Kagome walked down the halls of her school in her Faded jeans and leather boots and her shirt that said ‘I’m not different from you’ she sighed it was a cold day good thing she had brought her fur jacket. Her sister said she was coming late so Kagome came alone to school today.
Today was when she got new periods for a new school year. She went to the office to pick up her schedule.
“How may I help you dear?” The secretary asked her.
“Can I have my schedule please and my sisters as well please and thank you.” Kagome said.
“Here you go Hun and you’re welcome.” The lady said.
She saw her schedule…..
1st period PE
2nd Period Spanish
3rd Period Algebra
4th Period Language arts
5th Period World History
6th Period Chorus
7th Period Biology
8th Period Journalism
She then looked at her sisters….
1st Period PE
2nd Period Algebra 2
3d Period Spanish
4th Period Chorus
5th Period Language arts
6th Period World War History
7th Period Biology 2
8th Period First Aid
She was glad she had less periods with Sango she can be mean at times wait all the times.
Kagome went to her locker and book all her books in it including her locket that had a heart on it.
She then closed it to see Sango right in front of her.
“Ah…” Kagome managed to say.
“What I’m not that ugly?” Sango said.
“I know you just scared me you know.” Kagome said.
“Here’s your schedule sis.” Kagome said.
“Thank you twerp.” Sango said.
Kagome sighed as she saw her sister go to her friends. Sango was older than Kagome by 2 years so Kagome quite didn’t understand why she acted in such a conceited way….*Yet again I’m 16 and she’s 18 that explain everything. Kagome thought.*
She went walking to her PE class…..
“Change into your PE clothes everyone you got 7 minutes….” The teacher said.
Kagome was with her sister and her friends….”Sis isn’t Kohaku our brother coming back to home with us?” Kagome asked.
“Yes….he is coming back with us and he’s going to start this school soon. And I’m not going to take care of him…..” Sango said as she took of her shirt and put her PE shirt and Kagome did the same.
“I knew you wouldn’t but I’m….” Kagome said and when she was dressed she went outside.
“Today class we are going to run a mile….” The teacher said.
Kagome looked around and saw that Inuyasha was in her class…. She went to him.
“Hey Inuyasha.” Kagome said.
Inuyasha turned around…”Hey….” Inuyasha said.
“Well well well looks like Inuyasha the mutt knows a snobby rich kid.” Koga said.
“Eh I don’t know her….” Inuyasha said.
“Sure you don’t Inuyasha then how does she know your name?” Ayame said while Koga was hugging her.
“Everyone knows my name….” Inuyasha said.
Kagome felt hurt but she hid it…..”Okay class on the track….fist in line Sango Miroku you’re next to her Kikyo by Miroku Koga by Kikyou Ayame by Koga Yura by Ayame and Kagrua by Yura and Kagome by Yura and Inuyasha by Kagome.” The teacher said.
Kagome looked at her sister who was eyeing Miroku she sighed.
“Okay each of you is going to have a running buddy and you got to stay together and have the same time as each other.” The teacher said.
“Here are the running buddies……
Sango with Miroku
Ayame with Koga
Kagrua with Yura
Inuyasha with Kagome
Kikyou you’re going to be with me.” The teacher said.
The teacher blew the whistle and they began to run Ayame and Koga were first and Miroku and Sango were second and Inuyasha and Kagome were third. The rest were last.
“Well can’t you run any faster?” Inuyasha asked.
“Well can’t you just….forget it.” Kagome said panting.
They were now ahead of Miroku and Sango.
There mile run was 9 minutes and 27 seconds and Koga’s and Ayame’s were 9 minutes and 25 seconds.
“Not bad for a human….” Inuyasha said.
“Kagome wait up….” Sango said walking towards her.
“What is it now?” Kagome asked.
“I want you to sit with me and my friends at lunch…” Sango said panting.
“Okay sure whatever you say I guess….” Kagome said walking away.
She quickly changed and ran to her Spanish class….
“Buenos dias clase…” The teacher said.
“Buenos dias maestra.” The class said.
“Good morning class today we are going to have a Spanish pairing group.” The teacher said.
Everyone started to whisper when Kagome came in.
“That’s the rich girl….” Someone whispered.
“Yeah I heard her sister is a snob she might be the same….” She heard one whisper.
“I’m I late….” Kagome asked.
“Not at all just on time….” The teacher smiled.
There was only one seat left it was far in the back she was the only one sitting there she got out her paper and pencil and began writing down notes…..
Buenos Dias-Good Morning
Clase- Class
She looked up to see everyone in pairs except her…she smiled.
“Guess your going to have to….” The teacher said.
“I know I know work by myself I’m used to it.” Kagome said as she got the paper she filled all of them in.

She was done handed the paper to the teacher and went back to her seat. She sketched Inuyasha’s face on the paper smirking and behind him were trees.
She turned the page and saw her old sketched a family sketch of Kohaku, Sango, Her mother, Her father, and her holding hands that how she whished it would be.
The lunch bell rang and she quickly hurried to her the cafeteria….
She saw her sister making fun of a table….”Look at the peasants what don’t have enough money to buy food what you can eat my food off the ground…..” Sango was about to continue.
“Enough!” Kagome yelled as she walked in front of her sister.
“Sister they’re lower class….” Sango explained.
“Enough! They may be lower class doesn’t mean you can make fun of them! We used to be low class you idiot and no one made fun of you so ENOUGH!” Kagome yelled at Sango.
She walked away….”Sister aren’t you going to sit with us?” Sango said.
Kagome walked to the table she was making fun of there was sitting Inuyasha Sesshomaru Rin Ayame Koga and Miroku.
“Bitch don’t you dare call me sister not until you apologize to them…” Kagome told her.
Sango was shocked at sat on her table….”Now are you all hungry?” Kagome asked looking at them.
They all nodded…”Well come on I’ll buy you lunch its on me.” Kagome said.
They followed her to the lunch line…”And how can I help you Miss Kagome?” A lady asked her.
“Please address me as Kagome there is no need of calling me miss my lady or such things. I would like to have one of everything.” Kagome said.
The lady smiled….”Now all of you go sit down” Kagome said.
Inuyasha looked at her for a moment and left to his table he started at Kagome who was saying no to the lady his ear twitched as he heard…”Please allow me to carry these plates.” Kagome said.
She brought plate by plate in the middle of the table and brought sodas to drink.
She gave the lady the money…Inuyasha and the rest began to eat out of the corner of Inuyasha’s eye he saw her praying before she ate.
Everyone was full when they finished…”Thank you Kagome.” They all said.
“No need.” Kagome said as she gathered the plates and went to wash them.
“Hey Kagome we still got an hour left of lunch come outside and join us.” Everyone said.
Kagome went to them and they went outside.
She was lost in thought while the rest of them were talking.
Flash Back
“Dad open the door I’m hungry!” Kagome screamed.
She has been locked up in her room with no food but she did have water.
The door opened she saw her mother bruised up and bleeding from her mouth.
“What did you do to her!?” Kagome screamed.
“You want to know bitch you’ll see cause I’m going to do it to you!” Her father screamed.
He was ready to punch her but a bright pink light threw him back and knocked him unconscious.
“Mama lets run away and bring Kohaku back…” Kagome told her mom.
“No honey Kohaku woun’t stand him he’s to kind to see this.” Her mother said.
Kagome cried Sango was at school and she and he mother were left alone.
End Of Flash Back
Kagome had tears streaming in her eyes.
“Kagome are you okay?” Inuyasha asked.
Kagome cried harder and she went running towards the girls restroom.
She had left all her stuff there….and something had slipped out of her backpack.
Inuyasha opened it and he saw himself sketched with tress in the back and a picture of her and her family what hurt him the most when he saw Kagome’s self portrait she was laying on the ground in the dark and only light was shown on her and she was bleeding on her heart and a tear slipped down her eye and she was happy on the back of the page it said to die without regret.
After he saw that he went running in search of Kagome.
*She’s different from the other snobs I have to know what’s wrong. Inuyasha thought.*
