The reason that there was so much confusion is because Inuyasha stole the original jewel. He killed off the family and created this illusion confusing his brother before Sesshoumaru could act. The jewel can grant any wish and therefore Inuyasha made all this up knowing ahead of time what his brother was going to do and was indeed heartbroken by it. He had already wished everything he wanted to and in the end taught Sesshoumaru a valuable lesson. I guess that part can get confusing but it will make sense I hope for you as you read along.

I was reading this story when I got to a chapter that made no sense. How in the world did Seshomaru mak Inuyasha a demon with a fake jewel? It made absolutly no sense! Also how could seshomaru not know that he killed humans and not demons? Explain all this please!

i can't even begin to tell u how many times i started to read this story and didn't. u almost lost me at chapters 6 and 7. thankfully i've gotten to know ur writing style and kept up with it. (currently at chapter 12. i know. thought i'd be farther along.) u r so d*** random and i love that. it starts to get a little boring being able to predict where a story may be going. u r the most random author i have ever met that can make this work. neways. tnks for inspiring me to finally read this. as always i look forwards to ur latest updates. i read my fair wolfy. i'm curious what a sequel would be like. again completely up to u. are there any fav stories u like or authors. i have several yaoi i like and a few others that fall under different pairings; not always romance. sorry for rambling. bye

I think InuYasha is a dramatic uke(even when he tops occasionally). He willing to give Sesshomaru complete control to forget about the pain he suffered in the past even though it won't ever fully go away.

Sounds like Sess is going throug h mid-life crisisi again... I wonder will he disaprear for a while and make it so no one finds him so he can find himself once again??? Or will this push Inu over the edge and cause him to do that instead???

I cried almost this entire chapter it made me feel like some told me I had only 6 months to live but it's great for plot devlopement though.

I guess too much time can drive even demons insane. This is the feeling that I get sometimes while I'm reading this. Not meant to be an insult if that's not what you're trying to portray in this work. :o/
