While walking back to the castle, Rin had fallen asleep in Sesshomaru’s arms. She was exhausted from the days’ events, and just needed to rest. And with the gentle swaying of Sesshomarus’ stride, it did not take long.

Sometime later she awoke in her room at the castle at first wondering how she got there. She then sat up and brought two fingers to her lips and recalled everything that had happened between her and Sesshomaru before she fell asleep. Almost immediately he face flushed red as she felt the liquid heat begin to pool in the lower regions of her body.
Her breathing hastened and she stumbled off of her bed, surprised at the reaction her body has given after only the thoughts of him touching her. When she was standing on her own feet, and her breathing returned to normal she headed straight to the bath that she had connecting to her room.
When she reached her bathroom, she quickly disrobed and jumped into the bath that had already been set for her.
‘Perhaps Lord Sesshomaru already knew that I would want to take a shower when I awoke.” She thought to herself.
When she was finished soaking, she stepped out of the tub and grabbed the closest towel to her, wrapped it around herself, and headed back to her room. Pleased to see that a light pink kimono with red and white vines embroidered on it was placed onto her bed.
She liked the kimono a lot. It fit perfectly, I looked fantastic and it wasn’t too long. It fell just above her knee, and had long sleeves that fell in the middle of her hand. After dressing, she walked over to her vanity where proceeded in drying her damp hair and brushing it.
When she was done, she left her room.
Walking down the hall towards Sesshomarus’ chambers, she couldn’t help but to think about what had happened earlier, most of all to see if she could find him and put her mind at peace as to why it all happened. Although she knew that she did not really mind it happening, but nonetheless wanted to know why.
‘What had driven him to act as he did? Soon enough I will know’ she thought to herself, still walking in the direction of his chambers.

Upon reaching the castle only to find Rin asleep, he brought her to her room and set her on her bed. He had thought about bringing her to his chambers, but soon rejected the idea for he did not want her to be confused as to why she was there.
After laying her down on her bed and gently resting her head on one of her pillows, he placed a gentle loving kiss upon her forehead and whispered, “Sleep well, My Love.” Afterwards he turned around, and made his way towards the door, but before opening it he gave a glance over his shoulder at the sleeping Rin, turned and walked out the door closing it behind him.
After closing the door, Lord Sesshomaru quickly made his way towards his chambers and shut the door behind him. For a moment he stood on the other side of the door, closed his eyes and sighed.
Leaving the door he went to his study, seeing if any necessary paperwork was left when he went on the ‘walk’ with Rin. Seeing that nothing was there, he left his chambers to find Hisa and inform her of Rins’ arrival and that she should have a bath, fresh towels, and a new kimono that he has been saving for her 19th birthday set on her bed.
After making all the necessary preparations for Rins’ courting, Sesshomaru returned to his chambers to take a bath.

Rin continued on her way to her Lords chambers when she finally saw the door. Taking a deep breath, she turned the knob and opened the door only to see nobody in his room.
‘Maybe I should just wait for him here, he will turn up eventually’ she thought on her way towards his balcony.
Standing on his balcony she was overlooking the view when she was startled by a hand wrapping around her waist, pulling her into a form that stood behind her.
She gasped and turned around to see Sesshomaru standing there, wearing only his hakamas. She smiled up at him and turned back around to continue looking at the view. The sun was setting, leaving the sky above a mix of pink and orange.
“It’s just beautiful” she said mostly to herself looking out into the beautiful sunset.
“Yes, you truly are.” Sesshomaru whispered into her ear before placing a kiss on her right cheek.
She turned around to him in surprise. Chocolate brown eyes met molten amber ones before his lips crashed down onto hers.
He parted his lips, and traced hers with his tongue, silently asking for entrance. She obliged as he deepened the kiss. He wrapped his arms around her waist, holding her closer to him and she wrapped her arms around his neck and tangled her fingers in his hair, holding his face to hers.
Then his right arm left her waist to caress her thigh through the silk of her kimono. She moaned slightly into his mouth as his hand brought the fabric up just under her bottom and brought her leg up to rest at his waist, holding it there.
Leaving her lips, Sesshomaru made a trail from her mouth kissing down her jaw line to her neck. Rin threw her head back, closed her eyes, and gasped. Every kiss that Sesshomaru left on her skin seemed to burn up with her need for him.
Stopping at the crook of her neck, Sesshomaru took in a breath of her beautiful cherry blossom scent mixed with the sweet scent of her arousal and kissed his way back up to her mouth. Then stopping to look into her eyes and removing his hand from her thigh easing her leg down to meet the other on the floor.
“Rin, come.” He needed to stop or he would soon oblige his need to ravish her on his balcony floor.
He took her hand, fingers interlocked, and led her towards his room. He sat her on the edge of the bed and left her legs dangling over the edge. He then parted and stood between them, placing a gentle, loving kiss onto her lips.
Breaking the kiss he said huskily into her ear, “Rin, will you be my mate?”

A/N: CLIFFHANGER! I hate those when I’m reading stories -_-, but sometimes they make people just want to read more of your stories. And yes this is the first official lemon that I am writing, and im .. pretty nervous as to how it is going to turn out.
I’m picturing things *blush* that are happening between the two, but then its so. Hard for me to write it, but I’m doing it! I wasn’t even able to write them kissing before much less any lemon. But its gonna happen and I’m pretty happy about it. I’m anxious for my own story, whoopee ! : ) .
I should have the next chapter up in about 3 days, so don not worry. And R&R please. I love reading them, although ihave gotten very meny T_T.
