Okay now on to the story

CHAPTER 3 First night of insanity

He had her in his arms his beast roared to claim her and now as he walked out of the casino he settled it by taking in her sweet fragrance that was for ever changing around here and then an all too failure presence was behind him he smirked evil as he called his name
“Inu Yasha if you know what’s best you shall leave this Sesshoumaru and what is his alone.”
Inu Yasha growled
“I will not Brother Invoke my rights as her employer and protector.”
Sesshoumaru turned to face him his eyes still glazed over red
“I suggest little brother you revoke your claim.” His voice cold as ice and he snarled Inu Yasha felt the Youkai in Sesshoumaru rise up to his challenge and he pined his ears back and whimpered knowing he could never take him on
“you are not taiyoukai yet brother.”
Red eyes met red eyes
“Remember what happened the first time Inu Yasha…she is mine I have claimed what is mine you shall not stop this Sesshoumaru.”
And with that he turned to leave
And Inu Yasha shuddered he remembered he remembered to well what had happened 10 years ago on the first spring it was like His father told him Sesshoumaru went insane
*flash back*
It was the first spring since Naraku bounded Kagome’s mom and she had started working at the casino
And it would be her first heat Inu Yasha had just started working there when Kagome bummed into him and they fell to the floor with her on top of him blushing madly she got up and helped him up
Upon smelling her his eyes glazed red for a moment
“what is your name?” he asked through clinched teeth
“I’m Kagome…gomen I’m sorry I wasn’t watching were I was going I...”
“GO HOME!”
he cut her off with a loud bark and tears filled her eyes
“Why?”
he leaned in to sniff again and smelled his brothers new claim on her
“Your in heat and too much of a liability. Come back in a week well talk then.”
And he turned to leave and she did as she was told She knew all to well what he meant. All females did.
He had a long day he had gotten into several fights due to Kagome’s lingering sent on him
He returned to the Palace to find him self pined to a near by wall Sesshoumaru with eyes red looking at him as if say ‘you will die for touching what is mine.’
Growling at each other Sesshoumaru leaned in to in hale deeper
“you have see her.”
It was not a question But Inu Yasha was pissed he had his chance with the young woman
“Meh…so what if I had. I want her.”
And that was his mistake laying a claim on her
“SHE IS MINE!”
he roared and the fought only the thunderous roar from there father broke them up
“PUT HIM IN CHAINS!”
200 guard fought with Sesshoumaru as Inu Yasha lay battered on the ground and the grounds pushed
his the young taiyoukai in to the dungeons and chained him down the palace shook
and a roaring cry could be heard
“HE DIES..HE TOUCHED WHAT IS MINE…HE DIES!”
Inu Yasha and Inu no Tashio looked at each other for a moment
“so it begins.”
His father said sadly before hitting him
“ARE YOU STUPID HAYOU.INUYASHA LAYING CLAIM TO A YOUNG TAIYOUKAI LOARDS MATE WILL CERTIFIE YOUR DEATH.”
He winched and bowed his head and his father left the palace
As he thought to him self
“I will protect her. from the him. I will save her form him. This I swear.”
*end flash back*
Sighing in his defeat he followed Sesshoumaru back to the palace
His cold brother looked back at him
“why have you come?”
he asked coldly
“I made an oath. And I plain on keeping in you may not care about my honor but Father taught us both the meaning of it.”
“Suit your self...but remember this Inu Yasha you can not interfere with this Sesshoumaru.”
