A New Scheme

    Kagome looked on in complete horror as Naraku's lips lightly touched Akira's shoulder to leave a mating mark. She quickly came to her senses as she pulled Akira away from Naraku before he could leave that dreaded mark on her. Akira was only slightly surprised that Kagome pulled her away from Naraku. She was however, very surprise when she felt a slap across her face.

    Akira looked at Kagome's face. "Have you completely lost your mind Akira?!"

    "Excuse me?" Akira asked. Naraku came back to Akira wrapping his arm around Akira's waist. "Kagome, I want you to know I am a changed demon."

   Kagome raised an eyebrow  not believing it for a moment. Especially, since he had his arm wrapped securely around Akira. Not to mention he had the jewel shards now. "What are you plotting Naraku? And get your filthy hands off my cousin! I'd rather see her with anybody else but you!"

   "Plotting? Me? Honestly Kagome ok yes, I've had my moments, but trust me I have changed thanks to your lovely cousin here."

  Kagome didn't like how that sounded. "What the hell are you getting at? How the heck can Akira have changed you so instantly? When you've been wanting nothing but to kill us, and take over?"

  "Its all in my plan."

  "I knew you were up to something. Now what is it?!"

  "Oh, well you'll find out soon enough you see Akira is...." Akira placed a hand over his mouth not wanting him to tell her that she was pregnant.

  "He wants to go to our time period Kagome."

  "What?! Do you know what damage he could do there?"

   "I am aware of that Kagome I'm not stupid!"

  "Really now? Well, your acting rather stupid right now! Do you know the damage he's done to my friends here?" Kagome began to explain the havoc he caused her friends. Akira looked over at Naraku to see whether this was true or not. He didn't look fazed at all by the things he did in the past. 

  Akira wasn't sure what to think or how to feel at the moment. She knew she didn't feel all that well. Akira was torn she was pissed that Naraku would do such a thing so horrible, yet she wasn't about to leave him that was for sure. She doubt she could leave him if she wanted him. 

   "Excuse me." Akira said as she left the both of them to get some air.

   "Now look what you did!" Naraku said angrily.

   Kagome had a smug grin on her face. "She'll come to her senses soon enough and then I am taking her back home. I'll be sure to make so you can't show up in my time either. Now hand those jewel shards over."

  Naraku gave a frown at how unfair and childish Kagome was being. If Kagome thinks she's won then it was his duty to tell her otherwise.

   "So, your so confident Kagome you really think you've beaten me. I must say very clever of you...."  Naraku turned to head in the direction that Akira went "However, you havent won for your cousin is pregnant with my offspring." He said confidently.

 Kagome stood there shocked. Did she hear that right? Is Akira pregnant with that bastards child? No she wont believe it not until she sees it with her own eyes. She didn't know what to do now she felt so helpless she failed her cousin and yet betrayed. Maybe Inuyasha and the others could help. 

 Akira sat in the garden trying to think logically. If that was even possible. Naraku came over and sat next to her "Are you alright watashi no ai?"

  Akira gave a slight flinch at him calling her his love. Were demons even capable of such emotions? "I'm fine but i think I should go home."

   "Very well if you insist. I will make preparations for us to head out."

   "No, I don't think so Naraku."

   "Akira watashi no ai...."

  "Don't call me that! Look Naraku this relationship of ours just wouldn't work."

   "Who says? Don't take Kagome's words to heart my dear. We can make it work I promise. Now then shall I leave my mating mark on you now?"

  "Why bother?  I am just to bear your blasted  children for you so you can have an heir to take over when you control the world."

   Damn that Kagome for ruining everything for him. Everything was going so well until the. Why did he have to bring that wretched girl here? "Is that truly what you think of me Akira? That I just want you for your body I am offended you feel so lowly of me. I know there is more to you then just your beautiful face and body. Do you not feel what we have here." Naraku said.

  A slight smile crossed her lips no one has ever called her beautiful. Well ok that wasn't true, but no one said it  in a meaningful way as Naraku did. "Akira Watashi wa an...." He cursed himself he couldn't say the words he so desperately needed to say, especially if it would help her. "Akira, I..." 

   "Naraku....I don't know if its the hormones since I'm pregnant now. Or if its because I want to get back at my family. But I think I'm falling for you."

  "Akira watashi no ai I would do anything for you I feel like I am under your spell. I would go anywhere to be with even to hell and back."

   Akira shook her head. "Naraku how can you call me beautiful? I'm hardly that heck I know I'm not very pretty. Most guys like girls with long flowing hair and long slender legs."

   "Your perfect the way you are."

    "Your sweet."

  "Its true though. No one has ever been able to change me the way you have its an odd feeling and I like it."

  "Naraku can I ask a favor of you?"

  "Stop calling me Akira."

  "Oh? What you like me to call you then?"

  "Call me by my real name."

  "I can do that..." He paused trying to think what her real name was."

  "Katelyn."

  "Katelyn lovely."

  "I want more then my dreary life and you Naraku have given me that arigato thank you."

  Naraku some how found himself blushing by her compliment. Katelyn got up from where she sat "Well shall we?"

  Naraku gave her a confused look before getting up. His lips were soon attacked by hers he certainly wasn't expecting that. He quickly kissed back their tongues fighting for dominance. When they broke a part Katelyn took his hand and dragged him back inside. "Where we going?"

   "I am ready."

  "Ready for what?"

  "I want you to leave that mating mark on me. If Kagome thinks she can try to control my life shes got another thing coming. No one controls my life but me!"

   "Um... Katelyn I think there's something  I need to tell you."

   "Whats that?"

  "She knows..."

 

  Katelyn wasn't quite sure what he meant by that. That is until he was talking about her condition. She didn't know whether to be pissed that he told Kagome of all people. She didn't want to deal with it right now she could cuss him out later, but for now she had needs no thanks to these damn hormones. She pulled him into the bedroom so he could get this over with. She couldn't wait to go home afterwards to see her mother's shocked face.
