Just to clarify
Hi,
Just a quick note to clarify for those who have questions and whatnot. Human lunar cycles are the equivalent of a mammal's heat (ever get too close to a dog when you're on your period and you already know). We don't call it heat because we differentiate ourselves from other mammals, despite the fact that we share the exact same bodily functions with most. Also, women are not at their least fertile during their period--all that a menses is is the sloughing of the uterine lining due to the lack of fertilization of a ripe egg. So the "ripeness" (this is kind of icky) that we experience during ovulation carries through until the last vestiges of our fertility are absolutely gone. In other words, a woman is least fertile for the week or so AFTER her period and most fertile during ovulation AND her period (as evidenced by the fact that mammals--including the human ones--can still very much get pregnant during their periods). Not to bring up a ton of stuff about women's bodily functions and all, but a quick note for any who have questions. In this story, Inuyasha is most worked up not only due to the ovulation part (irritates the poor inu side), but also due to the blood (irritates poor youkai side), and the combination from two human women at once is driving him up the wall.
Thanks for reading!
