The Power Within

here is chap 14! hope you like!

Chpater 14: When Will It End!?

They ran up to Kaede's hut and Shippo ran out and jumped on Inuyasha.

"Kagome! I'm so glad your...."
"Get off me you runt!" shouted Inuyasha. osseossed Shippo aisde. Shippo stared wide eyed up at Inuyasha.

"Inuyasha? Where's Kagome?" shouted Shippo.

Kagome stepped forward and picked up Shippo. She pulled him close. Shippo squiremd for a few mintues but stopped.

"It's okay, we switched bodies. Inuyasha is just in mine," said Kagome.

Shippo looked at Kagome first than Inuyasha.

"How?" asked Shippo.

"We don't know Shippo," said Sango.

Shippo looked over at Sango in Tsuki's body. Shippo held up his finger telling them to wait 1 second and walked into the hut. They heard some muffled voices and Kaede came out.

"Shippo , please people can't switch bodies," said Kaede.

"Hi Kaede," said Kagome.

Kaede raised an eyebrow. She looked at Kagome in Inuyasha's body.

"Kagome you are Inuyasha?"

Kagome nodded.

"Inuyasha you are.."

"Kagome."

Kaede turned to Miroku's body.

"Miroku?"

"Sorry this is Kyoto in here. It seems as though we have switched bodies with our mates," said Kyoto.

Kaede nodded. She had never heard of this before.

"Well since you are in each others bodies no doubt your powers are still with your bodies. You will need to train each other to handle your skills," said Kaede.

"I'm sorry Kaede but it took me more than 50 years to master my Naginata.Also I haven't even scratched the surface of sorceress's powers yet. I only recviced the full force of my powers 8 years ago. I don't know if I could teach miroku in few short hours, " said Kyoto.

" This may be more diffcult than iIimagained." said Kaede.

"We can still try," said Sango.

Everyone nodded and walked off to teach their mates their powers.

"Are ye confused Shippo?" asked Kaede.

Shippo nodded his head. Kaede saw the look of pain on his face. it had been days since he had seen Kagome.

"Shippo why don'y you go ask Kagome where's she's been the last couple of days?" said Kaede. Shippo smiled and ran after Inuyasha and Kagome. High in the tree's a dark figure followed him.

"Miroku come on now concentrate!" shouted Kyoto.

"Quit yelling at me!" shouted Miroku right back.


Miroku was trying unsuccessfully to move a big boulder with her telekinesis. He lifted it 2 inches off the ground before he grew tired. Kyoto could lift the huge boulder over 50 feet in the air. He wasn't concentrating. He was too busy admiring himself.

Kyoto shook his head and sighed. If he would just stop and listen to her then he wouldn't feel so weak.

"Why aren't you practiceing with the wind tunnle?"

"It's not hard! All I have to do is remove the beads and hold my hand out!" shouted Kyoto.

Miroku grumbled and poked himself again. Even though they were fun to play with they were heavy and were hurting his back. Kyoto smacked her hand away and made Miroku face her.
"Now Miroku, listen very carefully. When you want to use my physic powers all you have to stay totally foucesd. So stop playing with my breast and try to lift the boulder again." Miroku nodded and took a deep breath. He held out his hand like he had seen Kyoto do so many times before.

He concetrated all his energy into her hand. The boulder lifted up about five feet. He then dropped it.

"Damn it!" he said. But Kyoto smiled and shook her head.

"Pathetic, I could so much better then that when I was 5 years old," said Kyoto

Miroku growled.But he felt a little turned on by this. Her agressive attiude was so hot.

"Is it wrong that you are so turning me on right now?" asked Miroku.

Kyoto glared at him.She fehed.

"Your getting turned on," said Miroku with a smile.

"No I'm not," said Kyoto.

Miroku pointed down. Kyoto looked down and saw a bluge underneath the robes. She forgot guys showed arousal easier than girls.

"Kyoto what do you think it would be like to.......you know," he said while smiling.

Kyoto licked his lips.

"Well it shouldn't be to weird I mean it's still you and me, we're just in each others bodies," said Kyoto.

Miroku smiled and pressed her lips on his. Kyoto wrapped Miroku's arms around her body. They sank down to the ground.

Inuyasha and Kagome sat next to one another against the Bone eaters well. It was weird. Inuyasha wanted to be with Kagome.But she was in his body. He so did not want to fuck her while they were in each others body.

"So Kagome...exactly how do your powers work?" asked Inuyasha.

"Just fire an arrow," said Kagome.

Inuyasha nodded his head. It was so simple.Suddenly a flash of wind came by. Koga jumped out of his whirlwind and smiled at Inuyasha.

"Good Morning Kagome how are you today?" asked Koga.

"Fine Thank you," said Kagome.

Koga's eyes widen as he heard Kagome's voice come ot of Inuyasha's body. He looked at Kagome.

"Kagome? What the hell happened?" asked Koga.

"We switched bodies.," said Inuyasha from Kagome's body. Koga looked at Kagome in Inuyasha's body first. Then he looked at Inuyasha in Kagome's body. His head went back and forth for a few mintues. He crossed his arms and pointed at inuyasha.

"Inuyasha? Your in Kagome's body," said Koga. Inuyasha nodded.
"And Kagome's in yours?" asked Koga.

Kagome nodded. Koga's face got all red and he started laughing. He fell down and was rolling around clucthing his sides.
"Oh gods! This is to funny! Bad ass Inuyasha in Kagome's body! HAHAHAHAHAHAHAH!OH GODS MY SIDES!" said Koga.
He was laughing so hard it hurt. Tears sprang into his eyes.

"HarHar Har. Very funny, Now why are you here Koga?" asked Inuyasha.

Koga sat up and had a huge smile on his face, he wiped the tears from his eyes."Hehehe. To funny. Anyway well me and Ayame went back to my pack and everyone is really happy that I finally have a mate. Also I wanted to tell Kagome that Ayame is preganate and will be giving birth to pups in a few months!" said Koga.
"Oh Koga that's wonderful congratulations!" said Kagome.
Kagome smiled and leaned forward to hug Koga. Koga pushed Kagome away.

"Sorry, but your in dog boys body. That's just kind of creepy," said Koga.

Kagome blused. "I understand Koga," said Kagome.Inuyasha fehed.Shippo came running up over the hill.

"Kagome! Kagome!"

Suddenly a light filled the air.It was so quick it was like it never even happend. Kagome blinked her eyes. She looked down and saw she was still in Inuyasha's body.
Shippo came running up and looked up at Koga. Both of them screamed and jumped up.

"Holy shit! I'm in your body runt!" shouted Koga from Shippo's body. Koga body started shaking and his face was streaming with tears.

"WAAAAAAAAAAAA!I want my body back!" whined Shippo.

"Who the hell keeps doing this!" shouted Inuyasha.

Kyoto and Miroku laid on the ground.. Sweat coverd their bodies. They both lay naked. Kyoto had Miroku's eyes wide open. Miroku had Kyoto's head laying on his chest.

"That was intersting," said Miroku.

"Wow," said Kyoto. So that's what Miroku felt during sex.

Miroku could not belive what Kyoto felt during sex. What she felt was so intensnse!

"Never speak of this again?" asked Kyoto.

"Yep," said Miroku. They got up and got dressed. They walked out of the field and into the woods to find Inuyasha.

Up in the trees sat a very stunned Akuma. He had seen everything that had gone on between them.

"That's just wrong," said Akuma. Miroku and Kyoto did some pretty fucked up shit when they were together.But this topped it. Akuma remberd what it was like the last time he saw them do it.He still couldn't the picture out of his head. Just the way how their bodies were twisted was more than enough to make your stomach turn.

Kagura andi sti stood behind him. Kagura narrowed her eyes and scowled at the couple in the field. She was completely disgusted by the monk and she demon.

"That was disgusting,'' said Kagura. Niji shook her head. Akuma turned toward his sisters.
"We cannot sit around and ponder about this we must do the job we were sent to do. Is she ready?" asked Akuma.

Kagura nodded.

"She is ready in in position," said Kagura.

"Good, Niji unleash your attack," he said.
Niji nodded. She turned around.She held up one of her sia's and it golwed with a bright golden light.
She pulled it across the sky and huge wave of light started searing through the forest.

Inuyasha could sense something he turned around saw a huge wave of light made the forest dissaper.

"Kagome, run" said Inuyasha.

"Inuyasha why..."

"JUST RUN! GO NOW!" shouted Inuyasha.
Inuyasha jumped up and pulled Kagome up and pushed her forward. she ran but turned around and saw the huge wave of light.
"KOGA! SHIPPO!RUN!" She shouted.
Koga turned around and made Shippo's eyes grow huge. Shippo quickly yanked Koga up by his tail and ran.

"Hey fox why did you do that?" asked Koga angrly.

"I don't want to be stuck in your body for the rest of my life and if you die then I'll never be me again!" he shouted.

They ran for their life.

Miroku and Kyoto came out of the woods and saw everyone running past them. Kyoto looked at what they were running from.

"Holy shit!" shouted Kyoto.

She yanked Miroku around and followed the others.

Sesshomaru sat across from Miyako. Miyako narrowed her eyes and looked at him. He was so annoying. He was just stareing at her.

"What are you looking at?" asked Miyako.

"I want my body back,"said Sesshomaru.

"Well I would galdly give it back if I knew how!" shouted Miyako.

Sesshomaru growled and stood up. These stupid voices in his head were getting annoying. Why the hell were there voices in his head and what were these life forces in his viens?

" What the hell is up with the voices in my head?" asked Sesshomaru.

"Deal with it, I've had to my whole life. Unlike Kyoto I can't block out the voices. They torment me day and night!" shouted Miyako.

Sesshomaru felt bad for her. She had to deal with these annoying voices in her head everyday.
Sesshomaru saw a little tear come to Miyako's eye. or rather his eye. He sat down very close to her.

"Why do you hear these voices all the time?" asked Sesshomaru.

Miyako sighed," It's....none of your damn business!" shouted Miyako. She moved way from him and stood up. Sesshomaru looked hatefully up at her.

"I ha..." he started. But Miyako quickly coverd her mouth with his hand.

"You can never utter those words from my mouth!"shouted Miyako.

Sesshomaru pushed his hand away. He stood up and got right up in his face.

"Okay your going to answer this question, what the hell are you?!" shouted Sesshomaru. Miyako sighed. She better tell him before he does something that could screw up somebodies life.

"My father was an earth demon. And my mother was a soul stealer. She had to kill people in order to steal their souls.One day she met my father and instead of killing him and stealing his soul. She fell in love with him and they mated and had me. I gained the ablity to steal souls. but in a diffrent way from my mother. I all had to do was hate someone and their soul would come to me. I am what they call a soul collector," said Miyako.

Sesshomaru widen Miyako's eyes. How horriable.She could never express the motion of hate?

"Is that why the little boy died?" asked Sesshomaru.

Miyako's eyes widen. He saw that? She could remeber the day that she had accidently killed her villages headman's son.

*****Flash Back*****

"That little monster killed him!" shouted an ageing old man. He cradled a little boy in his arms. Miyako peeked out from behind her father. Miyako was barely 5 years old and she had just killed a little boy. She had no clue about how she did it. The little boy had been very hateful to her. So she had said that she hated him. The little boys soul had come out of his body right then. His father had run out and pushed miyako down.Her father had come out of their hut and rushed to his little girl.had hugged her and glared at the headman. But he saw the village's headman's son lifeless in his arms. Her stood up and kept Miyako behind him. Her father was extermly tall and she was a mini version of him.

"please she is but a little girl, she didn't mean to hurt him," said her father. The villagers glared and pointed at her. They made smart remarks. One villager had even thrown a stone at her.It had caught Miyako above her eye. Tears sprang to her eyes.

The headman stood up and held his boy in his arms.

"You are casted from this village. If you, your crazy wife, or that monster ever show your face in this village again I will make sure you die a slow and painful death."

The headman spat in her fathers face.Her father just stood there.Miyako could belive that her demon father had just spit in her fathers face! He walked away from them. Miyako ran out from behind her father. She would teach him a lesson. Now that she knew the secert behind her soul power.

"I ha..." she began.

Her father reached down and brought her close to him and coverd her mouth. He turned Miyako around and looked directly into her eyes.

"Miyako you must never hate anyone. If you do then you will suck the soul the from their body. do you understand? You must never ever utter thoes words from your mouth or think them," said her father.

Miyako nodded and her father pulled her close to him.
*****End Of Flash Back*****

Miyako looked away from him.

"You sucked the soul from your parents as well didn't you?" asked Sesshomaru.

Miyako nodded. She didn't mean to kill them. It was an acciedent. She had never ment to hurt her father. she loved him to death. Her mother however was crazy. She didn't hate her but her mother had driven her crazy.

She told them that she hated them. But she really didn't. She had killed them when she was 10. And for 6 long years she had carried the souls of her mother and father in her body.

So that answerd the question about her parents, the boy, and why all these voices were in his head. But there was one more question that he wanted answerd.

"I have one more question Miyako, why do you have a memory of Naraku twirling rose and you being chained to a wall," asked Sesshomaru. She took a deep breath but was interruppted by a loud scream.

Inuyasha, Kagome, and Koga holding Shippo by the tail came running from woods. Miroku and Kyoto were also running.


"What the hell?" shouted Sesshomaru.

"RUN!" shouted Inuyasha. Sesshomaru looked up and saw huge wave of light. It was clearing out the trees and It was heading right for them. He turned around grabbed Miyako. They ran after Inuyasha. They ran to a field but was stopped by Kagura. The searing light stopped and out of it emerged Niji.

"Who the hell are you?" shouted inuyasha.

She held up one of her sia's to her face and smiled sexily at him.

"I am Niji, the light demon. Naraku's newest incarnation and the one who will send you to hell," she said. She twirled her sia's aan aan at them.

" Hiraikotsu!" shouted someone.

Out of the woods came Sango's gaint Hiraikotsu. Niji quickly jumped back and avoided it. The Hiraikotsu whipped back around and Sango caught it. She was still inTsuki's body but his body was strong enough to wheild it. Tsuki had his katana. Out of every ne those two had been able to adjust to each others bodies better then everyone else.

They ran over to their friends sides.

"We heard your screams and came as fast as we could," said Sango.
"Hmph. We don't have time for this," she turned around and looked into the woods.

"Just do what you were going to do. Then after that's done we can kill them," said Kagura.

As if a response, a bright light flowed through out the field. The warmth passed over them. Inuyasha felt a slight tingle. when the light dissaperd. Kagura was riding through the sky in her feather and Niji was floating on her wings of light again.

Inuyasha felt a little funny. he looked down and screamed.

"We've switched again!I'm Miroku!" shouted Inuyasha. everyone looked each other up and down.

"Holy crap!" shouted Miroku."I'm Kagome!" he shouted.

"You grope her body I swear I'll kill you!" shouted Inuyasha.

Kagome looked down and saw who she was.

"Oh great I'm Shippo!" she shouted.

They all started aguring and talking at once. Who the hell was who? Inuyasha's fingers clamly went up to his mouth. A loud shrill whistle was sounded.

"Everyone shut up and Listen," said Tsuki from Inuyasha's body.

Everyone quieted down and looked at Tsuki.He was so clam and collected.

"Now when I say your name tell who you are. Inuyasha?"he asked.

"Miroku!" shouted Inuyasha.

"Kagome?"

"Shippo" she said quietly.

"Sango?"

"I'm Koga," she said.
Sango couldn't help but smile. Her man was so good in getting things together.

"Miroku?"

"Kagome," he said.

"Kyoto?"

"I'm Sesshomaru," she said sadly.

"Sesshomaru?"

"I am Sango," he shouted.

All this switching around. was screwing with everybodies head.

"Miyako?" asked Tsuki.

"I'm you!" shouted Miyako.

"Shippo who are you?" asked Tsuki.

"Uhhh whatt'st's earth demon name?"

"Miyako?" asked Tsuki.

"Yea thats it!I'm Miyako! Wait a mintue...what's up with these voices?" said Shippo.

"That means that Koga is..." said Tsuki.

Everyone looked over at Kyoto's body. It was down on the ground with it's hands tightly clasped on it's head.

"THE VOICES! WHY ARE THERE VOICES IN MY HEAD!," said Koga.Kyoto quickly ran to his side. She rubbed her back and tried to get him to clam down. The voices in Miyako's head were not as strong as hers.

Thank gods! They now knew who every body was now. But who in the hell was doing it them? And why?
A loud laugh came from the forest. Inuyasha turned around and listend. A low growl came from deep inside miroku throat. Was this person laughing the who who had switched them?

"Who are you? Show your self!" shouted Inuyasha.

He walked out of the woods and everyone couldn't belive their eyes. Standing before them was an exact replica od Naraku. Except he had cold blue eyes and straight black hair. He smiled the smile that Naraku always smiled.

"Your Naraku's son aren't?" said Kagome.

The boy nodded his head.

"Aye, You are smart one you?I am the great Naraku's son,Akuma," he said with a little bow.

He wore a black flowing kimono and a pair of black flowing hakama's. The kimono was open and revaled a smooth chisled chest. This boy had been born only three days ago. So why did he look 18?

He chuckled. This boy was so like Naraku in so many ways. Inuyasha growled again. He would teach this boy a lesson.

uki uki do me a favor. Since your in my body do you hear any buzzing?" asked Inuyasha.

Tsuki flicked Inuyasha's ears. He didn't hear any buzzing.

"I don't hear any buzzing," said Tsuki.

Inuyasha smiled and went to the prayer beads on Miroku's right hand. He would suck that boy into Miroku's wind tunnel.

Akuma smiled again and his eyes glowed brightly. A bright light engulfed the field. Inuyasha lifted his head off the ground. How the hell did he end up on the ground. He looked down and saw clawed hands. Suddenly a wave of voices came into his head. Inuyasha pressed his hadns on the side of his head. He was in Kyoto's body.

"Oh no! We switched again!" said Shippo. He was right next to Inuyasha. That ment that Shippo was in Sesshomaru's body.

Miroku's body clamly lowerd down it's hand.

"Inuyasha it would have been a big mistake to suck this man into miroku's windtunnel. for he is the only one who can switch us back," said Tsuki.

Inuyasha just growled and tried to block out the voices.

"This is just fucking great! I have more voices to deal with!" shouted Koga from Miyako's body.
Everyone was completly confused by what was going on.
They couldn't touch Akuma. He was the only one who could change them back.
Kyoto was in Inuyasha's body and was just about tried of of all this switching.
She ran up to him and grabbed him.

"Listen up you little twit! Switch us back now!" she shouted.

Akuma looked out in the corner of his eye and saw a black figure. Good she was in place.
Akuma smiled and nodded.

"As you wish," he said.

A bright light engulfed the entrie field.

Inuyasha opend his eyes. He looked down and saw he was in his own body.
Shippo jumped up in the air and shouted. Everybody was back in their bodies. Kyoto hugged herself. How good it was that she had her body and powers back.

She ran over to miroku and jumped into his awaiting arms. Inuyasha looked around and saw Kagome lying on the ground.

"Kagome!" he shouted.

He ran over to Kagome's side. He lifted her up and her beautiful choclate brown eyes opened up.

"Inuyasha?" she asked. Inuyasha nodded and smiled. Kagome wrapped her arrounround him.
Sango was in the arms of Tsuki when she saw the smile on Kagome's face. It was cold and evil.
