This will be the only story I will be working on for the time being, so that it can get my full dedication.Please review, be honest but not harsh. I will try my best to up date every day. After telling Bo 'Rai Cho that Jade was going away with Zane Sesshomaru returned to Rin and Jaken. For the first day he managed to keep his thoughts of Jade to a minimum, but as the next day rolled around he was thinking of her every hour. On the day she was to come home he was in a awful mood he hated that she was all he could seem to think about and how he could not wait for her to return. Jaken wondered what was wrong,but did not ask. Rin, being so innocent thought he was sick.

"My Lord what is the matter with you, are you ill?"She was worried and really wanted to know,but he did not answer her.

"Rin, you stupid girl. You should not bother lord Sesshomaru. He is to strong to be ill. He is obviously in thought." Jaken was surprised to feel a rock hit him in the back of the head.

"Leave her be Jaken."Sesshomaru had a sad tone in his voice, that nither one of them had never heard before.

"My lord why do you treat me so I...." Sesshomaru looked at him as to say shut up with out opening his mouth.

"Lord Sesshomaru I will pick you some flowers to make your heart feel better. I can tell it is sad for some reason."

"Silly girl, why would my Lord be sad." Jaken turned to see Sesshomaru looking at him with a look that frightened him."Maybe I should hold my tongue befor my Lord hurts me. I do wonder what is bothering him. I have never seen him look this way in all the time I have served him"

"Jaken go with Rin."

"Yes, my Lord." Jaken got up and went after the girl. Sesshomaru had just wanted to be alone so that he could think. He knew that if Rin was there, she would keep asking question and Jaken's presence was annoying him. He was thinking that he should just stay away from the girl and forget about her. How though, he had only been away from her for a short while and was feeling somethimg he had never felt, heartache. He was angry with himself and felt as though he was being weak. He knew what he had to do, he would kill her and then he would not feel this way anymore. That was it he would do it tonight when she returned. He told Jaken to look after Rin, that he would return shortly. He went to wait for her outside the castle. He knew he would have to watch out for Bo 'Rai Cho who would be watching Jade with hawk eyes. It was late when he saw the carriage pull up and the three travelers get out. Then he saw Bo 'Rai Cho. "Hello Sesshomaru. Couldn't stay away I see."
Sesshomaru was silent, he was torn inside. He did not want to kill her,but knew he had to be rid of these feelings. Bo 'Rai Cho knew there was something wrong with him. He looked closely and saw murder in his eyes, but did nor said anything. He knew what Sesshomaru was thinking, but knew he would not be able to go through with it. Light came from Jade's room they both knew this meant she was in there. Sesshomaru would wait a few more hours to make sure no one was in there. For those hours him and his old friend sat in silence, Bo 'Rai Cho had actually fallen asleep. He had no fear of what Sesshomaru was planning to do.


In the early hours of the morning when he was sure she was asleep he jumped up to her balcony. In the fire light he could see her asleep in the bed,she looked so lovely. Once again she had on only a robe, he took a deep breath and began his approach. He had killed many times before,but never found it hard to do. He pulled out his sword and held it above her. At that moment she opened her eyes and looked at him.
"Sesshe,when did you get here?" Her eyes had not fully adjusted. When they did she saw the sword he held a foot above her chest. "You mean to kill me, do you not. Well then if you think you can. DO IT! " There was no fear in her voice. Deep inside she knew he could not. He pulled the sword up and lunged it down at her,but stopped a few centimeters from her chest . He threw the sword down to the ground, grabbed her and held her close to him . " I am sorry Jade. I just don't want to feel this way any longer. See I am a demon so killing comes naturally to me, but I could not do it to you. I am in love with you and this love makes me weak."

"Sesshomaru, loving me does not make you weak. You are strong,but the heart wants, what the heart wants. I know because I am in love with you as well. I have never loved anything the way I love you. My heart and all I am belong to you and only you." She pulled back and looked him in his beautiful golden eyes." Sesshe I love you."

Sesshomaru had never said these words to anyone before.
"I love you Jade." He grabbed her arms, laid her back onto the bed and untied her robe. "What are you doing?"
"Shh, Don't talk." He had waited so long for this moment. He leaned down and began to kiss her. He turned his head to the side and pressed his lips gently against hers.Then slowly put his tongue in her mouth and loved that she was putting hers in his. He ran his hand slowly up her thigh, her skin was as slick as satin and extremely soft. He pulled back and sat up, she did the same. As she did the robe fell a little off of her shoulders and there on her back right shoulder blade was the star shaped mark that had originaly brought him there. He sat there and looked at her body for a few seconds in awe, it was like the rest of her flawless. "Lay back down. I want to taste you." She laid back down. He started sucking and biting on her neck, it was not long before he had given her a passion mark. He loved the way she quivered at his touch. Then he grabbed her breast, he put one in his mouth and then slowly caressed the other one with his hand. He played with her nipple so gently with his fingers and sucked and bit the other one. Jade did not awaken till she heard a knock at the door.She looked up to see that it was about breakfast time. Jade was usually one of the first in the castle to wake up. When she was not at the table the king sent someone to check on her, thinking she was ill. She heard the door knob shake. Since the night that Mioko had seen Sesshomaru in her room Jade always locked the door as soon as she got in.
"Jade! are you okay in there." It was Mioko. Jade looked down at Sesshomaru. He was still asleep.

" Yes, I don't feel well."

"Do you want me to get you something? Come open the door."

"NO! Please come back later."

"Okay, I'll give you a few minutes and then come back." She could hear her walk away. Jade didn't want to but she knew she would have to wake him up and go down stairs.
"Sesshe, Baby wake up."She rubbed is cheek.
He moved a little."Mmm..I am awake. I could stay here forever, just like this."

"Sesshe,I have to get up and go down stairs or my Daddy will get worried and come up here himself. You should go."
He raised up and looked at her."You are so beautiful. I want you to come with me."

"No,I want to but I can not leave my family."

"Do you care for them more than me?"

"No, I care for you a thousand times more. I will come with you, just not right now. I will have to break the news to my Daddy gently." Jade knew her father would not like the idea of her being with any man especially if that man was a demon.

"There is something I need to tell you about your father. Damn that is right Bo 'Rai Cho wants to tell you." Sesshomaru wanted to tell her so badly.

"Who is Bo 'Rai Cho, and what does he need to tell me?" She was now very curious and wanted to know.

"I think you are right. I should go,but I will come back later." He got up and put his clothes back on. Jade knew he was trying to avoid answering her." Sesshe tell me."

" I promise all will come out in due time and I will be right here to catch you when you fall. So untill then trust me and wait."

"I trust you completly. So I will wait for this information."She got up, went over to him and gave him a kiss."I will see you later."
" That you will Love, because only death could keep me from it. I love you." Sesshomaru went over and jumped off the balcony. Jade quickly got dressed by the time she was done Mioko was back at the door. "Let me in."

"Okay, here I come."Jade went and opened the door. Mioko came in. " You don't look sick to me." she felt Jade's forehead it was not hot. "Let's go out into the light so I xan get a better look." She took Jade by the hand and lead her out onto the balcony. She looked at her and her jaw dropped."Jade what is that on your neck?" She was pointing to the large passion mark that Sesshomaru had left on her neck.

" I fell last night and hurt myself." Mioko knew better she had had plenty of those and knew what it was."Don't lie you did not hurt yourself that is a passion mark. It was that demon wasn't it? He was in here last night. I thought I heard something."

"Mioko,yes it was him. Is it that noticeable? What should I do?" Jade looked real worried

"I know how to hide them. I will help you if you tell me the truth. Did you have sex with him."

"No, we didn't have sex, we made love. You can not tell Daddy. I don't want him to know yet, okay."

"Alright I will not tell. If you do me a favor."

"What?"

"You have to go tell Daddy that you need to borrow me for the day that way I don't have to go with him to visit Lord Bosin he bothers me. If he asks why make something up."

"Okay." So Jade secret was safe for now.


Sesshomaru saw Bo 'Rai Cho and he could tell what he had done with his grandaughter, but it was part of his plan so he could not get mad.

"Sesshomaru I will tell her tonight. Please bring her to me."

"I will, I think it is time she knows any way."
