My Cinderella

Sesshomaru quickly grabbed Rin and threw her and himself into the nearest closet. Right before the front door opened. Rin was surprised by this but kept her mouth shut. She didn't want to bail the both of them and get into serious trouble. "Daddy, I'm so tired. Can we go to bed now?" Kagura whined. "Yeah, we're not going to find her tonight. Why not look tomorrow?" Sarah added.


"Alright, go to bed. It's late tonight, and the both of you do need your rest." Naraku told his daughters in a sweet tone. "Let me just put my put my coat in the closet." Kagura yawned. As Kagure made her way towards the closet, Rin held tight on Sesshomaru. This is it! The both of them were dead for sure! She began to panic but Sesshomaru took her hand and rubbed it to reassure her that she was not alone.


Kagura grabbed onto the doorknob and began to turn slowly. When she opened the door, Rin and Sesshomaru was right in front of her clear as day, but she had her eye lids closed. She just hunged up her coat and closed the door in the couples' face. 'Whew! What a relief!' Rin thought.
She thought they were dead for sure.


It was taking the three family members so long to get situated into the home that Sesshomaru let Rin lay on him while waiting. Rin was growing tired and Sesshomaru decided to be a gentleman and let Rin sleep while he keep watch on what's going on. Good thing she didn't snore.


"Oh fuck, oh fuck, oh fuck!" Inuyasha blatted out while pacing back and forth. "How the hell are we going to get them the fuck out now! They probably been found out for all we know!" Inuyasha continued to yell with frustation. "Don't say that! They haven't been caught! I just know they didn't!" Kagome screamed.


"Well Kagome, from the looks of it, they haven't came out yet." Miroku said. Kagome looked at Miroku and grabbed the collar of his shirt. "You bastard! How could you say that!? You know damn well they haven't been caught yet! Start thinking positive you son of a bitch!" Kagome yelled with rage. "Ha, ha, ha, ha! Miroku, you're getting yourself choked to death!" Inuyasha chuckled with pure happiness.


"Think about it Kagome. I mean why is it taking them so long to get out if they haven't been caught?" Sango asked. "Not you too Sango!" Kagome whined. "Hey I'm just making an point." Sango said. "Feh, knowing Sesshomaru they'll never get caught. Sesshomaru will knock them cold on the floor. Don't worry Kagome, they'll be fine." Inuyasha reassured her. "You think so?" Kagome asked all wide eyed. This made Inuyasha smile. "I know so." "Oh thank you so much Inuyasha! Thats why I love you!" Kagome said giving Inuyasha a french kiss.


This surprised Inuyasha as he gave into the kiss also. Her lips tasted sweet. "Shall we start my dear Sango?" Miroku asked coming towards Sango. Sango slapped Miroku enough for both Inuyasha and Kagome could hear. "Not on your life buddy!" Sango screamed between slaps.


Sesshomaru listened carefully as the family members made their way upstairs. He waited about ten minutes before he opened the door to see if the coast was clear. Sesshomaru gentle put a sleeping Rin down and quickly but quietly opened the door. Downstairs was dark. It seems that they had turned off all the lights. It looked like avanced darkness. Luckily Sesshomaru can see in the dark clearly. When it was safe to come out, Sesshomaru gentle shook Rin and helped her up.


"Uh?" Rin said sleepily. "It's safe to come out now. Let's get outta here ASAP." Sesshomaru said.
Rin quickly grabbed her bag and followed Sesshomaru. She couldn't see well in the dark so she held Sesshomaru's hand in her right, while carrying her bag in the left. Sesshomaru slowly opened the back door and walked out quietly. Rin closed the door very lightly and trailed behind Sesshomaru.


"Rin! Sesshomaru! You're safe! Kagome screamed in delight as she hugged Rin. "But how did y'all get out?" A confused Sango asked. Sesshomaru threw the both of us in the closet in time when my foster family came into the door." Rin replied. "Well, as long as y'all safe, that's all that really matters." Kagome said in relief. "Alright, I don't want to stand around here and let just one of those ugly creatures get a lucky look at us standing in their backyard. Let's get the hell out of here." Inuyasha replied.


Everyone agreed and got in the cars they first was in and drove off. The car ride made Rin even sleeper. Her head was slanted on the car window as she dozed off. When they got home, Sesshomaru picked up Rin bridal style and told Inuyasha to grab her bag. "So, you leave me with the bags while you get the chick?" Inuyasha asked rather annoyed. Sesshomaru didn't reply to the remark and just opened the front door. He walked upstairs and into Rin's temporary bedroom. He laid her down gently and pulled the covers over her.


Oh how he wish he could get in bed with her and keep her safe throughout the night. Her peaceful face looked so astonishing in the bright moonlight. He planted a kiss on her cheek before leaving out the room. Good thing the guest room was next to his room. He could check up on her anytime he needed to.
