Sesshomaru and Inuyasha's Romance

Rin laid there on her bed in Master Sesshomaru’s castle. She knew he wouldn’t look there for her. That is if he was to come look for her at all. What she didn’t know is that he had already arrived at the castle, but not to find her. Sesshomaru pushed the door open to his room, trying not to wake the sleeping Inuyasha in his arms. He set him gently down on the bed and went to take a bath in the hot springs. He walked out of the room and instantly caught Rin’s scent. Her scent was different in some way though. He traced her scent to her bedroom and opened the door. She had just fallen asleep. Her eyes were still moist from the tears. Sesshomaru walked over to her to get a better smell. His eyes widened. She was pregnant with his baby.

Meanwhile Inuyasha woke up and was wondering down the halls when he also caught her scent. He imminently knew the she was pregnant and knew he could no longer be with Sesshomaru. Inuyasha ran from the castle and once he was out away, he set a small fire so that Sesshomaru couldn’t follow his scent.

Rin opened her eyes to see Sesshomaru with his hand on her stomach. She pushed his hand away.

”Rin? Why didn’t you tell me.” She got up from the bed.

”Because there’s nothing to tell.” She headed over to the door. Sesshomaru grabbed her hand and pulled her into his embrace. “Sesshomaru, please… Don’t…” She tried to say being caught up in her breath.

”I’m sorry. I will be a good father though.” She tried to get out from his grasp, but failed.

”No… I don’t want you a part of my life. Now go find Inuyasha and be with him, or had you not noticed that his scent was no longer in this castle?” Sesshomaru sniffed the air and realized it, Inuyasha’s scent was gone. Sesshomaru looked down and his eyes watered up. What had he done? What would he do? He loved Inuyasha with everything in him, but Rin… He couldn’t leave her like this, even if he wanted to. He didn’t have it in him. Everything spun in his head and he became a bit dizzy. “Sesshomaru?” He had to stay with her and he could no longer be with Inuyasha. “Sesshomaru, let me go.” Was it worth it to Rin though. Did she even know what he was giving up for her? No, she couldn’t possibly know the way he feels for Inuyasha. No one could. They just didn’t understand. “Sesshomaru, are you even listing to me?” All they could see was how wrong it was. That just because they’re half-brothers, they couldn’t possibly love each other.

Rin’s hand came across Sesshomaru cheek with a load echo throughout the castle. His eyes met with hers.

”Rin, I love you and we can work this out.”

”No! Don’t start this with me Sesshomaru. Don’t ask questions, don’t pretend to love me, and get your hands off of me! This is NOT going to work. It wont happen. I won’t let it. If you think you can just come to me, say you love me and pretend you never hurt me. Your wrong! This is the end of it. Of all you lies, of all the pain you cause me, and defiantly it’s the end of you and I. We will never be seen together again. You will never touch me again and there will be no more words between us. Now let me go.” She pushed away from him. I’m so sorry Sesshoumaru. I don’t want to hurt you, but I know you will never be truly happy with me. I don’t want to be cruel and yell, but if I don’t you’ll see right through me and know that I love you and do really want to spend the rest of my life with you. She turned around and walked out the door.

”Rin, I will be with you rather you like it or not.” She walked back into the room.

”Sesshomaru, if I ever see you again. I’ll kill myself and the baby. You won’t be apart of mine or the baby’s life. And if you come up the baby when it’s older. I’ll still kill us. Goodbye.” Then she left the castle.
