A Fine Mess

Sesshoumaru kept running with Shippo downwind to keep his pursuers from capturing him and the fox kit. He just didn’t have the stamina for battle yet, but he would. He just needed twenty four hours and hoped that Inuyasha made it to safety. He highly doubted it though.

Hiding in a cave under some trees he heard the cat demons run past and was relieved. He had to escape. One of them did and it was better that it was him. He would be able to save Inuyasha now that he knew where their lair was.

Akio caught up with Chise and Fusao.

“We caught the younger Inu hanyou.”

Chise growled.

“What of his brother? He was worth more to us than the little hanyou.”

Fusao could see Chise’s rage.

“We could have sold his fur when we were done with him.”

Akio smirked.

“He will be back for his little brother. Don’t you worry none sis.”

Chise was pissed, but Akio was right. Sesshoumaru would be back and then they would have him again. The bastard was caught so he wasn’t all that powerful, they could catch him again.

Daiki branded his young pet while Inuyasha was still out cold and then he bathed the boy. He wished the kid would wake up, but apparently being human made things more traumatic. He would just have to get over it.

“Little one you are so exquisite even in slumber. It is the only reason you still live. Just pray I do not have to mar your face and body if you continue to defy me.”

Daiki undressed as he laid the boy upon the bed and cuddled in next to him. Repairs would be done in the morning and Inuyasha would not leave Daiki’s side. He would keep the pup with him at all times to make sure a second escape did not occur.

Kissing those full lips Daiki sighed.

“Such a sleeping beauty. I will put that pretty body and mouth of yours to good use. Don’t you worry your sweet little head over what we have done since it will get better with time. I promise to show you pleasure someday my pet.”

Inuyasha was wrapped completely in Daiki’s arms as Daiki decided a long cat nap was what was needed in order to finish the search for the Inuyokai tomorrow.

Sesshoumaru listened to the conversation and realized that getting his brother back would not be easy. Still he would get him back. If it were not for the fact his ankles still ached and his wrists Sesshoumaru would be hunting them down now.

Looking at the tiny fox kit in his arm he saw the brand marking on Shippo. Inuyasha had been out cold when they had dragged him in to mark him as well. Sesshoumaru easily cut it out of his skin, but it just reappeared. The fucking cats were going to die for this shit.

Then there was Shippo’s tail. It had regenerated thanks to the Tensaiga, but if the kit was caught again who knows what they would do to the poor child. Inuyasha awoke to the wailing of his son, but the spell that was on the three of them makes their heads muddled with nonsense.

Escaping the way Inuyasha went on and on about in his drugged up stupor was impossible. As a human he couldn’t get his yokai to build up since it was already stifled. There was also the fact that Inuyasha in full demon form would just go on a killing rampage possibly killing him and Shippo in the process.

Sesshoumaru swore they escaped twice before, but it had to be the spell. It had to be something in that potion they injected them with. He knew this time that everything was real. He could feel it and feeling was much better than trying to decipher the hallucinations they had been suffering from.

Shippo still shivered and Sesshoumaru wrapped his mokomoko around the pup. He even shivered a bit at the thought of having his tail removed so callously. It was cruel and they would pay for their actions in blood.

Inuyasha kept going on about being marked by Daiki and clawed at his shoulder. It took an hour for Sesshoumaru to stop him and knock him back out before he really damaged himself. His little brother was going to lose his mind soon enough with the loss of his wife and pack member not to mention the rape. Inuyasha was strong though and had to survive.

The whole circumstance had pissed Sesshoumaru off so much that somehow he busted his collar. All his pent up rage set him free. Perhaps if Inuyasha had been half dead he might have been able to accomplish the same result, but the cost was just too high.

It didn’t matter. Sesshoumaru knew all that occurred in that cell did not matter anymore. The only thing that mattered was finding some sustenance to build his strength and hide the fox kit somewhere safe.

Sesshoumaru waited until he was sure they had left before he slowly came out of the cave leaving Shippo hidden just in case. It was those damn bastard cats fault he had to hide like a coward.

Rushing out in his demonic form Sesshoumaru caught a young doe and brought it back to the cave. There he ripped it apart feasting on the whole thing other than a leg leaving that for Shippo. At some point the pup would have to wake and eat only then would Sesshoumaru explain why he was being left behind with Rin and the others.
