A/N:Thanks for reading my first story.There will be some character deaths later in the story and I plain to make it a long one.There are many original characters in this story. This will be the only story I will be working on for the time being, so that it can get my full dedication.Please review, be honest but not harsh,any rudeness and I'll bite back(I'm not sweet).There will be lemon later in the story, but be patient
cuz not yet.Once again thank you.

The sun was low in the sky as they headed toward the village. When the village came into view they could see Shippo sitting at the bottom of the steps. He was playing with some toys that Kagome had bought for him.When he saw them he was very happy.

"Kagome!"

"Shippo, I see you found the hand held video game and the remote control airplane. Do you like them?"

"Yes,but I'm upset. I had to come outside and play even though it is muddy.Cuz Inuyasha said that the game was too loud. He said if I did't take it out that he was going to break it."Shippo looked sad.

"Oh no he won't." Kagome picked up the small fox and gave him a hug. He snuggled in close and sniffed her shirt. He always felt so safe with her.

"Uh, sorry Kagome but were do you want me to put these?"Koga said lifting the bags.

"Sorry, Koga come to the house."

"Shippo have you seen Miroku?"Asked Sango

"He's at our house." Shippo stayed with Kaede. Kaede's house was between Kagome's and Sango's. Unlike Kaede's both of their homes were newly built and were the biggest in the village. They had things in their homes that back in those days were rare and only the rich could afford. Like a bathtub, of course Kagome had to have her hot baths and had no problem boiling the water for this. As they walked up the staires toward their homes Inuyasha stepped out of Kaede's house.

"Kagome, it took you long enough. What the hell is he doing here?" He said pointing at Koga.

"It's called helping."she said hoping that he would not start anything, but of course that was hoping for too much.

"Well I'll take it from here Wolfboy .So go home.The smell of you makes me sick."

"Baka! You mutt! I'll kick your ass if you call me a boy again."

"Is that so wolfboy?" Inuyasha said temptingly. Koga rushed toward him, but Kagome quickly Stepped between them.

"You're both acting like little boys."She shouted.

Shippo looked upset with this "Hey, I don't act like that,and I'm only nine. I think they are acting like fools." POP! Inuyasha hit Shippo in the head with his fist.

"Ouch!"Shippo began to cry.

"Inuyasha,SIT!" At Kagomes command he hit the ground with a loud thump.

"Ow, Kagome why do you do it to me?"

"You shouldn't have hit Shippo. Plus Koga had done nothing but help and you still provoked him. You two need to learn how to get along."

"Nothin, doin." Inuyasha said looking at Koga.

"He's right Kagome. Why should I try and get along with him? I respect you Kagome and you asked me to behave and I did, but that husband of yours just won't keep his filthy mouth shut."

Inuyasha began to get up."Kiss my ass wolf."

"SIT BOY!"Inuyasha was pulled back to the ground."I think you should come back later Koga. Thank you for all of your help. You are so sweet."

Koga quickly grabbed Kagome's hands. "You are welcome. I will always be here for you no matter what.", He looked at Inuyasha while saying this. "Bye everyone."and with that he was gone. Kagome helped Inuyasha up off the ground.
"Wait here Sango."She pulled Inuyasha into their house."Could you please try and get along with him?"

"I don't understand why you still talk to him." Inuyasha said with a puzzled look.

"He is my friend and I will not give him up. He is a good and loyal person and you could probably see that if you were not so jealous. I married you not him, because I do love him as a friend, but I am in love with you. I understood when you needed to be there for Kikyo and wouldn't give her up. Can you do the same for me and do your best to get along with him?"

Inuyasha had that smug look on his face,but when he turned to look at Kagome his face soften. "I will try just for you." He came over and gave her a kiss. As he kissed her he slowly ran his hand up her thigh and under her skirt. She could have almost melted from his touch. "Ah, Inuyasha don't start something that we can not finish right now." She said pushing his hand down.

"Why can't we finish?" He said pulling her closer.

"I promised Sango I would wait for her.She wants to talk about somethings."

"She can wait, can't she?"

"No Inuyasha. A promise is a promise."

"You're right, but you owe me later." He looked at her for a while and then let her go. She turned and walked back outside Leaving him very hard. Inuyasha waited till he got himself together and Once he did he went out the door. When he stepped out the sun was in his face it was hard to believe that the day had started off so awful.He looked over and saw Sango whisper something to Kagome. Just then Miroku came out of Kaede's house.
