I do not own any of the Inuyasha characters.

This is my first attempt at a fic. This could be a possible lemon and might also have yuri and yaio. If you don’t like this kind of stuff I suggest you don’t read the fanfic. Please don’t flame me if I decide to put this in here. I hope you enjoy.

Chapter one

The Soccer Game

Kagome had just begun college. She had a roommate named Sango, and they had been friends since they were old enough to talk. They were going to the University of the Arts in California.

Kagome and Sango were running late for their first class that day. Their alarm had malfunctioned, and the two girls were running around trying to get all their things ready. They were already late enough as it was.

“Kagome, have you seen my Arts I class book?” asked Sango.

“No, have you seen mine? Wait never mind. I just found them both.” Kagome replied.

“Well lets get going,” said Sango.

The two girls rushed out of the dormitory and ran down the hall. When they had made it to there classroom door they saw that there was no one in there.

“Where is everybody?” asked Kagome.

“You know what I just remembered? We don’t have any classes today. It’s one of those In-service days for the teachers,” replied Sango

“Well, lets go back up to our dormitory, or maybe we could go watch the soccer game the guys are playing in today.” Kagome said.

“That’s a great idea, I had totally forgotten that they had a soccer game today.”

Kagome was just standing there. She had gone off into her own little world.

“Well?” asked Sango.

“Oh, sorry, let’s head down there,” said Kagome.

Kagome was sort of mad at Sango for pulling her out of the daydream she had been having. It had been about Inuyasha. ‘God, he’s so hot. I hope that he asks me to the dance that’s going on at the club next week. Sango could go with Miroku.’ Kagome could never stay mad at Sango for long. They were as close as friends could be.

“Hey, Kagome, were just in time. The game has just started,” said Sango.

“Let’s go get a seat down there by the player’s bench,” said Kagome.

The game was going good so far. Their team was winning 3 to 1. Inuyasha, Miroku, Sesshoumaru, and Kouga were all in the game, and they were actually getting along. If there was one thing they could all agree on it was soccer.
The game finally ended, and the final score was Inuyasha’s team 4 and the visiting team 2. Sango and Kagome went over and started to talk with the guys.

“Inuyasha, they’re heading over this way. You should go ahead and ask Kagome. I’m going to ask Sango if she wants to go.” Miroku told Inuyasha before the two girls made it to them.

Inuyasha and Miroku turned to the two approaching girls came up to them.

“Hey guys! What’s going on? That was a really good game,” said Kagome.

“Sango, can I talk to you for a minute?” asked Miroku.

“Sure,” replied Sango.

Miroku took hold of Sango’s hand and dragged her away from Inuyasha and Kagome. Sango turned her head back and gave Kagome a, I have no clue what’s going on, look.

Miroku turned to Sango and asked her “Would you like to come to the dance with me at the club next week?”

“Yes, I’d love to go Miroku.” Sango said excitedly. She reached up and gave Miroku a little kiss on the cheek, and left him standing there open mouthed.

Meanwhile, Inuyasha and Kagome had been talking.

“Kagome, would you like to go to that dance with me at the club this weekend. Miroku just went and asked Sango. I would really like for you to go with me.” Inuyasha said.

Kagome replied excitedly, “I’d love to go with you Inuyasha. I was hoping that you would ask me.”

Kagome couldn’t believe that Inuyasha had just asked her to go to the dance. He had picked her over that pale, popular cheerleader, Kikyo. Kagome saw Sango approaching, she was so happy that she ran over to Sango and gave her a huge hug. After that, the two girls walked back to their dorm room.

The two girls had just finished explaining what had happened to both of them after the soccer game. They were sitting on the sofa, and had begun to watch a romantic movie. It was your basic romance movie, a guy and a girl fall in love but something happens before one of them gets to admit their feelings for the other.
Kagome had her head in Sango’s lap, and Sango was partially bent over because she was so caught up in the movie.

When the movie finally ended, they noticed how close they were to each other’s faces. Instead of backing their heads up, they leaned in toward one another and gave each other a small kiss. After this, they both backed their heads up and looked into each other’s eyes. Neither knowing what reaction to expect from the other.
