Sesshomaru and Inuyasha's Romance

“I’ll walk you back to your stuff if you want.” Insisted Miroku.

”No, no… I’m going home, to my time for a little bit… Later.” Then she walked off in a hurry. Miroku turned to Inuyasha.

”How could you just sit there while Kagome is in pain!” The woman in his embrace slowly opened her eyes.

”Sorry love, I’ll get rid of him.” Inuyasha jumped down and pushed Miroku on the ground. “Get out of here Miroku, this doesn’t concern you!” Miroku sat there stunned for a moment, then stood up and walked off. Inuyasha turned around to see Katana falling from the tree. He ran over and caught her just in time. What just happened here? Inuyasha sat down still holding Katana very confused.

Kagome laid on her bed in tears. How could I let him cause me so much pain? She questioned herself. After a few hours pasted by, she stood up and walked over to her door. Maybe I should go back to him. He could have a good reason why he was embracing another woman. Then again… I don’t know. She opened up the door and went back to the Feudal Era to find Inuyasha. 

”Katana? Katana!” He started to shake her. She opened her eyes and sat up. “You had me worried there. You okay?”

”Yeah…” She rubbed her head. “What happened? The last thing I remember is sleeping peacefully in your embrace.”

”All of a sudden when I turned around, you were falling and so I leaped forward and caught you in my arms. Are you sure your okay now? If anything ever happened to you…”

”I’m fine now…” She saw that he still looked a bit worried. “Really, I’m okay now.” Then she kissed him.

Kagome walked to where she last saw him and there he was. Kissing that woman. At that moment her heart shattered into a million pieces. She felt like her soul left her body. She couldn’t move, couldn’t breathe, couldn’t think. Everything seemed to stop. All that was there to her was Inuyasha kissing that female dog-demon and a dead Kagome. At least to him she was. She tried to turn away, she tried to close her eyes, but she couldn’t. All she could do was watch. Inuyasha slowly pulled away and told her that he loves her and that he’ll never leave her. Once again she tried to run away before he saw her, but she couldn’t make her feet move from that spot. Inuyasha looked up and their eyes met. Tears began to form in her eyes. He shook his head and looked down. His eyes grew big. He pushed Katana off of him and started to walk towards Kagome. She still couldn’t move. She wanted to, she wanted to run away, but she was frozen.

”Kagome… What’s going on?… What’s wrong?” He also had tears forming in his eyes. “I don’t remember anything after meeting Katana… Are you okay?” She was speechless. “Kagome… Please… Talk to me…”

”She’s stunned that you kissed me.” He turned around to face her. “You don’t remember? Well let me refresh your memory.” Then she stood up and started to walk over to him, but then fell to the ground.

”What in the hell is going on here!” Yelled Inuyasha, frustrated by his confusion. 

”Poor Inuyasha.” Said a voice that he’s never heard before. He turned around to see a half cat-demon and half human. “Your so confused and so helpless.” He tried to move towards her but he couldn’t move.

”What is this! Why can’t I move! Who are you! What have you done to Kagome!”

”So many questions.”

”Answer me!”

”Well I can’t if you keep interrupting me.”  She waited a while. “Okay, I’m Sorceress Callie. And you and Katana have been under my curse. I was controlling the both of you.”

”You just made a death wish and I plan on making that wish come true for you.” He drew his sword. He tried to walk forward, but still couldn’t move. The sword flew out of his hands and turned around and stabbed him right in the stomach. He bent over and growled.

”Inuyasha! No!” Yelled Kagome as she drew an arrow and shot the sorceress. She looked down at the arrow that had pierced her heart and dropped to the ground dead. The bind was broken and Inuyasha dropped to the ground. Kagome ran over to him and held him in her arms as he yanked out the sword.

”Kagome… If I die… I just want you to know that… I… Love you…” He said in between breaths.

”Inuyasha…”  She could no longer control her tears and they flowed out continuously. “Your not going to die… Just rest love… Wonder off to your dreams and… “ Her voice faded as he drifted of to sleep.
