Akira woke up rather groggy the memory of last night just a blur for the most part. She looked around the empty room and then down at her naked body.
"God Damn it! That bastard!" Akira said getting up and dressed and storming out of the room.
She started roaming the halls of this castle looking for Naraku to give him hell for taking advantage of her. "Your awake, did you sleep well?" Naraku asked.
Akira turned and faced him, "you bastard you took advantage of me!"
"I beg your pardon but if I remember correctly your the one who threw yourself at me. I only obliged by your wishes."
Akira began to blush as she began to remember a little more clearly. "I must thank you in away you helped me understand you a little better." Naraku said.
"Uh...."
"I seen your hate, your dissapointment, how you dispise your cousin Kagome."
"I don't dispise her, she's just irritating. She's a goodygoody it bugs me is all."
"I can sympothize with that, you and her are the same."
"Hahaha! No Kagome is nothing like me at all."
"I didn't mean in attitude you both have the same gift, you both can sense the presense of the Jewel shards. And this pendent of yours is extraordinary there's some secret about it."
"I don't know what your getting at? Its just a pendent nothing special really now give it back."
"As you wish. That cousin of yours is heading this way do you want to confront her?"
"Sure why not."
"Excellent, this will give me time to see how trained you are at fighting. But here this should help you fight better."
"A Jewel shard how is this suppose to help me fight better?"
"Watch."
Naraku inserted the shard into Akira's right arm. Akira was amazed at seeing something like this. "Now then Kohaku will escort you to where Kagome and the others are."
"Others?"
"Yes that perverted monk you met the day before in the river, Inuyasha, Shippo, and Sango."
"Who are they?"
"Inuyasha is a hanyu."
"A half demon?"
"Yes."
"Demons don't exisist, they're something created by religious folks who what to scare others into joining there religion."
Naraku let a smile cross his lips this girl was more entertaining then he thought she'd be, how niave she is.
"Kohaku." Naraku called out.
A young boy no older then eleven or tweleve came and stood by Naraku. "Kohaku take Akira down to see Inuyasha and the others."
"Yes Master Naraku."
Akira followed Kohaku out of the castle, the boy carried a chain weapon it concerened her just a little that a boy so young should be fighting with such a weapon.

Kagome and the others were still heading in the direction of where the castle should be. Kagome stopped as she sensed a jewel shard coming this way. The gang got into a fighting stance waiting for the demon to appear.
Kagome looked up as she spotted the thing with the jewel shard fall down from the sky. When she landed safely on her feet Kagome rubbed her eyes a few times not believeing that the person standing before her was her cousin Akira.
"Akira what are you doing here?" Kagome asked.
"I could ask you the same question Kagome. The Fuedal era is an interesting time in Japan's history don't you think."
"What did Naraku do to you?"
"Nothing. Now come on."
"What?"
"Fight me."
"Akira, I'm not going to fight you."
"I'd be happy to take her place." Inuyasha said reaching for his sword.
"Sit!" Kagome shouted.
Inuyasha fell flat on his face.
"That's Miss Congeniality for you. I bet you can't even use that bow and arrow." Akira said.
"Akira go home."
"Now why should I do that when you get to stay here and have all the fun?"
"Its not really fun Akira."
Akira looked around at the group Kagome was a part of. "Your hanging around with a bunch of rifraff."
"They're my friends."
"Uhhuh a bunch of freaks for friends."
"At least I have friends! You can't even make friends."
"I tire of your babbling Kagome. Now show me what you got."
"Kagome should we do something?" Miroku asked.
"No I'll handle this. Akira I don't know what Naraku told you or what he promised you but I can assure you its a lie."
"Give me the shards!"
"No!"
"Oh I've had enough of this." Inuyasha said charging.
"well at least someones up for a fight."
Akira moved with swifted speed thanks to the shard embedded in her. She grabbed Inuyasha by the arm and threw him over her back. "Well that was easy." Akira said with a smug grin.
"Akira!"
She turned to her cousin who had pulled out her bow and arrow. Akira let a smile cross her lips "now the fun is really starting up."
