A Bus Stoirytirytale

Author's Note and the Summary:

Okay minna-san, I've been writing this fic since before I finished "Only in Dreams", and I have to admit, I kinda got sucked into my own story. No, I didn't stick myself in it, but I have to admit, a few (very few) details are based on personal experience. There are severointoints of view, mainly narrator (that's me!), Inuyasha, and Kagome. I will denote the POV shifts though, so don't worry!
So on to the summary!
The first two chapters are the prologue, basically introducing our two lovebirds. Don't let the first one fool you though, this is not a songfic, though it is heavily based on the Oldies Song "Bus Stop" by the Hollies.
So where does it all begin?

We start with Inuyasha Shingetsu, at 21 years old. His life is nothing like he had ever exptected it to be. His father disappeared eleven years ago, without a trace, and his Brother, Sesshomaru, follows suit when Inu is only thirteen. He is left alone to take care of his depressed mother, Shiori.
He has some help from the Houshi family, comprised of our lovable Miroku, his father, Mushin, his mother Faye (OC), and younger brother Shippo. Together with Sango as a bitchy waitress, they all run the Houshi family restaurant, the Fukai Mori.
But even though life has settled into a routine for everyone, Inu can't help but feel like he's going nowhere. He simply lihis his life from day to day, supporting himself and his mother by working two jobs, without a thought towards a life of his own.
Enter Kagome Higurashi.

Life hasn't been kind to our heroine either. Her ex-boyfriend Kouga, a rich spoiled only child has controlled her life for the past two years or so. After a rape attempt on her eighteenth birthday, she is coerced to sign a contract to keep her mouth shut. As a result, her license is suspended for two years.
After high school, Kagome finds she is left with no friends as the girls (Eri, Ayumi, and Yuri) have all gone to school out of state. Now nineteen, she's starting college and her first job.

One rainy day, their paths cross at a bus stop, and both of their worlds are turned upside down. Friendship becomes love, but not without a price...

So that's the jist, trust me, I explain EVERYTHING!!
Just so we're all clear, I don't hate Kouga, he just fit the role so well, so don't go flaming me for how he's portrayed. And while I"m at it, I should tell you, everyone is very very OOC, and there are a few random OC's, but they don't really have much to do with the plot.
There are no demons, no battles, but I drew heavily on the anime, manga, and art book using names, items, and far more twisted take on the relationship between Inuyasha and Kikyo.
Lot's of twists! An unexpected lemon in later chapters! And what's this? A fic where Naraku is NOT evil??!!

All poems quoted are my property,copyrighted, and I will report any plagarism, as they are my soul creative property! If you wanna use them, just ask! I probably won't say no!)
