Too Much Time On Their Hands

They day the three demons came home from the hospital was a good day for the Tashio family. They had received tons of flowers, balloons, get well cards, and many gifts from admirers. It was almost embarrassing some of the cards they received from the hospital staff, some of the patients, and other people they did not know that apparently found out about their being ill. It was all Miroku and Kouga’s fault since they had to tell the whole damn family who advertised their recovery since it was the first time in many years that a successful demon organ transplant had been done.

Alistair and Touga watched the two demon men who refused to be coddled by anyone although they were still stuck in wheelchairs for a time. Megan was strapped into one growling lowly at Akiyoshi feeling like an idiot since she could walk damn it all. They were indeed feeling better, but not allowed to walk around yet. Megan was breaking that rule as often as she could. Even Sesshoumaru almost had to be strapped down to his chair. The two of them were very stubborn.

Inuyasha just flirted like hell with Akiyoshi allowing the doctor to humiliate himself if he wanted to carry him around. Inuyasha just kept telling Akiyoshi that it was a way he could grope his ass without getting in trouble for it. Megan's straps were finally removed as Alistair helped her onto the couch.

"I am glad you three are doing well."

Alistair stated and kissed his former mate on the cheek. He still loved her so much, but what they had was over. Still neither he nor Touga stopped flirting with her since they could. Sesshoumaru couldn't do a damn thing about it either, but Inuyasha could. The only reason Sesshoumaru could not was because of his incident with Jimmy otherwise he could have really lit into his Father as well as his former hero.

Touga pulled Megan onto his lap. She looked very cute with her hair now braided nicely thanks to Ayame and Kagome's help. Still that pout did not leave her lips as her feet dangled a bit with those ridiculous slippers on and the pink PJ's that they bought her that had a funny baseball design on them.

"What is wrong Princess?"

Touga asked softly as he pulled Megan into his arms. She was such a tiny little thing and he thought of her more as a daughter every day that he got to know her better. His flirting was harmless, but it still made him laugh since his sons were so possessive over their female.

"I am not allowed to do anything and I am always in trouble. I didn't even get my kidney taken out and the hospital people including Akiyoshi the big meanie act like I did. I should be taking care of my mates not being sick with them. I can fricking walk and they won’t let me."

Sesshoumaru got up carefully from his wheelchair and growled at Akiyoshi when he tried to stop him. Dr. Hojo stepped back, but shook his head grumbling something along the lines of stubborn as a mule.

"Dad, give me my mate. We are doing well and Megan is just on medication right now so she is a bit moody. She feels everything we do, but insists she is fine."

Sesshoumaru stated after sitting on the couch pulling Megan into his arms possessively. He was tired of everyone believing they could touch her. Megan was every damn doctor and nurse's favorite bad girl at the hospital. She did not get a break and it was wearing on them all. The constant parenting was annoying and Sesshoumaru was ready to claw the next person who touched her to death.

"It looks like she isn't the only one who is moody my son."

Touga smirked at his son's scowl reluctantly handing the lovely little cat demoness to her mate. Jimmy quickly hugged his Mother and the pups were the only ones not being growled at for touching Megan. The little ones came running up to their parents over and over with new pictures of things they drew to make them feel better along with frogs as well as other wild creatures they handed their Fathers to make them feel better. Sesshoumaru had to wash his hands a few times as did Inuyasha with the now croaking chorus of frogs they had in their fish pond outside. Sesshoumaru insisted to the little pups that the frogs would be sad if they could not be in their natural home with their families so they needed to let them be outside.

Lycos was pouting looking sullen since as a teenager he had enough of hanging out with the babies and still refused to rut with anyone. He had no interest in those who forced him to bond and he was fed up with the house insisting he come out of his room. Lycos was wearing black now and looked like vampire gothic Prince.

Inuyasha had not held his tiny baby since his birth. He was named already and Inuyasha looked at Sesshoumaru in curiosity. Sesshoumaru smiled at the pup.

"The runt's name is Aito Inuyasha Tashio. We named him after you passed out. You should be able to feed him now and get some more weight on the pup. I am sure the wet nurse will be happy to have a break and we all look forward to cookies again."

Sesshoumaru stated softly since Aito unfortunately was born premature and had struggled a bit after his birth. He was doing well now and happy that he was with his Mother finally. Inuyasha started lactating as soon as his body realized that his pup was near again. Sesshoumaru licked his lips a bit thinking of what cookies he wanted to buy this time to feast on that stuff with. Megan of course piped up with a good choice.

"I think snicker doodles this time."

Megan stated softly after kissing Sesshoumaru. Inuyasha smirked a bit and Sesshoumaru laughed softly at her. Megan had become as addicted as they had been after getting used to the flavor of Inuyasha's and Sesshoumaru's milk. It was funny.

"So Akiyoshi, now that I am home are you going to miss groping my ass or do you want to carry me over to my mates so you can get one last shot at it?"

Inuyasha stated to the Doc wiggling his eyebrows.

"Trust me Inuyasha I will get you back for all you’re flirting. I will get all of you back for the trouble you three had been. I think Ms. Smith thought her room was possessed with the things that went into her room out of a void someone made up. Flying cookie wrappers and Sobe bottles?"

Alistair, Touga, Jimmy, Kouga, Miroku, Ayame, Kagome, and Tsukiya started laughing. Megan even smirked a bit as Sesshoumaru chuckled. Inuyasha smiled big with a wicked look on his face as he eyed Akiyoshi again like he was looking at his prey.

"Promises, promises Doc. I was being serious. I miss you groping me you bad boy. I could get you for sexual harassment ya know. Checking me and my mates out like you were then teasing us not letting us see you naked. Hey Kagome, do you mind if we play doctor with your mate? I want to see what he has got under all of those white coats and scrubs since he likes to hide under his clothing wearing unflattering things like that around us. What do you say babe?"

Kagome shrugged and smiled.

"Only if I get to watch and be involved Inuyasha. I didn’t even get a chance to grope you and it has been years handsome."

Akiyoshi turned bright red.

"Darling you shouldn't tease like that."

Kagome smiled and kissed his cheek.

"Who said I was joking sweetheart?"

Inuyasha took that as a yes.

"Ok Doc as soon as we are able your fine ass is ours. Oh and that rash you were worried about earlier is coming back. I would get that checked if I were you. Now come on, I know you want to grope me so carry my ass to the couch big guy. I am still injured, assist me now baby."

Being around so many people Akiyoshi blushed even more excusing himself from the room. Sesshoumaru started laughing this time and Megan even started laughing.

"You are so mean to him Inuyasha."

Megan stated in between her laughter.

"Nah.....I really want to grope him. I mean he likes what he sees on me so why the hell not? We haven't had fun like that in ages."

Sesshoumaru smiled and Megan shrugged.

"Hell we are not against it Inuyasha. Go for it. Just come back when you are done helping him make that rash become a permanent fixture on his face."

Inuyasha smirked and Alistair shook his head picking up the young pup with his baby setting him next to his mates.

"Oh Alistair, you shouldn't have. I am flattered."

Inuyasha cooed at Alistair batting his eye lashes at him. Alistair leaned down planting quite the kiss on Inuyasha's full lips then caressed that face enjoying the curiosity on such a young beautiful pup's delicate features.

"You little tease are very beautiful and even more feminine looking than your dear Father. I think you are even lovelier then your own Father if that is possible. If I wasn't mated to your Father the fun I would have with two young things like you and your brother. I would take Megan too, but there are younglings here so behave yourself because believe me I won't hesitate to take advantage of your lovely charms unlike young Prince Hojo who is trying to be a gentleman restraining himself. Be nice."

Alistair warned them as he pulled Touga up and then over to a lounge chair sitting his beautiful mate on his lap as Touga leaned against him running his fingers possessively over Touga's left thigh.

"Father I can't get over the fact that you now wear your hair down all the time. You look so different. It looks much better."

Sesshoumaru stated softly. His Father was very beautiful and leaning against the dark haired gorgeous man the two of them looked too perfect together. Touga like his eldest son was in some kind of suit as usual and Alistair wore a light white button down sweater with jeans. His shirt was unbuttoned slightly reminding Inuyasha of old pirates as black curls were revealed making Inuyasha's mouth water. Alistair’s steal toe black boots made him look like a rich rock star rather than a former King of Demons.

"Yes well, I don't have much of a choice. Alistair threatened to destroy every hair band I own if I put it up even though I prefer it that way. He is obsessed with it as much as I am obsessed with his chest hair so he isn't allowed to wear ties. He has to have his shirt unbuttoned so I can play in it since I am obsessed with his gift of having so much luxurious beautiful hair. I haven't been like this in ages."

Touga stated smiling down at his beloved mate. Alistair was much shorter then Touga, but there was not one doubt on who was the seme in their relationship. Alistair radiated power and dark sinister beauty. He was the ultimate Alpha male and no one would question him. If he chose to once again rein no one could stop him so Sesshoumaru was pleased he would not have to fight him for his position. He highly doubted he would survive such an encounter with the black wolf.

"Jimmy isn't your big brother Shippo supposed to be arriving soon? Now that one has become quite the delicious young thing. Shippo has such beautiful hair and eyes."

Touga stated licking his lips. Even Alistair had to admit Shippo was quite attractive and becoming very powerful. That hair that shown like blood in the light was just too much for the demons. It was too attractive and Shippo had a darkness that had taken over the childish light he once had which made him even more sensual.

"He will be the one to rule with Jimmy. Lycos didn't want it. He wants to be Jimmy's other mate although he is hesitant since Luna.........."

Sesshoumaru stated and then his voice broke for a moment at recalling the loss of the three kids.

"Well it will be good for him since Jimmy still adores Shippo. Still, Jimmy won't take another mate other than to bond. He is pleased with the way things are.'
"Jimmy's reign as King of Demons will be the first reign where an Inu will not be in control of the throne so I hope he is ready for such heavy responsibility."

Sesshoumaru stated softly. Touga looked at him and smiled.

"That is not true. Alistair and I reigned together. Jimmy is mated to an Inu and is our Family as much as Shippo is. We are all Tashio's and we are all rulers of our people. It isn't an Inu that rules, it is this family. Even Alistair when we were younger believed we both reigned supreme as brothers. Therefore our family will always do so when it comes to our demon people.'
"We also rule over the humans, they just are not aware of our influence. You have neglected them, but we have been nurturing that and working with this problem. Someday son you will have to deal with them like it or not. You are still young in your reign. You believe you have been doing this for many years when indeed your time is just beginning to mature into the full spectrum it deserves. You cannot neglect things and then believe you are truly ruling. You still have much to learn my Sesshoumaru."

Touga stated firmly and Sesshoumaru nodded. He fucking hated dealing with chaos like the human race, but they were indeed a huge influence on his people. Humans were just so irritating and had no idea of how disorganized they were.

"Yes I am aware Father. Jimmy's idea of this new company, Virtual World, will bring to the whole world what we can do for them and how we can rule without completely stifling their growth. I will not interfere too much with humans except for what my advisors mention. The less they know about our influence the better."

Alistair and Touga nodded at this logic since it was indeed the way to do things.

"Hello my family. Wow, I wouldn't have recognized you Grandfather. I thought you were perhaps another one of these guys’ kids all grown up. You look sexy as hell."

Shippo stated with a wide grin as he walked through the door hand in hand with Souta. Kagome once again barreled over to the two men hugging them and picking up her fifth niece as she cuddled the pup in her arms. The two men had seven children between them. They had been quite busy. Shippo looked good as he held his son who looked no more than two years old in his arms.

"Go on ya wild things and play with your cousins."

Kouga smiled as he looked at his nephew with new appreciation. Shippo had become even broader in chest, his muscles were perfect, and in the tan business suit with the bright green shirt and tan tie with his long red hair tied back he was the image of Sesshoumaru in some ways if it were not for that bright blood red hair or those intense green eyes.

"You are indeed a fox little one in more ways than one."

Kouga stated licking his lips as he hugged his nephew then pinched his ass getting a yip from the boy. Shippo smiled widely and Souta growled then smirked a bit. He too had become quite the looker. Short cropped black hair and grayish blue eyes that seemed to melt his mate like Kagome's did to Akiyoshi.

"How are you big sister?"

Souta asked with a smile on his lips kissing her cheek. His sister was so beautiful, but when Akiyoshi came back from his embarrassment with Inuyasha Souta gaped at him.

"Well Doc you look damn good."

Souta stated bluntly. Souta was usually the shy one, but that obviously had changed as he looked Akiyoshi up and down. Akiyoshi’s hair was cut in the usual style and his expressive soft brown eyes held wisdom of centuries. It was perhaps his scent that was making the boys act so amusing. He was aroused by certain demons in the room and could not help putting off his scent.

"Thanks little brother. You do too."

Akiyoshi stated with a smile. Souta and Shippo did not miss that look as Akiyoshi had been looking straight at Megan during that conversation. The two boys knew Prince Hojo was obsessed with the Inu brother's female.

"You are going to get your ass kicked if you keep that up even if I think it might be worth it too. Sesshoumaru is in no mood to play today and as playful as Inuyasha is right now they are both very protective of their female. You might want to stop while you still have your head."

Shippo whispered into Akiyoshi's ear. Akiyoshi shook his head and looked at Shippo with a soft smile on his lips.

"Can't help it. I think I am meant to be killed and if I am going to die let it be doing something I wish to remember. I cannot resist and heaven help me I have tried."

Akiyoshi whispered back to Shippo. Shippo shook his head and walked over to greet his family while the children ran like wild things outside. Lycos refused to budge to play with them though. Ever since his big brothers and his sister died he was sick of dealing with the younglings. Shippo's eldest Coty walked over to Lycos. The beautiful red haired boy with soft grey blue eyes smirked at Lycos with nothing except pure trouble in those eyes.

"Want to go cause some hell?"

Coty asked him as Lycos looked again at the boy realizing he was a she. He had only met her one time when he was very small. Coty had a big crush on him and now she looked like a skater boy with wild hair. Coty was hot in a deviant sort of way and Lycos liked that about her.

"Sure, let’s go."

Lycos stated. Shippo shook his head at his daughter. She got good grades in school and so this skate boarding thing was no big deal. It just made her look like a punk.

"So Coty is still getting straight A's huh. I think Lycos could use some tutoring from her even if she resembles a trouble maker like you pup. He is like Inuyasha in the fact he hates studying, but he is smart as hell. He just wants to hide in his room on the internet or wander the streets. Only Jimmy can get him to listen."

Sesshoumaru stated softly watching the kids take off.

"Sure, that won't be a problem. I am glad to see all of you are out of the hospital. I was worried for you both since this was too close a call for this family."

Shippo stated softly as he looked at the two men who raised him. He had been falling apart with worry over them both. No one wanted to lose Inuyasha. To lose Inuyasha was like losing the sunshine. If they lost Sesshoumaru then they would lose the moon and the stars. Megan shined like a tiny star in-between the two demons and Sesshoumaru was cold like the moon. He still was the most beautiful of all demons any of them had known although Shippo had his own opinions on beauty. Sesshoumaru did not see himself as they did. He was rather stubborn about that too.

"Well we are home now. Akiyoshi stated we have to make sure the organ works. I told him it came from my body so it will be fine. If he had problems with mine then Father would give Inuyasha his. It is that simple. It isn't like we are going to let him die."

Sesshoumaru stated softly and looked away from the runt for a moment. He was trying hard not to be angry at his own pup for almost killing his mate. He wanted to destroy the baby before it killed Inuyasha, but luckily everything came out ok. Sesshoumaru grabbed his sleeping son from Inuyasha deciding it was time to get over his anger and get to know his child better. There was no point in blaming a baby for something that wasn't his fault. That had caused the brothers enough pain with his anger towards Inuyasha. Such negative obsessions with hate were not good and would not help them heal as a family.

"Aito you are beautiful little runt. You will grow strong though. I have a feeling that he will be short like you Inuyasha. You were the runt too and look at you now. You are very strong, stronger then all of us in many ways."

Inuyasha smiled as Megan slept against his shoulder.

"Thank you brother, but fact is I am just glad to be able to be with you my beloved. He was worth all of this don't you think?"

Inuyasha stated as Sesshoumaru kissed him.

"Yes our pups, our family is worth any pain we suffer. Still I would not give you up my love for anything. Not even for this as much as I love our pups I would not live without you again."

Sesshoumaru stated holding his child and smiling down at him. Aito smiled back in his slumber. His Father was no longer angry and his strange golden eyed Mother was well. All would be good again. Aito would help them heal with his other Mother Megan's powers. A light seemed to glow around the three adults as the tiny child glowed in power then it faded. Then the pup yawned and sighed as if trying to stay awake. Aito was just as stubborn as his Fathers.

The baby was soon taken by the nanny again who cooed to the sleepy pup. All the tiny younglings were ushered away to the playroom where the servants would care for them. The nannies seemed to adore the many little ones that came when the whole family was together.

Sesshoumaru smiled at Inuyasha feeling much better. His back no longer hurt as much and neither did Inuyasha’s. Megan seemed to feel better although like the pup she was drained of energy. She kept trying to wake up as her mates brushed their claws through her long golden hair to keep her resting. The baby borrowed some of her powers to heal them and Megan tried everything to stay awake. It was not working at all.

Akiyoshi could not stop looking at the sleeping woman on Inuyasha’s lap. She was so peaceful and there was not a trace of that impish mischief that he adored right then. It was beautiful though no matter what she was doing. Akiyoshi knew he was becoming way too obsessed with Megan, but he did not know how to change it.

Kagome felt for her mate since although they were mated she had Ayame and Kouga once in a while to enjoy since they agreed it was time for a break. Akiyoshi and Kagome had been mated for almost 1000 years. Miroku was too much like a brother, but the other two demons did not mind the additional company to their beds. Akiyoshi felt that he was too close to the two wolves seeing them more as brothers and sisters then lovers. He just did not feel attracted to them like he did the Inu’s and the little cat demoness.

Sometimes it was so quiet at home for the two mates with others caring for the younglings. Akiyoshi would get lonely and so he worked extra hours to keep himself going.

Kagome preferred being alone some nights with only Ayame leaving the men to themselves since she had always been drawn to strong women and Sango was no exception. Akiyoshi knew of their nights together in the past in the hot springs as she had told him about it. Akiyoshi also knew even mated that mates had always strayed a bit as long as they agreed to it. He accepted the possibilities of being with others as long as no hard feeling erupted from it all.

A long time ago Kagome agreed to Akiyoshi’s desire to be with Megan, but he was afraid to broach it with the two demon males. Touching her mate’s hand gently Kagome pulled Akiyoshi to her.

“My dearest, when things settle down for them just ask. I am sure they would be willing to listen and they won’t pull off your limbs for it. You worry so much my love over things you should not. Right now they are a bit over sensitive and worried for each other. Eventually they will come around again since they are all too wild to not play with us a little bit.”

Sesshoumaru sighed and looked back at Akiyoshi. His hearing had improved since he had to cut off the mind reading for a while as well as his ability to hear from great distances and he would talk to Prince Hojo later. Right now he was not going to share anything with anyone especially his mates. They almost lost Inuyasha and that would have killed them all. Coming that close to death made him realize how important the time they shared together was. The things he took for granted really started to matter. It was undetermined how long they had to live if for some reason Inuyasha’s transplant suddenly rejected. It could happen at any time so he really wanted to live even more than before. No matter the risks they took all three of them decided if they were going see an end to this life they lived than they would do everything together.

Inuyasha sighed as he looked at his brother when everyone got up to go talk far away from them outside on the balcony wondering when they would get time to themselves again.

“Our good doctor has a real thing for our Megan. We are going to have to watch him like a hawk.”

Sesshoumaru nodded in agreement.

“I want to grant him leave with the three of us, but fact is I don’t want to share at all right now. I don’t know how to break it to him without making him completely miserable. He is terrified we will blow up on him. After Jimmy and the incident with Tsukiya the last thing we need is another person outside of us falling in love again.’
“Jimmy and Tsukiya still are hanging on to their feelings for us. It isn’t right and we can’t do what we did to them to someone else. It wouldn’t be fair when we do not plan on giving them our hearts in return.”

Inuyasha looked at Sesshoumaru after he made that comment as if really seeing him for the first time.

“You are serious about being monogamous only to us aren’t you?”

Sesshoumaru nodded to Inuyasha with a serious expression. Then he pouted a bit since he had really thought this through quite well and wondered what his mates opinions were on such matters.

“Does this bother you Inuyasha?”

Inuyasha answered honestly.

“Well I like flirting and messing around. Truth is though Sesshoumaru after what happened between us all I would rather it just be only us enjoying each other than having others involved in our lives. We have a hard enough time keeping up with each other. I still don't think flirting and playing is bad. We just have to be careful and in the end of course make sure our mates come first. Our feelings must come first. If this is what you want I will do it for all of us.”

Megan stirred a bit and yawned. Looking up at her mates she smiled softly.

“Feel like I am starving again.”

Sesshoumaru lifted her face up to kiss her deeply. He wanted to inhale her scent and taste her. Both males wanted sex right then, but they were still very sore. The three of them really wanted to be alone together with no damn nurses or doctors telling them what they could not do. Sesshoumaru needed to be with his mates and to love them as he had desired to do at the hospital.

“Megan we were talking about us being only with each other from now on. We would not allow others to come in between us and I wish to be monogamous when it comes to the three of us. How do you feel about that?”

Megan moaned as Sesshoumaru devoured her neck. Inuyasha was watching them with a sly smirk on his face.

“He wants to know if you want to give into Akiyoshi’s advances. We can still flirt, but he is kind of unhappy with the Doc right now. We have been a bit jealous of his feelings toward you and we are going to hurt him if he doesn't back off for a while.”

Sesshoumaru was feeling very vulnerable and very possessive right then. He wanted to lash out at the adults and make them all disappear so he could be with his mates.

“No, I don't want to play with him right now. I don't mind teasing a bit, but things were getting kind of weird and that can be an afterthought for as long as we want it to be since I am happy with what we have my loves. I only love you both and my heart belongs to both of you. I won't give that part of me to anyone else.'
"In fact right now I am forever happy just being ravished by you two for all eternity. Akiyoshi is handsome, but he is a health nut. I like corrupting you guys and now that Sesshoumaru is on a cookie fetish again why ruin it by adding a cookie donut hater type to our group? I feel bad for him, but I am not insane. I am not going through that hell again. I love you both too much for us to mess what we have up."

Sesshoumaru and Inuyasha smiled. This had been the answer they hoped for. Sesshoumaru rewarded his little female by caressing her hair and kissing her passionately. Megan pulled Sesshoumaru closer as he licked and nipped at her sensitive flesh.

"Oh……. Sesshoumaru………..you are making me crazy………”

Sesshoumaru stated as his eyes went red. Inuyasha then nodded. Looking at Kouga he motioned to him as Kouga was always good at rounding people up to get out when they needed their space without offending anyone.

Kouga had shoved everyone out the door and grabbed Akiyoshi around the waist as he went to go talk to the mates about their health before leaving.

"They know the rules Doc, let 'em be."

The whole family was finally gone as Kouga gave Inuyasha a small salute that Inuyasha just waved back as he was suddenly pulled down onto the couch by a magenta striped clawed hand with a muffled 'mmmnnnphhhhhhhhhh' for his efforts. Kouga couldn't help smirking a bit as he took all the family out to dinner and the movies. Then they would all stay at the hotel so that the three mates would have the mansion to themselves for a few nights.
