A New Scheme

"Kagome what are you doing?" Miroku asked.
Kagome startled herself as she let go of the arrow that was aimed right for her cousin Akira. A white flash came right pass blocking the arrow from striking Akira, Kagome couldn't be more relieved. That is until she noticed who stood before her and her cousin.
"Naraku..." Kagome said.
"Its nice to see you Kagome. I'm rather surprised with you though. You'd actually shoot your arrow at your own cousin."
Kagome didn't know what to say she could see the shock fear on her cousin's face that was probably the same look she had.
"Now then if you'll excuse me." Naraku said picking up Akira who was still to stunned to make any sort of reaction.
When Naraku left Inuyasha turned towards Kagome. "Who the hell was that?"
"Another minion of Naraku's no doubt." Shippo said.
"Kagome was she really your cousin?" Sango asked.
"I...I don't know. She looks like my cousin but...excuse me." Kagome said leaving the group.
"I thought something was up." Miroku said.
"What do you mean Miroku?"
"Well when I first met Akira as she's known she looked like Kagome with only a few differences as I'm sure you notice. Inuyasha I'm sure you know the scent is similar but not exact do you not."
"Of course! What are you getting at!" Inuyasha asked irritated.
"What is Naraku thinking bringing Kagome's cousin into all this?" Sango asked.

Akira snapped back to her senses when Naraku brought her back to the castle."She... she was really going to kill me."
"There's something I wanted to check with you. I should of had Kagura check for me before I had you leave."
"Yeah, and what might that be?"
"Whether you're carrying or not."
"Carrying?" Akira asked confused until she felt his hand slowly start to rub her belly.
"Oh no. No! No way. I ain't baring your children. What do you take me for some type of Mother hen?"
"No of course not."
"You men are all the same. Where's my stuff?"
"Where you going."
"Home hopefully."
"I see well your things are on the table there. If I were you I'd take a weapon with me if I were you. Fist are good but in these trouble times it may be best to use some extra protection."
"I can handle myself. Mr. Naraku thank you its been fun but I should get out of here." Akira said as she grabbed her things on the table. "Here I don't need this." Akira said tossing Naraku the shard of the Jewel.
Naraku watched her leave no sign of disappointment or pleasure from seeing her leave. "Aren't you going to go after her?" Kagura asked.
"Now why should I do that?"
"Well wasn't your plan to use her in some way or another?"
"Yes."
"Well?"
"If I showed actual feelings towards that girl Inuyasha and my other enemies could easily use it against me. I can't let that happen."
"So your just going to let her go?"
"That's right. Don't worry Kagura she'll come back she doesn't have much choice."
"Does that mean your offspring is planted in her womb?"
"Perhaps...and even if it isn't I can easily try again. Once I have all of the jewel and I have gotten rid of Inuyasha and the others. I shall take my reign of terror else where."
"Where will that be?"
"Akira's world of course. When I do I'll give you your heart and you and Kanna will be free."
"Is that a promise?"
"Of course."

Akira left Naraku's palace she found herself in a small valley. Akira didn't have much to think about as she walked down into the valley. The thought of being pregnant with Naraku's children a man she hardly new brought shivers up her spine and made her sick at the same time. She rummaged through her things she pulled out her MP3 player and started listening to some of her music to calm her down.
It was when she grabbed it out of her bag she notice something else that irritated her to no end. A box of pregnancy test "God damn it Mother! Do you really think that bad of me, that I'd get knocked up so easily."
She through the test as far as she could away from her. She then followed the stream. She stopped where she was as she spotted someone a little girl about Sota's age picking flowers.
Where was this girls parents? She decided to talk to this girl, at least she wont think she's a bad person like everyone else does. "Do you want to help me pick flowers?" she asked.
"Who are you? And why are you out here all by yourself?"
"My name is Rin. I'm not by myself Master Sesshomaru is just over the hill there."
"I see. This Sesshomaru person what's he like?"
"He's really nice though he can seem really cold."
Akira picked some flowers and gave them to Rin. "Thank you." Rin said with a smile as she made them into a necklace and placed it around her neck. "Come on I'll introduce you to Seshomaru." Rin said as she started up the hill.
Akira followed right behind the young girl. There by the fire was a tall man with unusal markings on his face and next to him was a toad.
"Lord Sesshomaru."
Sesshomaru looked up to see Rin coming this way with a young woman. He eyed the young woman he didn't sense any danger from her so he went about his business.
"Sesshomaru. My name is Akira I was wondering....?"
Sesshomaru came to her, it was then that Akira noticed he was missing an arm. Akira shook her head as she peered up at Sesshomaru.
"Yes?"
"I...uh?"
Akira bit her lower lip, she couldn't ask him for help without him wanting something in return. Though she wouldn't mind bedding with this man, she shook her head to keep from thinking that way. She didn't need to become what everyone thinks she is.
Sesshomaru watched her carefully she had come from Naraku. What was he plotting now? He couldn't be too careful, "You're welcome to stay with us for the evening." He said mainly to please Rin.
"Um...Thank you."
"OOo yea! Rin said clapping her hands in delight at having someone of a feminine nature to talk to.
