Doctor Gero kills Android Seventeen in 1555 (incomplete and fragmented)

Incomplete and fragmented again. This is where Doctor Gero kills Android Seventeen and sends him on a journey to Purgatory, where he meets the angel Sammael.

~~~~~~~~
C.E. 1555
To Seventeen, the sensation of it was incredible, overwhelming, and altogether horrible, the smooth, effortless slide of titanium endoskeleton and finely-machined control servos punching clean through his sternum, snapping three ribs in two, ripping past the delicate tissues of a lung, rending one of his ventricles into bloody, gushing pulp, and emerging from his back just an inch to the left of his spine to sink a full foot down into the stone beneath him both sickening him and filling him with a indescribable numbness, his body growing strangely heavy as his limbs slackened and drooped slowly against the cold, hard floor of Naraku's fortress courtyard.
Shakily, the former android craned his head up off of the flat ground, his long, raven hair drawing up underneath him like an ebony curtain as he peered down at his the ragged, seeping hole in his chest, then up the length of the gleaming, mechanical arm jutting bloodily from it. That arm fused with a shoulder, that shoulder fused with a neck, and that neck fused with a head.
Gero's head.
Neither man nor machine uttered a single word as they regarded one another in this moment of absolute finality, unfocused, dilating orbs of dying emerald meeting artificially-toned, digitally-synchronized diodes of ice blue for an eternity of unspoken loathing, their private little section of the courtyard falling deathly silent as the silence of death crept over Seventeen's trembling body. At that moment, Seventeen felt compelled to turn his head to the right, gazing barely one hundred yards across the vertical ground and watching distantly as Son Goku's bloodied form rose up behind Naraku with saiya-jin furor, lunging forth and latching onto the vulgar demon's back with every Newton his muscular arms and legs could possibly muster to him.
Vaguely, Seventeen recognized this action. Hadn't he seen it somewhere before? Perhaps forty-six years of playing Kyushu's superhero on the Silent Planet had dulled his memory. "Oh, that's right," Seventeen gathered dimly. "He's going to nuke himself."
Seventeen enters Purgatory and meets Azrael.
Out in the darkness, a single, radiant light shone to a lone, young man. It was a brilliant light, and he saw it more clearly than anything he had ever lain eyes on before, knowing precisely of its real nature and what it truly heralded. He knew that he had seen it before, once, long ago, but the thrill of living had dulled his memory, and he had forgotten its brilliant, heartbreaking gleam. That light terrified him, filled him with incredible, fantastical fears, for he knew that once he embraced it, there would be no going back.
No going back. No atonement for the terrible crime he had committed, no reparation for the horrible damage done, just the end, the final end - death.
Death. The raven-haired young man craned his head downward to look at his upper body and his emerald-green eyes starkened in horror as he gazed upon the gaping, blood-soaked hole in his chest. It was filled with torn muscle and congealed blood, and it was situated right over the place where his heart should have been. brought his right hand.
