The Major Problem

Siame later found herself in a cave when she awoke. She could the sound of rain outside the cave. She suddenly awoke to the feeling of cold and loneliness. She sat up immediately, looking around for Kouga. She found no sign of him, not even his shirt for the last night. The memories flowed in at the thought, how he made her so warm and how much he gave her pleasure. She felt nausea approaching quickly and she just ignored it. She didn’t love him, so why did she feel sick? She shook it off while she went to the edge of the cave. It was raining outside, but just lightly. She could strongly smell Kouga and a slight smell of Inuyasha and Sesshomaru in the distance. She wanted to wait for Kouga until he came back, but she wanted to be with her brothers as soon as possible, if she felt sick again. She was also worried that they would be very worried about her, being kidnapped by Kouga, with no word to them. She chose to go see her brothers now, and find Kouga later. But she needed to get Kouga’s scent off her or her older brother would find out what conspired between them with his sensitive nose. She walked out into the rain and tilted her head into the sky. The cool rain against her face felt good. She didn’t believe she needed a bath in a spring after travelling in the rain. How wrong she was.

When she arrived, Sesshomaru instantly jumped her, worried like crazy of what happen. She instantly got sick again and couldn’t stop it or shake it off. She darted into a bush and vomited there. Inuyasha and Sesshomaru came over, and she could smell the worry in their scent. “I’m fine, guys. I’m just not agreeing with what I ate last night for diner. Sorry.” She said.

“Let’s get you to Kaeda just in case. She’s a great medicine maker and curer.” Inuyasha suggested. Sesshomaru instantly picked Siame up, bridal style, and sped to the village. He had a feeling that Siame’s diner wasn’t the thing that was making her sick. He had a feeling she was pregnant, and it could be his fault. All his fault. Sesshomaru felt emotions fill him like never before, but tried to brush them away. He knew that if Siame didn’t fall asleep almost immediately, she would be able to see the emotions in his eyes. Ever since they first met, she was able to.

It took them very short time to reach the village, just because Sesshomaru forced everyone to keep going, never stopping. When they arrived, Inuyasha completely collapsed, Kagome nearly falling headfirst into the ground, if it wasn’t for Sesshomaru’s quick reflects. He caught her, and laid her down next to her exhausted boyfriend. Sesshomaru strolled into the hut, a bow and arrow aiming at him and Siame. Kaeda had her sensed two full demons heading with the group, but she could not recognise the heavy demonic aura as her friends. She instantly got defensive, grabbing her bow and arrows. Miroku and Sango followed Sesshomaru, for they fell asleep on Kirara on the way there. “Kaeda, it’s ok. We have come to help a friend of ours.” Sango said, referring to the sleeping Siame in Sesshomaru’s arms.

“Ie she is ill. I can sense this child is ill. Lay her here, while I get herbs and medicine. Sango, shall you help me?” Kaeda asked. Sango nodded, following Kaeda out. Miroku watched in awe as Sesshomaru laid Siame down carefully, covering her with the sheet that was provided, and sitting next to Siame protectively, allowing no harm to get to her. Miroku gaped, and Sesshomaru growled.

“Close that mouth, monk.” Sesshomaru ordered.

Miroku nodded and closed his mouth. Sesshomaru turned to Siame and brushed the sweaty bangs from her head, as she started to sweat intensely. She was having a nightmare, as Sesshomaru concluded. He rubbed her shoulder, and watched as she twitched slightly.

~~Siame’s Nightmare~~ (Her P.O.V.)

I’m running through the woods, trying to get away from Kouga. All I hear is him yelling for me to stop. I trip, but I’m continuing. No matter what happens to me, I won’t stop. I trip suddenly, and I pick myself up. He has gained less distance from me, but I continue to run. I suddenly slam into a broad chest. I look up to my brother, Sesshomaru. He smiles with happiness, something I’ve only seen once before. He helps me up, and pulls me close to me. I pull away, push him to the side, and start running again. I see a dark figure up ahead, and I stop. He looks familiar, but I don’t know where from. He laughs a cruel laugh, and a face appears. This man, no half-demon, tricked me into killing my lover, my mate. He put me against the only who loved me as me. He tricked me with a shard of the powerful Shikon Jewel. He stuck it into my shoulder, when I had a wound. He tricked me, and deceived me. And nearly killed me...

( End of nightmare)

Siame jolted forward in the sheets, the cloth on her forehead falling off. She felt warm and cold at the same time. She could feel her cheeks wet and more tears rolling down. Kaeda and Sesshomaru looked at her with worry. Sesshomaru touched her shoulder to comfort her, and she flinched. She tucked into a small ball. But it only lasted for a few minutes. Nausea hit her again, and she ran to the nearest bush outside and vomited very little. She felt a hand on her back, and she flinched at the touch again. Tears ran down her face again. She couldn’t control any of her emotions at the moment. She just was glad her younger brother wasn’t seeing this. She didn’t want to be looking like a wimp when she was supposed to be a role model.

She stepped away from Sesshomaru’s hand on her back, and went back to the hut, slowly. Sesshomaru followed, but Siame turned around at the doorway of the hut. “Please, don’t follow.” She pleaded, and went inside. Sesshomaru collapsed right there, shocked at her words. She didn’t want him to comfort her, after he was the one who cared for her so. When he was the one who brought her here. When he was the one who called Kaeda when she started to gain a fever. This was his reward. A simple ‘don’t follow’ when all he wanted to do was help. Sesshomaru’s eyes got a slight red tint before he walked into the forest to be alone.

Inside the hut, Siame laid back down on the sheets, as Kaeda mixed some sort of medicine. Siame couldn’t sleep. She knew she wasn’t sick with any illness, or for food poisoning or anything like that. She knew she was pregnant. She knew someone was the father. The problem was who? Kaeda turned around to find the woman laying down, staring towards the ceiling, clearly deep in thought. “Child, are ye alright?” Asked Kaeda. This startled Siame, as she turned on her side towards Kaeda. She nodded, tears brimming at her eyes. Kaeda knew know that the woman knew why she was getting sick so much. She knew she was pregnant.

“Child, do you know who the father is?” Kaeda asked. Siame shook her head no. Three silent tears ran down her face.

“Please, don’t think I’m a slut. I’m not.” Siame said.

“Child, child. I would never think such a thing.” Kaeda said with sadness that the woman would think that she would think of her like that. “It’s alright, it’s alright.”

“No, it’s not alright.” Snapped Siame. “I don’t know who the father is of this baby, so technically that makes me one.” Siame started to cry again. More tears streamed down her face.

“Child, just tell me who are the possibilities.” Kaeda asked.

“Well, Kouga and, well Sesshomaru.” Siame said, turning to her other side to not face Kaeda.

“Sesshomaru? This Lord Sesshomaru outside the hut?” Kaeda asked with shock.

“He’s not outside the hut anymore. He went into the forest.” Siame said.

“Oh, well, how is this possible?” Asked Kaeda.

“Well...” Siame started.

(~~~Flashback~~~)

Siame and Sesshomaru were walking in the forest. They got a little, interested into each other, and before they knew it, the were naked on the forest floor. Sesshomaru was thrusting, and the smell of sex was in the air. After a few hours, Sesshomaru and Siame were collapsed on the forest floor. They had sex three times that night.

(~~~End of Flashback~~~)

“So, that’s how it is possible. It was a pure accident on my account. I don’t know if Sesshomaru meant it.” said Siame.

“How is it possible that Kouga is the father?” Asked Kaeda.

“When we went to the springs, a moment heated up.” Siame answered, sighing.

“Oh, I understand now, child. When the child is born, we shall find out who the child truly belongs to.” Kaeda stated, handing Siame some rice.

“What’s this for?” Siame asked, sitting up completely.

“You need to eat. If you aren’t healthy, the child might not be born healthy.” Kaeda said.

“Oh, ok.” Said Siame, picking up the chopsticks and the bowl of food. She finished it hungrily, setting the bowl down in a few minutes. “That was good. I haven’t had food in such a while!”

“I’m glad. Now, sleep. You need rest. You look very tired.” Kaeda said, motioning to lay down. Siame nodded and fell asleep in moments. Sesshomaru later strolled in, checking on his half-sister, before leaving in a few minutes.

The sun poured through the window in the hut. Siame awoke to a silent hut. Everyone was asleep in the hut. Her friends later joined her in the hut, and fell asleep as well. Even Inuyasha was fast asleep with Kagome in his lap. A motherly scent was coming from Kagome as well as Siame herself. Sesshomaru wasn’t in the hut, so Siame decided to go in search of him. Her muscles were sore, and she moaned as she stood up. She limped out from the hut, her foot in serious pain. After Siame fell asleep, when Inuyasha walked in, he accidentally tripped on her foot that was lying outside of the sheet. Kaeda had warned everyone to avoid it, but when Inuyasha walked in, Kaeda was more interested in Kagome’s pregnancy to warn Inuyasha.

Siame could sense Sesshomaru nearby, but decided not to run. As she neared him, a white blur whipped in front of her, causing her to stumble backwards, into Sesshomaru’s chest. He ran behind her, and caught her as she stumbled. She turned around to Sesshomaru. He smiled but when he sensed a motherly smell off her, he picked her up, and ran back to the hut. He made so much noise, he awoke Inuyasha. Inuyasha came outside the hut, rubbed his eyes, and tried to avoid the white blur running his way. He could see some brown in the blur and when Sesshomaru stopped inside the hut, he saw that Sesshomaru had Siame in his arms. He tried his best to keep his voice down as he anger got the best of him towards his brother. “Why the hell did you take Siame outside of the hut!” Inuyasha whispered loudly.

“Keep your voice down Inuyasha. You’ll wake the others if you raise your voice anymore. Let’s take this outside.” Sesshomaru answered.

“Fine.” Inuyasha shrugged as he exited the hut. Siame followed Sesshomaru until the doorway. She watched the battle emerge about her. She smiled as insults were exchanged to her two half-brothers.

“She’s sick, dumb ass!” Inuyasha yelled.

“No, she isn’t.” Sesshomaru replied coldly.

“Yes, she is. Kaeda didn’t keep Siame in the hut all night for no reason!” Inuyasha yelled.

“Well, you do have a point. She didn’t keep her in there for no reason. Siame’s pregnant.” Sesshomaru said.

“Pregnant! Who the hell got my half-sister pregnant?” Inuyasha yelled.

“Me, young brother. Me!” Boomed Sesshomaru. Fear hit Siame instantly. Sesshomaru was almost declaring to the entire world that he was the father of her child. It could be Kouga’s, thought Siame.

“Yours? How the hell could it be yours?” Inuyasha asked, sickness hitting his expression.

“How do you think, brother? I had sex with her.” Sesshomaru said, smiling at Siame at the doorway. He caught he scared expression, and his smile turned to a frown. “Why do you looked scared, Siame?” Sesshomaru boomed. She wouldn’t be scared unless, Sesshomaru thought, I’m not the father. Anger hit Sesshomaru so hard, he couldn’t hide the strong emotion he usually hid. His eyes turned pure red as his fangs and claws enlarged, fear radiating off Siame even more. She ran inside, just as Sesshomaru leaped to where she was. She was unaware that she screamed as she ran inside. Inuyasha pulled out his Tetsaiga to defend his half-sister from Sesshomaru. Inuyasha knew from experience that if she made him any madder that he would tear her piece to piece. Siame went in search of her sword, unable to find it. She turned in time to find Sesshomaru nearly on top of her.

“Please, don’t hurt me, Sesshomaru. Please don’t.” Cried Siame, putting her hands up to defend herself.

“Why are you scared of me?” Asked Sesshomaru, his voice echoing off the hut walls. The others had awaken from Siame’s scream. Now they were outside, trying to get as far away from Sesshomaru as possible. Kagome was trying to keep Inuyasha from entering and getting himself killed. Inuyasha was trying to get inside, and trying to also to keep Kagome to stop saying “sit” to avoid him to enter. Miroku and Sango we ready for battle if Sesshomaru turned onto them. Siame was shaking was visible, afraid of her future, if she had one left. Sesshomaru didn’t understand just why Siame was scared of him until he saw his reflection in a puddle of water that was spilled from the others exiting. He looked like Inuyasha did when he turned full-demon. His own reflection scared him. His eyes started turning amber again, his claws and fangs slowing decreasing. When he was in his human form again, he touched Siame to comfort her, and she flinched. Tears poured down her face, her eyes puffy from crying. “Siame, it’s ok.” Sesshomaru said as softly as possible.

“Get away from me!” Siame cried, pushing Sesshomaru’s hand away from her. When she saw a opening to the door, she ran to it. She didn’t get far. Sesshomaru grabbed her arm roughly, but not enough to hurt her.

“Please, don’t run from me.” Sesshomaru pleaded.

“Leave me alone!” Siame yelled, tugging her arm away from him. She continued to run out, straight into Inuyasha. She roughly pushed him out of her way, running into the woods. Kagome stood shocked, along with the others. She, though, was the first to get out of the daze. She ran after Siame, trying to find her anywhere. She could hear the bushes rustle and she ran towards the sound. Kagome found Siame leaning on a tree, her eyes closed. Kagome decided not to startle her too much and asked her if she wanted some help. Siame refused rudely, running farther into the woods. Kagome didn’t follow, hearing a rustle behind her. She turned to see a red flash and Inuyasha show up in front of her. He asked her where Siame is, and Kagome pointed the way she just went. Inuyasha knelt down, and Kagome climbed up. They sped off towards Siame.

Meanwhile, Miroku and Sango were trying to keep Sesshomaru at the village. All the other villagers were trying to help as well, but were more afraid of Sesshomaru to force him back physically, so they just yelled at him. Sesshomaru just wanted to go after Siame, and apologize. Sango was telling Sesshomaru that wouldn’t be good until she calmed down. At first, Sesshomaru believed her, but after a while, when she continuously said it, he started to disbelieve her. He started to force his way to Siame and the forest, but Kaeda tried to change the subject. It was impossible to keep him from going, especially with Inuyasha out to find both pregnant women and not being here to keep the full demon, worried sick about his half-sister.

He finally got through the group of humans, running into the forest. He sensed Kagome, Inuyasha and Siame in one direction. He eventually found them in a small clearing, Siame defending herself against Inuyasha and Kagome. Siame’s eyes were blood red, her fangs and claws extended. She was yelling at Inuyasha and Kagome to leave her alone, before she collapsed. Sesshomaru ran out to catch her, but before he got to her, a whirlwind formed and caught Siame before she hit the floor. Sesshomaru was face to face with Kouga. They had met once before, and now they Kouga held his half-sister. Sesshomaru couldn’t get mad at Kouga from catching his own half-sister, but he could get mad at him for having sex with his half-sister. Sesshomaru could smell Siame’s arousal over Kouga’s clothes and scent. Sesshomaru’s eyes had a slight tint of red in them as he grabbed Siame from Kouga’s arms. He gave Siame to Inuyasha, who was next to him. Inuyasha didn’t catch her, and accidentally dropped her. Two full demons yelled at him, mad at dropping their love. They said the exact words. “Why the hell did you drop my love?”

The two demons glared at each other, angry that they called the same women their love. Both extended their claws, ready for a battle that would happen. Siame suddenly stirred calling out Sesshomaru and Kouga’s name. Both ran to see what was the matter, while Inuyasha picked her up. As soon as he did, he was pushed out of the way by his brother. I’m getting hurt so much today, thought Inuyasha as he hit the ground for the thousandth time. Siame came to, looking at both Kouga and Sesshomaru’s face. She looked worried, and she tried to get away from them both. They looked slightly angry and worried. She bumped into a tree. Kouga and Sesshomaru were at each side of her, asking her tons of questions. A silent tear ran down her cheek, both men wanting to wipe it away. One of them accidentally scratching her in the process. A trickle of blood went down her cheek as the scratch turned into a cut. Sesshomaru stuck a finger into him mouth, then putting the same finger over the cut. It instantly sealed up. His saliva was a healer when used on a slight cut, but nothing any bigger, like a gash. Siame closed her eyes, worried what was going to happen to her now, between both possibilities of the child’s father. Kouga was the first to speak. “Siame, why did you leave the cave?” Kouga asked.

Sesshomaru burst in before she could answer. “You fucked her in a cave? I at least fucked her in a forest.” Sesshomaru stated.

“Well, first off, who said I had sex with her in a cave? And second, so did I.” Kouga argued. Siame was in the middle, hearing insults on both sides of her. Great my love life is now public, thought Siame. Inuyasha and Kagome were trying to give Siame to go with them and get away from the too, but she had her eyes closed.

“Well, mine was better.” Sesshomaru growled.

“Oh, well she said mine was the best she ever had!” Kouga lied.

“Oh, well, I was her first!” Sesshomaru lied.

“Liar!” Kouga accused.

“NO, your the liar!” Sesshomaru accused.

“QUIET!” Yelled Siame. The forest fell silent. “LEAVE ME...” Siame started but nausea hit her before she could finish. She ran to the nearest bush and barfed. Sesshomaru and Kouga ran after her to be the first to comfort her, and Kagome and Inuyasha ran to get her away from both men. When she was finished, she saw the people coming, and she ran back to the village, just to get away and be alone. But before she could go anywhere, a dark miasma circled around her. She couldn’t breathe because the miasma was too thick. She could hear four voices call out her voice, but the stronger voice over powered theirs.

“Siame, it’s been too long.” A dark voice said.

“Naraku! You bastard!” Siame yelled.

“I see you remember me. Now, what are you doing with Lord Sesshomaru, Inuyasha, and Kouga?” Naraku teased.

“I’m...” Siame started but darkness surrounded her as she fainted. Naraku laughed, hearing people yell out Siame’s name. Naraku caught Siame as she fell from fainting as he went to his castle.

As the miasma faded, the group found Siame nowhere to be found. All were worried and dashing everywhere to find Siame. They eventually sensed Naraku’s scent in the nearby bushes and they dashed toward the scent of Siame and Naraku.
