Shippo ran through Miroku and Sango’s house. He knocked before he came in just like he promised but didn’t wait for a reply telling him wither or not he could come in. He went to the room he thought was Sango’s and walked in finding not Sango but Kirara sleeping. He slowly walked out of the room and closed the door.
“If Sango’s not in her room…. Where is she? That horrible monk probably kidnapped her! I’ve gotta save her!”
He ran through the house to Miroku’s room and burst in the door waking Miroku and Sango from their naked sleep.
“Sango I’m here to save you!”
“From what?”
“From that stupid monk!”
“Hey! I’m not stupid!”
Again, Miroku was again realizing why Inuyasha hit him so much…. Sango just laughed and grabbed her robe that was on a bed post and put it on.
“Now why would you do something like that?”
“Cause he kidnapped you!”
Sango looked at Miroku and they both laughed making the young kitsune stand there very confused. She walked over to him and picked him up.
“He didn’t kidnap me Shippo, I came here out of my own free will.”
“why?”
“Because we love each other….”
Shippo appeared to understand…. And then busted out….
“OH! YOU GUYS MATED!”
The couple blushed and slightly nodded shocked by what the kitsune said
“About time!”
“Yes well young kit, you must wait to tell someone you love them for just the right moment…”
“You said you were scared that she’d throw you into oblivion?”
Sango bust out laughing at his comment knowing all to well that if she didn’t love him so much she might have done just that. Finally Miroku gave into his instinct got up, got dressed quickly and hit the kitsune right on the head making him cry and Sango throw him right out the window.
“YOU STUPID MONK! YOU DON’T HIT CHILDREN!”
“Thanks Sango”
“No problem…. How about breakfast?”
“YEAH!”
They walked to the kitchen finding Miroku already there sitting on a chair nursing his wounds. He appeared to have landed on a porcupine cause he was covered in quills. Shippo giggled but stopped after Miroku shot him a glare. Sango went to the fire and put a large pot with water in it on the fire and soon after added rice to the boiling water. After the food was done they all grabbed some and ate. Shippo after he was done eating ran outside chasing after Kirara’s tail.
“Kagome and Inuyasha have been gone almost 3 days now. I miss the noise. It’s to quite with them gone.”
“I know what you mean monk. I miss them too”
They sat outside and watched the two demons play until the sunset.
“Shippo, time to come in!”
“Awwwwww do I have ta?”
“The sun is setting, so yes. Are you sleeping at our home with Kirara or in your own room again?”
“Kirara…”
The demon purred and fallowed Shippo inside. After another meal of rice they all retired to their rooms for the night. This night was uneventful. Just cuddling.
