“When Parents are right”
It was many years ago on a cold night when Malach lord of the Western lands (If you know Sesshomaru’s fathers real name please tell me ^_^) was having a meeting with Zion lord of the Southern lands about a marriage contract with his oldest son Sesshomaru and Zion’s only daughter Ember, who had bee born about a week before. “Ah yes I think an alliance between our great families will be beneficial to us both” Said Malach with a smile. Zion’s reply was a nod and a fleeting smile. “Your family agrees with the contract then?” “Yes they think that it would be easier on the ruling families if they were connected.” Malach had been promised that Ember’s dowry would be the Southern lands. Putting the South and the West together at long last.
“Sesshomaru will you come in here please?” Malach turns to face Zion speaking to him as Sesshomaru comes in “Its time the prince meets his betrothed do you not agree?” Sesshomaru looks to be about 5 years old but is in fact about 50. Even now he was expressionless and cold. Zion looks at Sesshomaru. ~He will be strong for my daughter. This will be a good match for the both of them.~ He nods respectfully at Sesshomaru and Sesshomaru does the same thing then Zion calls for Ember to be brought in. Zion runs a hand through his red hair standing only a few inches shorter then Malach. A beautiful cat demoness with red hair like her mate Zion walks in with a little bundle in her arms. She nods to both men her hair reach’s to her knees looking like raw silk.
On her forehead was a silver star with an arrow going through it. Malach and Zion nods their heads and Sesshomaru bows showing her respect. Ember makes a small noise bringing his attention to her instead of her mother who reminded him of his dead mother. He looks at the bundle that is Ember not a single emotion flashing in his eyes. Lira lifts the blanket showing Sesshomaru the baby that is his betrothed. She has cute fuzzy hair on her forehead is a silver star on her cheeks are jagged purple streaks bringing out her bright green eyes. She blinks at him curiously then looks back at her mother then back to Sesshomaru. She holds out her chubby little arms out to him asking him to hold her. He takes her from Lira and holds her against his chest supporting her head and neck.
As he is holding her she starts to make cute little cooing sounds at him in her own way she is holding a conversation with him. Making little cooing and whispery sounds. He just looks at her not saying anything just watching her. Without warning she throws her meal up all over him making him grimace at her. Ember laughs cutely at him and he hands her back to Lira. Malach looks at Sesshomaru and laughs loudly. “Son that is your first lesson in babies, they do that and think its funny. Even you did that a few times” He turns and looks at Ember. “May I hold her milady?” Lira hands over Ember slightly nervous since she is a new mother and a cat at that. Malach looks down at the little girl in his arms and smiles as she coos and “talks” to him like she had done to Sesshomaru.

Well that’s it for my first chapter. Tell me what do you think I hope you liked it. It was actually pretty fun to write since I was babysitting while I was writing it and I got the idea from the baby I was taking care of well thanks for reading and I’ll try to update once a week if not more so. I am going to try to get to at least 30 chapters more then likely less though. I'm sorry if its to short I'll try to make chapters longer anyways nigth night
