2. Suikotsu's Find; Ayame's Misfortune
Review Responses:
Kawool –SANKONTESSOU! Did I sound like Souta again? LOL
Rasberries – thank you, I had hoped I was able to do that, but until someone else reads then reviews, you don’t know for sure. Yes, the giant (Kyoukotsu) scares me in that dept. too, so he won’t be getting in on the action, or the mechanical guy (Ginkotsu) but, everyone else is free for my imagination to do all kinds of fun and kinky stuff. Right! I wanna see Sesshoumaru in the buff too, the chest shot was tantalizing, but I wanna see some tushy! LOL
Hentai Jane – I thought it was pretty funny too! I just had to play with Jakotsu as I am writing this, of all the characters; he is the most fun to write.
Panthera – Thank you for your kind words! I may end up taking you up on that muse thing, if I get stuck like I did on Rin’s story, I went for almost an entire month, but for right now, it is flowing, 3 more sections finished last night, that is why I am posting so soon again. Unfortunately, the sections are not part of the chapter I should be writing, but that is ok, because later chapters will be finished when I get to them! Bankotsu/Kagome, as a permanent pairing, I already had something else in mind for her, but I do plan on having a scene where she and Bankotsu get toer, er, he has ty ouy out all of his girls, ne? But since you did request this pairing, I will make their scene more juicy! ^.^
2. Suikotsu’s Find; Ayame’s Misfortune
The afternoon sun filtered through the green leaves of the forest she walked in. Her footfalls were nearly silent. Ebony tresses fell down her back, bound by a white ribbon. Her pale skin was a stark contrast to her hair and eyes; eyes that were large and luminescent. Suikotsu saw her, and knew this was the woman he would bring back to Bankotsu.
She paused looking directly at where Suikotsu (Berserker) had concealed himself. Ah, so this woman was perceptive. There went the element of surprise. Suikotsu stepped out from behind the tree, nodding his head in her direction. He had rid himself of the green markings on his face, fastened his hair back in a dragon tail, and was wearing doctor’s robes to disguise himself. She cocked her head to the side a little in question. “Greetings, my lady, can you be of assistance to a weary, lost traveler?” Suikotsu greeted, putting on his best innocent face, women found him attractive, and yet he seemed unaware, and Kikyou was no exception. She took in his large innocent brown eyes, his smooth, even toned complexion, his brown hair pulled back from a heart-shaped face, that was rounded enough to give him one of those “baby” faces, even though he was no longer a youth, she would guess him to be in his mid-twenties. And yet something about him exuded pure virility, and something more…dangerous.
“If you are a lost, hungry traveler, then why did you conceal yourself from me?”
“Forgive me, my lady, but I was afraid, I knew not who was passing by, and whether that person be friend or foe. In these hard times, it is better to err in the way of caution.”
The woman seemed to buy his story, for she relaxed her stance. “Wait here,” she told him. She came back a short time later with a fresh fish, obviously just caught, and a large leaf, which she had used as a bowl, to bring him some water. She laid the fish down, handed him the water, and quickly gathered some fire wood, and had a small fire burning. She wrapped the fish in the large leaves which she had brought Suikotsu the water in, and set it to cook in the fire, turning it every so often with a stick.

Ayame ran through the sparse woods of the mountain, pausing every so often to scent for danger. There had been rumors of an Oni that ate demons, and she wanted to investigate for herself.
A loud disturbance could be heard, and birds cried out as they fled the vicinity. Ayame cautiously ran closer to the noise. Squirrels and other small forest creatures ran past her with a look of pure terror in their eyes. Ayame took a deep breath to steady herself, and continued edging closer. The noise had changed, and sounded like a loud crunching, that seemed to almost surround her. She knew it was coming from just through the trees, and she could barely make a shadow out through the underbrush. It was huge, whatever it was.
The crunching paused and she could hear a tearing and grinding noise, puzzled, Ayame crept closer, careful not to make any noise. She wished she hadn’t, for before her was one of the most gruesome sights she had ever seen. The man, if you could call him that, because he stood almost as tall as the trees themselves, was hunched over the carcass of a freshly killed deer youkai, and he was gnawing one of the legs off of it. Blood spurted from the wound his teeth made and ran down this foul creature’s chin, to mix with his spittle. The tearing noise was actually the muscles and bone being ripped from the body, successful in his endeavor; the beast sat back on his haunches, and proceeded to consume the fresh flesh, bones and all, resuming the horrible crunching noise she had heard previously.
Ayame backed away from the gristly scene, trying to stay her gag reflex. Unsuccessful, she retched the contents of her stomach behind the nearest bush. Being a demon, she had seen some pretty atrocious things, but she highly doubted that any would come close to this.
Ayame steadied herself against a tree trunk, wiping her mouth with the back of her hand; it was then that she realized that silence ruled the forest. Ayame’s heart jumped into her throat, and she turned around to see the sun glinting off blood-shot eyes, bloodstained lips grinned at her maliciously. She was not prepared for battle, her stomach was still roiling.
“Pretty thing, have you come to play with the mighty Kyoukotsu?” the horror rumbled out.
Ayame was momentarily taken aback, having seen him eat, she had thought him a mindless beast. Somehow knowing he had intelligence made the gory scene all the worse.

Suikotsu leaned back against the tree, relaxing. He eyed the woman before him through his eyelashes. He knew his plan, all he had to do, was to keep her occupied until nightfall, which was only a few hours away. At that time, he would ask her to share camp with him for the night, which she would, and that’s when he would drug her. Although he detested the soft, weak doctor, he did have some useful knowledge, which the berserker side found useful from time to time. (*Author’s note – Suikotsu is as he was after he fought his inner battle, and merged the two personalities. He is still evil, but no longer as “black (berserker) & white (doctor)” as much as a “dark grey” from the two sides of his dual personality merging together.*)
“My lady Miko, I thank you for your hospitality. Would you be willing to sit with me for awhile, and share your stories of places you have traveled?”
Kikyou eyed the monk surreptitiously, since that bastanu Ynu Yasha had stolen the Shikon no Tama, only to have it shattered before the fool could make his wish, she had spent many months searching for the pieces. It had taken her a few weeks, just to fully recover from the wound he had given her. She had lost too much time, and although she felt obligated to help this lost doctor, she also felt the need to move on quickly.
She let out a soft sigh, and sat next to him, relating some of her stories. He asked questions, and kept her so involved in the telling, that before they knew it darkness was upon them. Kikyou looked up with a frown, she had not even realized that she had wasted an entire day, no, helping a person in need was not wasted time, she corrected herself. Suikotsu also glanced up, and was also surprised that it was also dark, he had indeed found the right girl.
“I know it is not entirely appropriate, but would it be alright if I shared your camp for the night Lady Kikyou?” Suikotsu asked, putting on his charming smile. His eyes darted around, looking out into the darkness, and he tried to conceal a small grimace oftasttaste, as if he were scared to be alone in the dark, but Kikyou saw it.
Kikyou resigned herself to the fact that she would not be going anywhere tonight, and agreed. She placed her sleeping pallet on the opposite side of the fire from his, and handed him a share of her evening meal. He hid his smile of victory behind the food he was putting into his mouth, his ploy had worked.
After eating, Kikyou had told him that she needed to get an early start, and turned in for the night.
Suikotsu reached into his bag after he was sure she was asleep, and pulled out a small brazier. Placing some of triedried leaves he had in another pouch into it, he set the pot so the wind would carry the smoke over to Kikyou, and lit it, careful to stay upwind of the smoke. When the entire pot had been burned, he dumped the ashes into the fire, gagged her, and bound her wrists, and covered the fire with dirt. He had already packed up his belongings, while the drug was taking affect on her, and so just slung her over one broad shoulder and his bag over the other.
~*~*~*~*~*~*~
Ayame collected her scattered thoughts, and let her fear build up into anger. “How dare you hunt on this mountain? This mountain belongs to the North Wolf Clan, leave at once!”
The giant only grinned wider at her, “So it is a fight you want little girl?”
Ayame took up a defensive stance and waited. It was not a long wait, he took a swing at her with a ham-like fist, and Ayame quickly dodged. That was her gift, she could almost keep pace with Kouga when he used the shards of Shikon in his legs to enhance his speed, without them he would never be as quick as she was.
Her large green eyes glinted, as the adrenaline of a good fight kicked in, what true demon didn’t enjoy a good fight? She jumped behind him, and before he could turn around, she hopped onto him, running up his back, and kicked him soundly in the head, back flipping off of him, pig-tails flying, to land in a crouched position slightly to the side of him.
Kyoukotsu heard bells ringing, that little red-haired witch was quick, and she packed a mean kick too. He feinted towards her, and when she dodged, he was ready, slamming a huge fist into her, and sending her flying into a tree like a rag-doll. Ayame slid down the tree dazed, bits of bark scattered about from her impact with the tree.
Before Ayame could regain all of her senses, he was on her again. He picked her up in one hand and began to squeeze her with the other. She writhed in agony, trying to get away, in vain. She rode out the pain the best she could, hophe whe would not squeeze the very breath from her lungs.
As luck would have it, he was not done playing with her, and dropped her nearly unconscious body to the ground. Ayame lay there for a moment gasping in the sweet air, and recuperating her strength. When he began to advance on her again, she was prepared, and sprang up, and out of his reach.
This was just too much, she would not loose to an opponent such as this! Jumping up, she landed, bringing down her fist in her special move, the tornado punch. Leaves fluttered around on the light breeze, picking up speed, along with the wind, whipping at her opponent. The tornado picked him up, and spun him at dizzying speeds, and he howled in anger. The winds suddenly diminished below him, dropping him a good 20 feet back to the ground, and he landed with a satisfying thud.
Knowing that this one attack would not be enough to completely tauch uch a foe out of commission, Ayame readied two leaves, and stood in attack position.
When he rose, his bloodshot eyes glared murder at her, and promised things, she would rather not imagine. She threw one, rapidly followed by the second leaf, clipping his ribcage, and slicing into his arm.
Blood soaked his sleeve, but he ignored the pain, and advanced on her. Ayame tried to stifle her panic, she had used all of her best attacks, and still this beast advanced on her, seemingly unaffected. He advanced, and she retreated, until in a fatal mistake, she tri ove over a tree root that stuck up from the ground. Instinctively she looked back, and didn’t see the fist flying at her.
~*~*~*~*~*~*~
Ayame awoke, a rhythmic swaying throwing her off kilter. Why was she swaying as if in a hammock? She quickly sat up, and looked at the world passing her by through the bars of a cage. She quickly jumped to her feet, she was in a cage, much like a bell-shaped bird cage, but larger. The top of it was fastened to the monstrosity’s belt, and the swaying was caused by his lumbering stride.
She pried at the bars but it was in vain, she could not budge them. She was more scared than she had ever been in her life, did he plan to eat her?
