Okay. A few things first of all. Number one, I like the way you've portrayed InuYasha thus far. I mean, a lot of people would think that it's a bit out of character for Inu to go running off and leave Kagome unprotected. But think about it. EIGHT shards?! That's a lot of work for so little effort. Think about it.
Number two, nice on the Kouga. That totally sounded like something right out of the scripts for the episodes when he was ripping into Inu, even with him not there. *laughs* I personally loved it.
Number three, I absolutely LOVE the way you've sent Kagome into a bit of... I'm not sure what to call them, but she's not really all there. Makes for a lot of potential drama. At that point, what would stop her from doing anything in the world to get InuYasha back if he got captured? Nothing. So, it all makes for a very potent combination that will end in a powerhouse ending for another awesome story.
So, in short, PLEASE get the next chapter up, PLEASE! I'm in a need to read state now!
