A Fine Mess

It seemed like there were never ending waves of cat demons coming at the four fighters. Kouga couldn’t hold back Inuyasha to save his life. The damn mutt was wind scarring everyone all over the damn place while his Father and Stepmother were now in their true form filling the area up with acid holes making mass graves.

“Inuyasha you are going to wind scar the wrong person if you don’t calm down. Stop swinging that thing like crazy and stay hidden. We are almost done.”

Inuyasha ignored the wolf and with a smirk wind scarred another group right into an acid puddle.

“This is fun.”

Kouga looked at Inuyasha like he lost his fricking mind.

“I mean it. This is the most fun I have had in days.”

Inuyasha stated laughing as he wind scarred some more cats.

“Inuyasha enough!”

Togaou roared at his son making both young men jump.

Most of the cat demons were dead if not all of them. Luna and Togaou knew that genocide was not the plan. Some cats had to live on to tell the story of what occurred here and the few who were left were on their knees now in surrender.

Inuyasha then noticed what was going on around him and felt kind of bad. Only little bit though.

Luna looked around for the other cat demon that was in control here and that witch that collared her.

“Where did your leader go?”

Togaou asked one of the cats kneeling on the ground in front of him.

“Lady Chise has taken Lord Sesshoumaru to her chambers and Lady Kamarasui disappeared as soon as the fighting began my Lord. Lady Kamarasui collared him before she departed from the battle.”

Inuyasha roared.

“SHE DID WHAT?!!!!!”

Luna looked at Inuyasha and Togaou with some sympathy.

“It is probably not as bad as you think it is mutt. You know your brother isn’t a weakling and maybe he fought the collar off like before.”

Inuyasha looked at the ship that had been damaged by his brother and then at the chains by the tree.

“I am going to track him down myself. Don’t fucking follow me.”

Inuyasha ground out knowing the worst probably already occurred since it took a long fucking time for Sesshoumaru to break the last collar and most likely he was forced into doing things he did not want to do. Well, maybe. Considering Sesshoumaru was a secret letch who had bastard children everywhere he might have enjoyed himself.

The more Inuyasha thought about it the more pissed off he became.

“Are you sure that is a good idea Inuyasha? After all, that witch could collar you too. Maybe it is best we all search for him together.”

Togaou stated until suddenly a very wet, rather irate Sesshoumaru showed up looking straight at Inuyasha clenching his fists not bothering to even notice his Father was alive.

“Inuyasha! You had better have a good fucking explanation of why you are here and not at home safe where you belong.”

Inuyasha growled at his mate.

“Ya right…like I have to explain a damn thing to you. I just knew you were out fucking around after I made dinner for the three of us. Then I hear you got yourself collared again. Did you do that on purpose too or were you just out trying to get a piece of ass using that as an excuse for……….”

Sesshoumaru’s eyes started to turn red and Inuyasha was soon within seconds picked up by his mate then carried over to a rock where Sesshoumaru held down a thrashing Inuyasha giving him the spanking of his life.

“When I say to do something I mean it! Do not go accusing me of doing things I am not and do not expect an explanation for my actions! I am your Alpha!”

Inuyasha cussed calling Sesshoumaru all sorts of colorful unique things including something along the lines of a donkey being stuffed in his ass and being the asshole of the universe he apparently was to go fuck himself backwards in a pit of hot tar only to drown himself in it to do the world a favor.

Togaou winced at the scene and Kouga just held his stomach laughing his ass off at Inuyasha.

“Told ya that you should come home with me.”

Kouga stated only to have Sesshoumaru stop spanking for a moment.

“What did that wolf say?”

Inuyasha screamed.

“He said you are a fluffy asshole from hell and you should have yourself speared right through your black evil heart you fucking bastard!”

Inuyasha still struggled as Sesshoumaru pulled him along with one hand and then lifted the wolf up by the throat with his other hand.

“I will kill you.”

Inuyasha then shoved Sesshoumaru sideways as hard as he could only to find his mate did not budge one bloody inch.

“Let my friend go you asshole! You stinky slime ball! Let him go!”

Sesshoumaru growled.

“He threatened to take my mate and so he must die.”

Togaou frowned at that. He liked the young wolf cub and loved how his little boy played with the kid. It was funny as hell.

“Son…let him go.”

Sesshoumaru dropped the wolf and looked at his Father a bit surprised to hear his voice again, but too damn pissed to show it.

“Why are you alive?”

Togaou had expected a more shocked reaction or something more from his heir, but of course Sesshoumaru showed very little emotion even if he was shocked.

“Nice to see you too son.”

Luna growled at her son.

“You have no manners at all Sesshoumaru. You should greet your Father with much more respect.”

Sesshoumaru shrugged.

“Why?”

Inuyasha blushed trying to look away from his mate. Sesshoumaru was so fucking rude it was embarrassing.

“Because I am your Father.”

Togaou growled as he looked down at his son.

“Yes, I am aware of that. The same one that died for a human woman and…….”

Togaou snarled slapping his son across the face.

“One warning is all I am giving you Sesshoumaru. Do not disrespect me or her memory. Izayoi is dead and you do not need to know all that occurred in my relationship with your Mother that made me choose to love another. You have your mate thanks to Izayoi and you should be grateful you have a brother.”

Sesshoumaru was silent and Luna placed a hand on Togaou’s shoulder.

“That is enough Togaou.”

Luna looked at her son.

“I have forgiven your Father and you should do so too Sesshoumaru. You are no different in many ways.”

Sesshoumaru snarled.

“I am very different.”

Grasping Inuyasha’s hand roughly he walked away with his mate and found he was being followed by the wolf cub.

“Little wolf Prince if you wish to live I suggest you leave us.”

Kouga took the hint, but looked at Inuyasha with sad eyes.

“Remember what I said mutt face.”

Inuyasha snorted.

“In your dreams moron.”

With that the two split up, but both grinned at bit as the other took off.

“What was that about Inuyasha?”

Sesshoumaru stated angrily.

“You don’t have friends so you couldn’t ever understand Sesshoumaru. You are too big of an asshole to get it.”

Inuyasha grumbled until Sesshoumaru snarled again and grabbed Inuyasha by his throat.

“I could just squeeze and then it would be all over.”

Sesshoumaru stated as his eyes started to bleed red again.

“You would lose the pup too, but I guess that would be ok with you since you have always hated me and called me a half breed. You are too anal to love anyone anyway so it might be best for us all.”

Sesshoumaru’s grip loosened a bit.

“I do not hate my mate.”

Inuyasha almost saw some hurt in Sesshoumaru’s eyes, but perhaps it was just some dust.

“Yes you do.”

Sesshoumaru let Inuyasha go.

“Then go to your friend if that is your wish.”

Inuyasha looked at Sesshoumaru like he lost his mind.

“Are you sane? Me living with wolf breath? I would rather die a horrific death first.”

Sesshoumaru frowned.

“Then why do you call him your friend and try to defend him?”

Inuyasha sighed.

“Look, you don’t have friends for real and I am sorry about that. If you had them you would understand. I love the guy as my buddy, someone who I can beat on a bit and who beats on me………”

Sesshoumaru growled and stalked back towards where the wolf left pulling Inuyasha along.

“He will die.”

Inuyasha tried to pull free.

“No he didn’t hit me now. He tried to dodge me and we wrestled a little bit was all. Don’t kill him! Damnit! It is fun to scrap with Kouga!”

Sesshoumaru sneared at Inuyasha.

“You wanted him to help you lose our pup!”

Inuyasha growled.

“NO I DID NOT! WE DIDN’T DO ANYTHING LIKE THAT!”

Sesshoumaru stopped and looked at Inuyasha.

“So what is true hanyou? Do you love him…….is that why you defend him? Why do you fight me so?”

Inuyasha tried to pull away, but it was useless.

“Because you are overreacting as usual! We are friends and I am not going to let you kill my friend!”

Sesshoumaru sighed.

“Then I shall maim him a bit.”

Sesshoumaru kept moving forward.

“No…….stop please………don’t hurt him………”

Inuyasha practically whimpered out.

“So you do want him.”

Sesshoumaru stated.

“NO! He stinks worse than you do! He is a moron! Come on Sesshoumaru…….please stop trying to kill everyone. Did you ever think that is why you don’t make friends?”

Sesshoumaru snorted.

“This Sesshoumaru does not need friends. I have no time for such frivolities.”

Inuyasha panicked as they kept moving forward.

“Well I do and I want friends! Just because you want to be a lonely asshole doesn’t mean I want to be like you!”

Sesshoumaru smirked a bit.

“You could not compare to me.”

Inuyasha then pulled free and ran.

It didn’t take long for Sesshoumaru to catch him though.

“Why do you fight your mate?”

Sesshoumaru asked generally curious as to why Inuyasha was allowed to fight. He was taught that such things were never allowed.

“Because sometimes my mate is a crazy asshole and you want to kill everyone including me.”

Sesshoumaru sighed.

“It was a veiled threat. I cannot harm my mate.”

Inuyasha still felt himself being dragged towards the direction of the wolves den.

“Look Sesshoumaru what do you want from me to keep you from killing Kouga. I will do anything.”

Sesshoumaru was waiting for that.

“He means that much to you? Your friend?”

Inuyasha shook his head.

“No……..I just don’t want you to slaughter everyone. I want……..peace……….”

Sesshoumaru couldn’t help it. He started laughing.
