~~~Farewell Mother~~~

One Week Later

Kagome and her friends as well as her siblings went to the funeral that took place in broad daylight….

Kagome had chosen a white tombstone engraved…

“Our mother our teacher our heart our reason to live may you rest in peace”

The preacher was doing his job on respecting their mother’s departure from the world…

Even though Sango and Kohaku told Kagome not to cry they couldn’t help to cry themselves even though they knew mother wouldn’t like to see this from them.

Kagome was by Inuyasha she felt like crying she thought she could hold it until she went home but she couldn’t so she cried and Inuyasha hold her.

Ayame, Koga, Sesshomaru, and Rin were paying there respect to Kagome’s mother…as well as the monk…

The monk wasn’t groping on anybodies ass which Sango was thankful for.

When the preachers was done with all the prayers for their mother Kagome went up first and whispered…”Farewell mother I’ll catch up to you sooner or later.” She threw a bunch of pink roses.

Then it was Sango’s turn…”Oh mother I’ll kill that wench that killed you…if it’s the last thing I do.” Sango whispered and threw her dozen red roses as well.

Kohaku was next who was all teary and when he went up he whispered…”I’ll miss you mother I barley got a chance to be with you.” And he threw his dozen lilacs.

After that Inuyasha paid his respect and whispered…”Rest in peace” and he threw a dozen white roses.

Ayame and Koga paid there respect as well…”Kagome will miss you deeply.” Ayame whispered and Koga and her together threw a bunch of white, red, and pink roses.

Sesshomaru and Rin went up after Ayame and Koga and each threw a dozen of white and pink roses.

Miroku was next and he threw a bouquet of black and white roses.

Kagome watched as they covered the rest of her mother’s remains with dirt…she began to cry once more.

She saw Kohaku and Sango leave as well as the others she didn’t want to go.

*If it wasn’t for my mom’s husband she would have still be alive she could have still been with us. Kagome thought and began to cry harder.*

Inuyasha went to Kagome and hugged her she cried and he whipped her tears as they fell.

“We have to go.” Inuyasha whispered.

Kagome nodded into his chest and they walked to the limo the others went into the other limos so Kagome and Inuyasha were alone.

Inuyasha saw Kagome looking threw the window he felt bad for her….*She’s not like the other girls…the other rich snobs. Inuyasha thought.*

Kagome looked away from the window….”Stop at the mall.” She told the driver.

“Where are we going?” Inuyasha asked.

“I need to buy black clothes to mourn the death of my mother.” Kagome said.

“Kagome you know that won’t help?” Inuyasha asked.

Kagome faced him and breathed in slowly and let her breath out…”Of course I know you baka I just want to feel how I want to feel. Like shit!” Kagome said.

The driver stopped Kagome got out…Inuyasha followed….”Kagome…” Inuyasha said.

Kagome looked into those beautiful amber eyes…”You’re not shit.” Inuyasha said and pulled her into a kiss.

Kagome was shocked…when he departed from the kiss he looked at her and grabbed her from the hand and they walked to the entrance to the mall.

Kagome bought 2 black shirts 2 black skirts one black jeans and caprice.

Inuyasha just looked at her and sighed…*She should be happy wouldn’t all mothers want that no matter dead or alive? Inuyasha thought.*

Kagome was done purchasing the items she went to Inuyasha and they walked to the parking lot.

They waited for the limo…”I hate having a life being rich.” Kagome said.

Inuyasha just looked at her like are you crazy…”I wouldn’t.” Inuyasha said.

Kagome called the limo driver and said that she didn’t need it anymore but thanks any ways.

She grabbed Inuyasha by the hand and took him to the park….

As they were walking Kagome said…”Being rich isn’t fun money doesn’t buy everything it didn’t buy my mother’s life it bought her death…it didn’t buy me a perfect Step-Father but an abusive Step-Father…money just comes and goes.”

Inuyasha looked at her….

*Flash Back*

“Kikyou you’re a rich bitch I don’t like rich snobs.” Inuyasha said and walked away.

“At least I’m rich know my father and my mother didn’t die!” Kikyou yelled at him.

Inuyasha turned around and rammed Kikyou into the wall.

“What did you say bitch?” Inuyasha asked squeezing her neck and holding her up in the wall.

Kikyou barley managed to say it but she did anyways even though if it might cost her life…”I said at lease I’m rich know my father and my mother didn’t die on me.” Kikyou chocked out.

Inuyasha squeezed her neck tighter and dropped her on the ground.

Kikyou gasped for breath her neck was red…”You could have killed me.” Kikyou chocked out.

“Can money buy your life?” Inuyasha asked her and walked away.

Kikyou was silent….

“All rich snobs are the same.” Inuyasha said…he walked to his house.

*No matter what they’re always the same…Inuyasha thought as his eyes were turning red and slowly changed back to his amber colored eyes.*

*End Of Flash Back*

“Inuyasha are you okay?” Kagome asked him.

He nodded…*She’s different like if she knows what I’ve been threw. Inuyasha though looking at her.

When they got to the park they sat on the swings Kagome was swinging herself as well as Inuyasha.

“You look at me like I have something on me.” Kagome said as she was swinging herself.

Inuyasha looked at her while swinging…”Why?” Kagome asked him.

“No reason.” Inuyasha said and looked at the sky.

Kagome just looked at him…*You know why you just won’t tell me. Kagome thought to herself as she jumped from the swing.*

Inuyasha jumped from the swing after her and fell on top of her…Kagome looked at him. Inuyasha looked at her. Kagome sighed and pushed him off of her and she got on top of him.

“You’re hiding something.” Kagome said and got up.

Inuyasha grunted and said…”No I’m not.”

“Sure you’re not.” Kagome said and looked at him.

Inuyasha just stared at her she smiled a fake smile not the real one he knew.

*Must be a fake one under disguise because of her mother’s loss. Inuyasha thought.*

She walked towards the direction of her house…Inuyasha followed her.

Kagome looked up at the sky and she could see the sun setting she sighed and continued to walk…

“Inuyasha?” Kagome asked.

“Yes?” Inuyasha said.

“How many lies does it take for someone to die?” Kagome asked him.

Inuyasha was shocked…*She knows I’m lying I can’t tell her she’ll be mad. Inuyasha thought.*

“I don’t know.” Inuyasha said.

“You should know…you’re good at it.” Kagome said.

As they reached the house they saw Sango and Kohaku packing there stuff in the limo.

“Sis where’re you going?” Kagome asked her.

“Kohaku and I won’t be coming back until a couple months have passed.” Sango said.

“Huh what? You can’t just leave me?” Kagome said in tears.

“Kagome listen to me I’m going to kill that son of bitch!” Sango said as she packed the rest of her stuff in the car.

“Kohaku lets go…get in the car.” Sango said Kohaku nodded.

Kagome hugged her sister…”Sis please I really need you right now.” Kagome said.

Sango pushed her to the ground…”Get out my way Kagome I’m leaving I’m coming back to kill that son of a bitch!” Sango yelled at her and told the limo driver to lets go.

Kagome watched the limo leave from her sight she cried….Inuyasha picked her up.

“Your sister is a bitch.” Inuyasha said.

“That isn’t helping at all you Ningen Baka Kuzo!” Kagome yelled at him and began to cry harder.

Inuyasha sighed and took her to her room…as soon as she calmed her down he went to give her a glass of water.

When he came back Kagome drank the water and said…”Thank you.”

Inuyasha nodded…”Sorry for calling you a human idiot fuck.” Kagome said.

Inuyasha chuckled and said…”It’s okay it was my fault for calling your sister a bitch sorry about that.”

Kagome nodded…”I guess you go to go home now huh?” Kagome asked him.

He nodded….”No one else lives with you?” Inuyasha asked.

Kagome nodded…”No it was only me my sister and Kohaku.” Kagome said.

“You know me and my brother with his girl friend and Koga and Ayame. Can move in with you if you want so you won’t feel alone.” Inuyasha said.

“Sure that would be great.” Kagome said as her eyes sparkled.

“Okay let me call them.” Inuyasha said as he went to the kitchen where Kagome instructed him to go to get the phone.

Kagome signed on AOL…

“You Got Mail.” The AOL voice said.

She checked it and it was from the police….and it read…

Miss Kagome,

The evidence you have given us is enough to arrest your father thank you for your help by tomorrow on Monday night your father will be in jail coveted for his crimes.

Detective Ace

Kagome sighed…*He said if he gets caught that won’t stop him I won’t be relived until he’s dead. Kagome thought.*

Inuyasha came back…”Hey Kagome!” Inuyasha yelled from the kitchen.

“Yes?” Kagome yelled from her bedroom.

Inuyasha came into her room….

“They said they’ll move in by tomorrow and the day after tomorrow they’ll have all there stuff packed. So we have to wake up early tomorrow to help.” Inuyasha said.

Kagome nodded and looked at him for awhile…

“Thank you Inuyasha.” Kagome said.

Inuyasha nodded.

“No problem.” Inuyasha said.

Kagome didn’t smile she was to sad stressed in all what happening her sister leaving her and all other shit. Even though if she did smile Inuyasha would know it was a fake one…*So what’s the point…in a fake smile what’s the point now I have to think clearly will I ever have a happy ending or a happy death. Kagome thought.*
