“Who?” Kagome looked around.
“You can’t hide yourself with those stupid clothes.” The man in red growled at her. Kagome got angry.
“I’m not hiding! If I was, I wouldn’t be seen by you, duh!” she said. “And besides my name is Kagome. Get it? Ka-go-me.” She put her hands on her hips, taking on a defensive stance. She started to look the man up and down, but didn’t get very far. “Hey wow! Are those real?” seeing the fuzzy ears on his head. She walked up to him and pulled on one.
“Stupid girl,” he growled, “get off ‘a me!” he tried to struggle but didn’t do very well. Kagome was lifted by the back of her shirt, and pulled away. She looked over her shoulder to see one of the heads of the dragon carrying her.
“Heh…” she sort of laughed. “Sorry.” She was set down and nudged away from the man on the tree. She went to stand where she had fallen before.
“First, Inuyasha,” the other one picked up the conversation he had lost, “you will tell me where to find our fathers grave, and then I might consider letting you live.”
“Fat chance Sesshoumaru! You wouldn’t let me live if I turned full demon and gave you the world on a silver platter.” Inuyasha spat.
“Whoa! Time out!” Kagome said stepping in. “You’re a demon? And you’re going to kill some one?” Did I step into a world full of slang and gang?”
“Who and what?” asked Inuyasha unintelligently.
“That’s a no.” Kagome said to herself.
“This mutt is only half a demon,” The little man said. “Lord Sesshoumaru and I are full blooded demons.”
“I must have hit my head really, really hard when I fell down that well.” She said faintly, putting a hand on her forehead. “I mean demons? Those are fairy tales from the feudal era.” She sat heavily on the ground. Sesshoumaru ignored her, and Inuyasha and the others stared.
“Demons! Lady Kaede, hurry!” a shout was heard.
