“Those were the best hotdogs of my life!” Kagome said gleefully. “well I’m glad” inuyasha said grinning at her. Kagome gulped “so...how’s about I invite sango and miro over we get a movie, over hot chocolate” she said.

As kagome entered with two buckets of popcorn, as the boys leaped for the salty goodness and Sango screamed in delight at the sight of chocolate.

The movies went on through the night until it was time for miroku and sango to go home, as kagome shut the door she stared at the mess in her living room. “ugh! “sango why didn’t you tell me” kagome grumbled after eating an awkward dinner and finally settling on the balcony with a bottle of vodka. “because I didn’t know” sango said looking at kagome sadly.

“and you miroku…” she said as she glared at him. “I thought you knew and that’s why you guys were hanging out, you know to bond and stuff” miroku said shrugging. “trust me miroku the type of bonding we were doing was in no way, what siblings do” miroku’s jaw dropped as sango looked at him like he was the biggest idiot on earth.

“tell him” sango said. “don’t give up love what does it matter I mean you’d still be combining the company and seshomaru could get over it!” “I really need to think…I’m going home” and with that kagome got up and left.


As she walked up the last flight of steps, she was surprised, there on the floor were red rose petals, she continued her ascent and wasn’t surprised when she entered her apartment without the key.
