Returning To You

Chapter Twenty-Five


Sango gasped when his hand came down hard across her face. Rage filled her, she was about to be killed for nothing. He would kill her and it would mean nothing, the one he wanted to hurt wouldn't care. Sure he might feel bad cause she died but it would not deal the blow this man wanted. Kurama did not care about her, if anything he disliked her. She took her anger out on the man, she jerked her head around and spat in his face. "Don't get mad at me because you fucked up."

He connected with her face this time with a closed fist knocking her head back. "Did I? You may be a whore but you are still his whore. He may not care about you but he will care that you died because of him. He will feel guilty if anything else."

She brought her hand out cracking it across his face, the slap echoed through out the room. She knew she was playing with her life but didn't care anymore. Let him kill her but she wouldn't stand there and let him insult her. She would still have her pride even in death.

His fist landed in her stomach knocking the air out of her, she heard several ribs crack. Then she felt something hard hit her in the back. Her forehead slammed into the hard floor causing her to cry out. Pain flashed behind her eyes and she turned over.

He was standing over her begining to undress. She knew he intended to rape her, she tried to move. She cried out from the pain in her side. His laughter filled the room as he watched her try to run. "Why run? I promise a whore like yourself will enjoy it."

Her eyes went down to his member, it stood proud. He wasn't big like Youko but it wasn't nothing to be ashamed of either. "Hmph, spare me. After having Youko I doubt I'd even feel you."

Anger flashed in his eyes and she knew she'd pushed him too far. "What makes you think I would degrade myself and go somewhere he's already been?" He was suddenly on her, another punch in the face and she was laying on her back. While she was dazed she felt him going for her shorts then her panties. By the time her head cleared he had her bottom half bare.

Fear filled her as he forced her on her stomach, his free hand had her by the neck. Holding her down, she tried to claw his hand away. He ignored the pain she was causing as her nails dug into the flesh. Her scream filled the room as he entered her, true to his word. She felt him tear into her opening that had never known a man.

Tears streamed down her face as he forced himself into her unwilling body. She felt herself tear as he filled her. She screamed and began to claw at his hands, anything to get free. She rolled over dislodging him, she moaned as he was yanked out of her body.

His hand went into her hair, he slammed the back of her head into the floor. "Bitch, I was going to take it easy on you." She felt herself being hauled up, he had her in front of him facing away. Her knees could barely hold her weight, dizzyness made her head swim. His legs ended up on both sides of hers locking them.

Her face was pushed towards the floor, she remembered the penetration this position had allowed Kurama. "No," She tried to pick her top half up. Both her arms were pulled out from under her. They were placed on her back where he held them. Struggling soon became useless as he held her immobile.

She almost passed out when he used his free hand to place himself at her entrance once more. He didn't go slow this time. He slammed into her, burying himself to the hilt. Sango felt something warm running down the back of her legs. Soon her screams became short gasps of pain as he brutally slammed into her body.

She was sure she was going to die from the pain. She wasn't sure how much more she could take but he seemed relentless in his assault.

Suddenly he moaned and she felt him throbbing inside her, he pulled out and shoved her away from him. She landed on her side letting the pain wash over her. When the assault stopped she felt herself slip into darkness.

She woke up sometime later, pain assaulted her mind. Yet, she didn't make a sound, she wasn't alone. Her sensed told her it wasn't the same man as before. Who else was there? She kept her eyes closed not wanting to let them know she'd woken. They were engrossed in conversation unaware of her observing them.

"I am very pleased with how things have turned out. My plan couldn't have gone better." The first guy spoke, his voice was harsh.

"Yes, I told you it would work. And you doubted my genious," It came from the second man, his voice sounded more like a whine. "Not only will you get your revenge but after its done you will have the staff. There will be no one to stop you after Koenma's team is dead.Yes, I can't wait for that bastard to get here. Even with the staff I don't think Kuronue will be able to defeat him. The eighty-two years of imprisonment has caused him to be weaker, he still hasn't recovered fully."

"What does it matter? I could care less which one wins, they will both die. The winner will just die knowing that they were set up, killing the other. If Kurama wins I will take great pleasure in informing him that it was I that was pulling the strings. That I made the partner he once cared for turn against him."

The second man sighed, "Yes, just becareful. All those months of tampering with his mind might go to waste if he remembers anything."

"That is exactly why the seal is in place. He cannot remove it, besides the fool risked his life for the damn thing. He wears it proudly not knowing it's true purpose. As long as he wears that pendant the seal will remain intact and he will hate Youko with a vengeance. Nothing will stop me from seeing those two destroy each other."

"Very well, what should we do with the girl?" The second man was heard walking around the room.

"Leave her, I will dispose of her later. I'm sure she will be dead before the others arrive. Leave her corspe here for the maggots for now. Even the rats need to eat."

She waited until she heard both men exit before opening her eyes. There was no way she'd lay here and die. They'd just made their first mistake by boasting of their plot with her in the room. Their biggest was assuming that she was defeated.

She knew that Kuronue had to be the guy that had raped her. Anger filled her, she wanted to hate him for what he'd done. Yet after hearing the two men could she place blame on him? What had they done to him. From hearing the two men talk, Kurama and Kuronue must have been close at one time. They were pitting the two against each other. She wouldn't allow it, with new resolve she got herself off the floor.
