A/N:Thanks for reading my first story.There will be some character deaths later in the story and I plain to make it a long one.There are many original characters in this story. This will be the only story I will be working on for the time being, so that it can get my full dedication.Please review, be honest but not harsh. I will try my best to up date every day. !!!WARNING!!! More than one person dies in this chapter. So if you Don't want to read about it do not read this chapter.It is not that bloody though. No gore really but kind of. There is death all of it murder.


Jade and Mioko spent all day together. When Mioko knew her father had returned and went to bed, she went to her room knowing Touya would be there for there nightly sex. Mioko liked to talk alot about anything and everyhting after sex and Touya was her confidant. She told him all about Jade and Sesshomaru and how he came to see her every night. She did not expect him to get angry. Filled with jealousy and hatred for Sesshomaru he quickly went to tell the King. They went and got Zane so that he may help with their plan. They went and waited outside. When they saw Sesshomaru jump off of Jade's balcony with her Zane had to hold his father back. Zane gave them each a substance that when rubbed on would cover their scent. He used it when ever he had to assassinate a demon with a good sence of smell." Let's stay back a good distance. I have heard of this demon and he can sence things very strongly we don't want him to notice us." Zane had heard of Sesshomru's greatness.

"Jade, come with me there is someone you should meet."He picked her up and jumped off the balcony.

"Who?"

"Remeber my friend I told you about,the one who knew your mother? Well he is waiting for us in the middle of the forest just off the castle grounds. He has much to tell you.I want you to know you may not like what you are about to hear."

"Okay,but I am with you so I will be fine."she smiled at him."If I would have known we were going to be outside I would have put something warmer on." All she had on was a spaghetti strap night gown.
"How thoughtless of me."Sesshomaru put her down and took off his fur wrap, then put it around her."Better?"
"Yes it is. Sesshe if you don't mind me asking I never thought about it before, but what happened to your arm? It's not like I have a problem with it, I was just wondering."
"My brother."He told her the whole story as they walked.By the time he was done they had reached the middle of the forest.
"The first thing on my list of things to do is to get you and your brother to be more like family."

"Good luck with that beautiful." Bo 'Rai Cho had a smug look on his face."Sesshomaru, you are being followed."

"Yes, I know that, you really think I have slipped that much since you have been away. You will get every thing you want tonight."Sesshomaru looked over at Jade.

"Hey I know you from somewhere. You were on the boat, I remember the feel of your power."

" Yes, Jade my name is Bo 'Rai Cho. What I am about to tell you will shatter your world. Please sit down."He told her the whole story about her demon father and mortal mother.

"No,you are lying. My Daddy is Tabis I.... I." She began to cry. Sesshomaru grabbrd her.
"Jade, what he tells you is the truth. If you need more proof then my word, just look at" He was cut off.

"Get your filthy demon hands off my daughter. Zane get her."
Tabis and the others had come out of the woods. Zane grabbed Jade, of course Sesshomaru let him, it was part of the plan. " I know you. You are the father of that demon who forced my wife to have sex with him."

"You know Hayate did not make her do anything. She wanted him and you couldn't stand it."

"I will kill you." He paused" Touya get him."Touya was about to attack and Bo 'Rai Cho was ready for it when Jade spoke out.
"Daddy is what this man says true,am I a half demon?"Jade was filled with awful pain.

"NO! He lies."Tabis was sweating very badly.


"Father tell her the truth." Zane looked at his father.

"Zane what are you doing. You are on my side, your loyalty is to me. You are my son."

"I am on Jade's side my loyalty is to her. I have kept my mouth closed for all these years, because when I found out you said it was the best thing for her. But I will not stand by and let you lie to her any longer. Tell her."

"At least your son has honor. Jade, that mark on your back the one shaped like a star."
"Yes"
"That is my family mark. See I have one as well." He showed her the mark on his neck. Jade began to breathe funny.
"Daddy so you killed my real father. Did you kill my mother as well?"
The king took in a deep breath, he had been filled with guilt and was holding it in for all these years. He had to tell her the truth."Yes I am not your blood father,but I am your Daddy.I was jealous of your father and did not want to lose your mother. So I killed him and took your mother to the summer house. I told her that I had confronted him and he left, but she did not believe me. She told me he would have never left her and his unborn child. So I kept her prisoner in the summer house till the day of your birth. My plan was to poison her with poison that wroks slowly and when the baby was born it would already be dead. That way she would suffer in her last moments of life knowing her demon child was dead. So as she lay in labor I did it, I poisoned her and left the room, but when the baby came out they said it was alive. That's when it hit me the child must have gained the fathers ability. So I decide to kill it in another way and I would do it in front of Zion to make her suffer as she had made me. I went in the room and picked you up, when I looked at you I could not do it. Zion told me your name was Jade and that she was leaving and taking you with her. I looked at Zion and said that I would raise you as my own and I would never let you know of your demon roots. I knew that this would kill her inside. She tried to get up, but the poison had finally set in, she was dying. I walked out of the room never even once letting her hold you. Then I killed everyone who was involved with the birth, and took you home. You were and still are my child and I have always treated you the best. I have been obsessed with you since the moment you opened your eyes and looked at me. You remind me of her so much. Your mother was the only thing I ever had loved, and she traded me in for a demon,but I had you and that was all that mattered. I had a piece of her that would always belong to me,so now you know my secret. Zane while we are getting things out in the open why don't you tell her what you do for me? Why you make all those trips. Tell her that you are an assassin, a murderer." He looked as if he was going to go over to Jade, when Bo 'Rai Cho and Sesshomaru both let out a growl, warning him to stay away.

"And Zane you knew about all this? and you kill people? That is why you had that blood on your face that night in Osaka. It was not your own."Jade was suprised, she never thought he would hide anything from her. She pushed him away from her and looked at him with eyes that felt betrayal.

"Yes, I found out when I was nine. I heard father and my Mother talking about it. I knew nothing of the murder of your mother though. I am an assassin. Father has had me trained since I was three. I don't like to kill people, though it is all I know." Zane looked deeply sorry.

"That is enough talk, she now knows the truth. Tabis let's fight this out you and me, no guards, no Zane, no one else, just you and me. You killed my son and stole my Gandaughter, I will not let you live anymore, for the pain you have caused me is far to great. You are a coward who killed my son in his sleep,have honor for once and face me like a man." Bo 'Rai Cho bared his fangs.

"You are no man you are a filthy demon. You have no claim to Jade, she is my daughter. I will fight you just you and me." Tabis pulled out his sword and they began to fight. Jade was in a state of shock. She could not believe everything she had just heard. She was sad yet very angry that everything she had ever known was a lie. Her eyes turned a orange color. Sesshomaru went over to her and told her it would be fine. It didn't take long for Bo 'Rai Cho to have Tabis begging for his life. Jade did not know how to feel. Tabis was the only father she had ever known and she loved him, but she wanted him to pay for his sins with his life.
"Please Do not kill me, give me a chance."Tabis was begging for his life.

" And what chance did you give my sleeping son. I will spare you no mercy." Bo 'Rai Cho lifted his claws up and was about to strike when he felt a blade go through his back. You could hear it be pulled back out with a scraping sound. The sword was scraping up against his bones. He turned to see Touya.

"Good job my boy, it took you long enough. Zane where were you."

"You are a coward Father. I will have no more blood on my hand for your account."

"Traitor! But at least I killed the demon." He turned to get a stomach full of Sesshomaru's claws .He grabbed his belly which was flowing with blood and guts were spilling out of it."So, this is how it ends. Touya do not let him take Jade." He pointed at Sesshomaru and fell to the ground. The king was dead and Bo 'Rai Cho lay dying. Touya went towards Jade, but Sesshomaru quickly grabbed him by the thoat.

"Wait,Please let me deal with him."Zane wanted for his friend not to be killed. Sesshomaru just looked at him.That is when Jade spoke up.
"Sesshe, please let's just go.Put him down, he will get what is coming to him." She was still crying. Sesshomaru put him down and went over to Bo 'Rai Cho. How Sesshomaru wished he had not left the Tenseiga at home. He knew his friend would die and if he had brought it he could have saved him.

"Sesshomaru,my brother. I know you will take care of my Grandaughter. Jade I love you. Hayate I am coming" And with that he was dead.
"I promise old friend, I will always take care of her."
At that moment Touya told Zane he would not leave without Jade.
"You will leave without her. Cuz if you try and take her that demon will kill you." Touya began to walk away, but quickly turned and pulled out his sword."If I can't have her no one can." He rushed toward her, but Zane pulled out his sword and they started to fight. Zane was good but Touya was a little better. He stabbed Zane. Then when he saw his friend on the other end of his blade he could not believe what he had just done. Jade rushed over to him."Zee are you okay?"

"I have just been stabbed how do you think I am."He still had his sence of humor even though he was in pain. Zane was crying." Jade I am sorry. I never wanted you to get hurt. You are not my blood sister, but that does not matter to me I love you most of all and you will always be my baby sister." He closed his eyes. Jade was filled with such rage. Her eyes turned blood red. She stood up and hit Touya with a ball of bluelight. He had no chance against it, he was dead on impact. Jade fell to the ground and began to cry again. Sesshomaru went over to comfort her."It will be alright. I am here for you."She wrapped her arms around him and could not stop crying."Let us go. You will come home with me." They began to leave when Zane siad"Don't just leave me here.Just cuz I closed My eyes does not mean that I am dead."Jade's heart felt alittle better knowing her brother was alive,but the over all events had tooken their toll.They took Zane back to the castle and told Mioko what had happened. Jade left with Sesshomaru and ever since that day has lived with him as his mate,but sometimes gose back to visit. It took Jade a while to recover, but not to long cuz she had Sesshe and Rin to help her. She did do the first thing on her list to do. She got Sesshomaru to realize that half demons were not that bad, so he could except Inuyasha and even his human friends. That should shine some light on Sesshomaru's feelings for Jade. Back to two years in the future.

I will keep writing, please review and once again I would like to thank Kiki O. for the reviews, I am glad you like my story.I have most of this story already planed out in my head some of the things I might change,but I am not sure yet. Every thing I write has to do with the main plot of the story. I want you all to get to know the characters like they are real people and not just characters in a story that you know nothing about.
