I Gave You All That I Have Inside

Chapter 3

I Gave You All I Have Inside

The group moved away from the carcass of the dead demon. InuYasha sat holding Kagomes unconscious body in his lap while the others made camp. Sango unrolled Kagomes sleeping bag, and then knelt down next to InuYasha.

“Please put her down,” she said to him, “let us see what we can do for her.”

InuYasha wouldn’t look up at her. He clutched Kagome tighter to him. Miroku came and knelt on his other side.

“InuYasha, let us examine her,” he said, “it will be alright.”

The hanyou gave a ragged sigh. Reluctantly he handed her over to Miroku who gently laid her down on the sleeping bag. Then with a growl of anger he jumped up and bounded away. Sango stood up, and watched him go, a look of concern on her face.

“Let him go for now,” Miroku said, “Our main concern has to be for Kagome at this time.”

They went over to her. It looked like the color was returning to her cheeks. They gently checked her to see if there were any bruises or broken bones, but did not find a mark on her. Miroku and Sango sent Shippo to find some water. While Sango softly smoothed the hair out of her face, Miroku looked in her back pack for her first aid kit. Suddenly Kagome twitched and she moved her head to the side, eyelids squeezed tightly.

“Miroku,” Sango called, “I think she is coming around.”

Quickly Miroku moved to her side, putting the first aid kit down next to him.

Kagome slowly opened her eyes, looking up at them in confusion.

“What happened?” she said wonderingly.

“How do you feel?” said Miroku.

“A little dizzy, but I’m okay.” She replied, “Where’s InuYasha, is he okay?”

Sango and Miroku glanced at one another.

“What is the last thing you remember?”
She raised her hand to her head, a frown between her eyes. Just then Shippo arrived.

“Kagome!” he said, “you’re alright!”

The kitsune through himself on her and she stroked his head.

“I remember InuYasha going down, and then I had this strange feeling, a need to protect him…I think I raised my hand to him…and something happened…and I blacked out.”

“You don’t remember the barrier?” said Miroku.

“You don’t remember the blue light that shot out of your hand?” said Sango.

“I…I think I do,” she said. “But where is InuYasha?”

“I think he you’ll be able to find him if you head west of here,” said Shippo, “Just listen for someone raging and falling trees.”

“Oh no,” said Kagome, her eyes wide.

“He seemed pretty upset when he left here.” Sang said.

“Why didn’t you tell me!” She replied, jumping up as if nothing had happened to her.

“Because you were unconscious,” said Miroku, “we did not know what was wrong with you.”

“I have to find him,” she said and was off before anyone could say another word.

She ran into the forest, ignoring the branches that lashed at her in passing and the bushes that caught at her clothes. He probably thinks something is terribly wrong with me, she thought, her heart constricting with the thought of the pain he may be in. Sure enough, she heard the crashing of trees coming down. Next she heard cursing and howls of pain filled rage.

“InuYasha!” she called, “InuYasha!”

A tree came crashing her way and she ducked. Suddenly he was there, sweeping her away in his arms. He carried her away from the devastation. Finally coming to a stop he crouched down with her in his arms, looking at her with a mixture of amazement and relief. She lay in his arms, arrested by the look in his golden eyes and unable to speak.

“You’re okay,” he finally gasped, and buried his head in her neck, pulling her close. “I thought I lost you.”

She put a hand up and stroked his head.
“I’m here,” she said soothingly, “I’m not going anywhere.”

He picked his head up and looked at her, tears in his eyes, and suddenly kissed her passionately. She was surprised at first, but the fierceness of the kiss overwhelmed her and she melted into it. Her heart began to race and she could feel herself becoming aroused despite the circumstances. He broke the kiss and feverishly started kissing her neck. In a burst of passionate need they quickly undressed and he was on top of her, kissing every part of her body like a starving man given his first bit of food. When he finally came up for air, he looked into her face with blazing eyes and kissed her as he thrust himself deeply inside her. Then he picked her up, still inside her, and flipped over so she was on top. This allowed her to feel the maximum amount of stimulation to her clitoris, and he gripped her waist and thrust into her in an angle that maximized her pleasure. But this time she also felt a warmth building inside her where the head of his cock thrust against her inner walls. She opened her eyes wide, her breath catching as her orgasm built from the inside and out. Then she through back her head and screamed her orgasm to the treetops. As she started to collapse, blinding flashes of light behind her closed eyes, InuYasha gritted his teeth and thrusting fast and hard into her a few more times, roared his own release. And it happened again. This time the blue glow surrounded them like a halo, making them look like they were the center of a blue sun. By the time they became aware enough to notice it, it was fading. But they knew something had happened again, they could feel the strange energy engulfing them.

“Did you see that,” he said, panting.

“I think so,” Kagome responded, “Did you feel that, too.”

“Yes,” he said, “Kagome, I think that what happened today is related to this energy transference that happens when we have sex. We have to find out what it is.”

“I agree,” she said, “maybe we should ask Kaede, see if she may know. Or else, maybe she will be able to tell us of someone else who can help us.”

“Okay,” he said, and pulled her down into his arms.

Although relieved she was alright, he could not shake the fear of what had happened today. What if it happened again; what if next time she did not recover. He couldn’t stand to think about it, they had to have answers as soon as possible.
