Chapter 2:

Sesshoumaru gave me time to collect myself. I wondered at myself, who knew I could be so wanton? I did a body check and everything felt great. I sat up rather quickly. My left wrist wasn’t hurting. So I started rotating it and flexing it and nothing. No pain, no aches. I went from afterglow to panic in about 1.5 seconds. I felt arms around me and the chest beneath my check rumbled soothingly. “Little one, do not work yourself into a panic. I merely used the sword of healing to fix your wrist, nothing else.” Okay I could breathe again. So I’m sitting here naked and being held by an equally naked Sesshoumaru. This was really going to happen. We were about to make love. I wished desperately that I had paid more attention to Sango when she spoke about youkai mating rituals.

I tilted my head up to look and him and we kissed. When you read a romance novel they often contains scenes where the woman is kissed and she feels ethereal and light. The reality of my kisses with Sesshoumaru was the feeling that he was devouring me, trying to learn every nook and cranny of my mouth. When my tongue brushed against his fang, we both shuddered. I knew it felt good to him, but I wondered if he liked to bite or nibble on me. We broke apart with me gasping for breath and him with his red eyes and jagged stripes. Even his scent changed. Everything seemed to whisper and teases my senses about sex. Now that he had both arms he put them to good use.

Clawed hands played with my nipples and areola, pulling and tugging on them until they were rock hard. A claw that was rolling my right nipple scratched it and drew blood. His nostrils flared and he latched on to suck. The line between pleasure and pain began to blur. More scratches appeared on my body as he continued to caress and probe. Maru mouth started a journey south stopping to pay homage to my belly button. I could feel my stomach muscles quivering in anticipation. He slid down my body and held open my legs. His red eyes looked deeply into and he smirked. I raised myself on my elbows to get a better view as his tongue reached out to swipe my clit lightly.

My back completely arched off the bed. Kami-sama it was a great thing I was young and healthy. Otherwise my heart would have stopped by now. I could feel the perspiration on my skin I felt super sensitive. Each caress, nibble and lick fed my over stimulated body. Desire and tenderness battle each other. I decided to become an active participant in this endeavor. My hands traced his shoulders, and I buried my hands in his hair. When I tugged his hair he did not want to budge, but I was determined to feel his body against mine.

Once he was on top of me, I held his face between my hands. I carefully traced his stripes and crescent moon. I then caressed his lips. I wanted to memorize each feature of his body, this lover of mine. How amazing that the normally stoic lord could be an attentive and ardent lover. I raised my head in order to capture his lips. I sent my hands on an exploration voyage. Down his shoulder and onto his side, this caused him to squirm. Oh my, it seems that the killing perfection was ticklish!

He captured my hands and brought them above my head. Using only one of his hands he easily held them both. “Now you will find out the price that a small Miko must pay for tickling a Taiyoukai” damn if that didn’t make me wetter. If my hands couldn’t play it still left my feet. I traced the back of his leg with my foot and then brought one leg to rest just above his ass. I knew with my legs open he would get a full whiff of my arousal. Hey just because I’m innocent doesn’t mean I’m not a tease!

He looked at me and growled; strangely it was a turn on and not a fear thing. “Be sure beloved, after this we will be forever joined. You will be my mate, Lady of the West, and mother to our pups” he rested his forehead against mine panting and waiting for my answer. I looked deep into his eyes and poured all of my hopes for our future in mine. “Maru-chan I am surer of this moment than I have been of anything in my life. Take me as yours tonight and let us begin our life together.”

Golden eyes darkened to amber with streaks of red beginning. Happiness danced within their depths. I held my breath as he began sheathing himself within me. Wanting or not he was huge! Slowly and with gentleness he pushed himself. When he arrived at my barrier he stopped and looked down on me. I nodded and held my breath this was going to hurt! Using his youkai speed he claimed my virginity. Tears leaked out of my eyes, I felt him lick them off my face and nuzzle my face to comfort me. Finally I could breathe since the pain was slowly subsided. No pain, but an unfamiliar sensation of being over full was felt. I tentatively moved to see if it would hurt.

At his moan I smirked. Well if he liked the little movement, let’s see how he handles a big one. I rocked my hips harder, wow I got me a growl out of that! My little giggle soon turned to soft breathy sighs as he began to piston his hips. With every thrust I could feel his balls slapping against me. Soon the pressure of my building orgasm became too much. “Harder Maru-chan, please fuck me harder!” His eyes had bleed to red, his fangs and claws extended and I felt no fear, just a feeling of being cherished. My orgasm caught me up in maelstrom of sensation. I muffled my scream against his neck as I bit down.

Without even realizing it, I began lapping up the blood from his wound. When I could think, I felt Maru lapping at the bite mark I had received. He pulled out of me and I whimpered from the loss of his heat. He pulled the blankets over us and curled his body around mine. We didn’t speak; after all I’m not quite sure of what to say. Wow? Or thank you for the great fuck? Maybe set up a permanent booty call? I knew Maru said he wanted and loved me. But deep down inside old insecurities die hard.

I drifted off to sleep lulled by the sound of his heartbeat and enveloped in his warmth. I don’t know how long I slept when I was violently wrenched from my sleep. Kami, the pain was overwhelming. I screamed, hands I knew held me down so I would not injure myself. Claws shot out of hands that were human, as I snarled I could feel fangs lengthening. I stopped screaming when I realized my own voice was killing my hearing. Pain and anger filled my vision as my world bled to crimson. I wanted to be free, damn the person holding me down. Even my ass bone hurt as a tail exploded from me.

I heard barking and yips, way weird that they helped calm me down. I looked up at Maru with wary eyes. These were not the eyes of a human; they were Inu-Youkai eyes. My eyes had changed to blue and silver. My hair while still black was now down to past my ass. I wrenched a hand from him and felt my ears, yep they were pointed. I growled at him to get off me. I did not like the submissive position he had us in. Wait a minute! Us, what us? I knew without asking that I now had my very own beast bitch inside of me. And she was very particular, let me tell you.

After one more bark warning me to behave, as if! Maru allowed me to get up. Oh some Taiyoukai had some explaining to do! I went to the mirror in his room and received my first shock for the day. I had changed to a fierce looking demoness. Seems I gained four inches of height, some new curves in all the right places and some markings that matched my lover identically. I heard a growl from Maru. What the hell crawled up his ass? He wasn’t the one who had undergone a VIOLENT change. I whirled around and hissed at him. Then I spun again and proceeded to the onsen.

“Ka-go-me, I did not give you leave to remove yourself from this Sesshoumaru’s presence.” and ladies and gentlemen he’s back. Mr. Lord of the Frost is back. ‘Note to self Kags, dog demons are just too fucking unpredictable!’ I knew by the Western Lords facial expressions he was beyond piss. The million yen question was what? “I am how did you put it? Oh yes pissed because my mate thinks we are just lovers. She does not acknowledge my dominance over her. She may be an alpha bitch but I’m her alpha male. And yes she underwent a violent transformation, but that’s because when she bit me she sealed our bond. Does that cover everything Ome? Does that tell you why your mate is angry? Or do I need to educate you further on what bonding is?”

Houston we have a problem. Now that I knew the how and why, it still left a lot of questions to ask. I whimpered and tilted my head to the side, showing my submission. I rolled up my eyes to view him and asked in a small voice if we could talk while we bathed. I had no regrets, I knew even though it was short that I loved Maru and wanted to be by his side forever. But I also knew deep down inside that I was in deeper than I knew how to swim and needed his guidance on navigating my new world. I could feel his relief and the notching down of tension as I thought of my love for him. Silly youkai did he think I was angry because of the mating? I held a hand out for him and smiled.

We stepped into the hot water pond and he indicated for me to sit between his legs. He began to lather my hair. As we sat there cleansing each other he told me the story of his house. The rise and falls of the Inu-Youkai, and the loves along the way their journey. We made plans for my lessons, in self defense, history, decorum and others. It would not do for me to unintentionally insult a visiting Lord or Lady. As the sun fell into our first night together, I tilted my head up and thanked Kami for allowing me to find true love!

I knew that we would have to discuss the Shikon no Tama tomorrow. After all we couldn’t let Naraku win. The world itself would pay the price…..

Kagome’s Dream sequence:

I enter a dark room. There hung up on the wall is Sesshoumaru and InuYasha. “Ah Kagome I see you have found my little gift for you” without turning around I knew it was that evil hanyou Naraku. I was a demoness; I could not let him see my fear. I turned around and raised an eyebrow. “Vile hanyou, what have you done to this Kagome’s mate? I will evicirate you. I swear now to pull your foul tongue out of your mouth through your ass. And when I am done with that I will ensure you will never be able to procreate in this life or the next,” I flexed my knuckles and watched my miko poison ooze out.

“My, my so fierce little Miko did you really think that you could defeat me? I will be ruler of this world. You my stubborn miko will be my mate once the Shikon is complete. Together we rule this pathetic world. I will take great pleasure in killing your mate and fucking you in the puddle of his blood. As for the half breed, I will kill both his mate and his former love after I have given them to my faithful soldiers. I can almost hear their screams, ah the melody of it.”

Now I knew Naraku was evil, but the bastard had just been upgraded to evil, sadistic, and crazy bastard. I knew I would kill myself before letting him touch me. Did he think that the offer of making me his queen would sweeten the deal? Apparently one too many demons and some tainted jewel shards had sent him to the land of disillusionment. Hope he had at least enjoyed the ride. Now for me to show this bastard that the new Lady of the West was not to be trifled with. “So evil one, could you tell me why you are disturbing my slumber? Was there an actual point or was I invited to hear your illusions of grandeur? I must ask my mate to give you the name of his decorator, your hovel really could use some updates. Oh my, sorry about that, sometime I forget my manners and the whole not insulting your host thing” I waved my hand as I spoke.

Oops, judging by my host red eyes someone was riled up! I back flipped to avoid the smack that was heading towards my face. “Wow, if you wanted me to be quiet all you had to do was ask” I made my eyes as wide and innocent as possible. This dream was starting to piss me off. My mate and his half-brother were chained to a wall. My host had ‘graciously’ clothed me as a fucking courtesan, or concubine if you prefer. I sat myself on the cold dungeon floor and began to chant. A large bubble of miko energy formed. I made it grow exponentially. Right before Naraku disappeared he snarled that I would be his. Fucking hanyou, I was no male’s property. He had not won my heart, which would always belong to Maru-chan.

I woke to shrieking and saw out of the corner of my eye Sesshoumaru jumping from the bed. My world was literally filled with rose color. I pulled my power back into me and sobbed. Arms surrounded me while he growled comforting me. “I can still smell him, itoshi I can still feel him” I stated hysterically. The dream self was confident, but the real Kagome was scared and wondered if this was a portent. “Ome, you must tell me what happened. I woke to feel your power dancing on my skin. My jumping away was reflex, but the truth is your power did not purify me.”

“Perhaps, I can answer that Lord Sesshoumaru. Ah what a fine vintage of blood” Smack and poor Myoga-san floated down to the bed. “Myoga perhaps in your old age, you have lost some manners. How dare you enter my private domain without permission?” Wow he wasn’t even speaking to me and I shivered. Lord of the Freeze had not lost his touch. When he growled his displeasure at me, I could not help myself and began to laugh. Well better laughter than hysteria.

“Forgive me Sesshoumaru-Sama. I bring news of greatest urgency”. Now that stopped the laughter. After all what news could the little flea youkai have that was so important that he risked Sesshoumaru’s wrath?
