sleepy and was soon off to dream land. Smiling gently, Inuyasha pulled the covers up over both of them. Inuyasha fell asleep with thoughts of what the future held for him and Kagome... his mate.
