*peers at the review above mine* Sad to say I think you need to reread the chapter in question. It was clearly stated that Kagome's injuries were treated by Yukina and Genkai. Even as insensitive as Hiei can be at times I doubt that he would be willing to do any kind of physical activites with her while she was injured.
