Demon attack and uneventful days
Shippo woke up in the middle of the night. He was cold and he wasn’t sleeping well. He nudged Kirara making her wake up and look at him with a very sleepy and irritated face.
“I’m going to go curl up with Sango and Miroku. Wanna come?”
Kirara nodded her head and they walked down the hall to the couple’s room. They opened the door very slowly and peeked their heads in quietly. But Sango still ended up waking and looking at the demons peeking in through her door.
“What’s wrong guys?”
“Nothing, we can’t sleep. Can we climb in bed with you guys?
“Let me tell him first so he doesn’t freak out.”
Sango woke Miroku up and told him that they wanted to hop in bed with them he smiled and lifted up the blanket so they could climb in. They ran for the bed, Kirara curling up next to Miroku and Shippo snuggling into Sango. Sango laid down and wrapped her arms around the young kitsune and Miroku fell back asleep petting Kirara. All we warm and cozy now.

The next morning they were awoken by screams and pounds on the front door. The group ran downstairs and opened the door quickly.
“Sango, Miroku! Demons…. They’re attacking the village!”
“Don’t worry take everyone to Kadae’s she will protect you while we destroy the demon.”
The village gathered at the priestess’ house and she had up a shield that was protecting them all. The group came out prepared. Sango with her Hirikotsu, Miroku with his staff, Kirara full size with Shippo on her back. The demon turned to face them and then charged on them. Sango swung her weapon sending it flying at the demon, he dodged it almost only having it clip off an arm. Miroku quickly opened the kazana and sucked the demon into it quickly. The old woman let down the shield and the villagers ran to the heroes congratulating them for a while then life went back to normal.
“Well, that was quite uneventful”
“Yes but it’s good. We couldn’t handle anything huge without Inuyasha and Kagome.”
“True.”
“I hope they get home soon.”
“I’m going to go curl up with Sango and Miroku. Wanna come?”
