Becoming Pack

It was a lovely summer day. Kagome sat on Kouga's lap beneath the shade of a large tree while a few paces away, her best friend sat between her two mates, Ginta and Hakakku. Sango sat against Hakakku's chest with his strong arms wrapped protectively around her while she and Ginta held hands and stared into each.other's smiling faces. Kagome couldn't help but glance over at the shared attention Sango was giving the boys and think how lucky her friend was to have not just one but TWO,mates! Kami only knows what Kagome would do if she had two Kouga's. She shuddered at the mere idea.

Back when Ginta and Hakakku had asked Sango's hand, she was reluctant and took a long time to finally give her answer. Everyone, including the perverse monk she left for them, was shocked. After their night together though, Kagome had asked what it was like being with two men at once and Sango had described the experience to be "exhilarating".

Kagome was brought out of her daze when she felt warm lips brush over the column of her neck. She tilted her head to gaze lovingly at Kouga. He sore that handsome smile of his, z light breeze pulling and swaying his long ponytail. She and Kouga had gotten together about a month before Sango and her two lovers. Kagome had discreetly started seeing Kouga behind her gang's backs for awhile. She had still had unresolved feelings for a certain half-demon and Kouga agreed to keep their rendezvous quiet begrudgingly "just in case" Inuyasha decided he wanted Kagome after all. Kagome knew what she was doing to Kouga was wrong and was plagued with guilt over it for that short time. But then one day something happened. Inuyasha took Kagome aside and asked her to be with him... officially. She had been overwhelmed by her disdain for the half-breed when that time came. He had reached for her hand only for her to quickly snatch it away. When he leaned in to kiss her and she flinched, disgust churning her stomach at the thought of actually being with Inuyasha, she realized that she had been lying to herself and Kouga all along. It wasn't Inuyasha she wanted but him. As she stared into her lover's eyes, bluer than sapphire, her heart fluttered. She had never imagined she could be so happy with another man, this man especially. He was her everything. Kouga was always a doting, affectionate and devoted demon. He turned out to be a very generous lover and suitable mate.

"Someone looks happy." Kouga remarked, his smile widening.

"Someone is." Kagome replied before leaning in to kiss him.

He held her close and breathed in her beautifully unique floral scent when he caught wind of the conversation happening only a few feet away.

"So you two really have, um... experimented with each other?" Sango was asking awkwardly, a blush rising on her cheeks. "Like man on man?"

Kagome turned to listen too, shocked round eyes fixing on Ginta as he nodded and chuckled.

"Yeah, wolves don't much care about mundane things like gender when we're horny." He replied, "when it comes to love and commitment we're as straight as Kagome's arrows but in weak moments..." his voice trailed off and he glanced at Kouga who frowned and glared daggers.

Ginta took the hint and shut his mouth but unfortunately Hakakku didn't. "Yeah, back in the day Kouga used to have us fulfilll his Kagome fantasies," he laughed. "All three of us have been together sexually."

Kouga's whole face heated up. He wasn't sure if it was from embarrassment or the sheer anger ripping through him. That stuff was personal! How dare those two share something like that so openly, whether it was to their mate or not. He heard Kagome's little gasp, took note of her flushed face as she turned shocked eyes to him. Hell, he could feel her heartbeat thumping wildly against his own chest as she leaned on him.

"E-even Kouga?" Sango stuttered.

"Oh yeah, of course!" Hakakku replied ignoring Ginta's nudging and attempted hushing. "He's the alpha. He was our dominant."

"That's enough!" Kouga bit out. He and Kagome never broke eye contact. While Ginta was right in saying that it wasn't uncommon for wolves to fornicates regardless of gender, he wasn't certain how Kagome felt about that sort of thing and didn't want her finding out this way. Would she be disgusted or see him differently? Even now her expression was unreadable. She looked very surprised and a little embarrassed. Kouga's breath caught in his lungs as she leaned forward to whisper, "Is that true? You and... other guys, Kouga?"

He swallowed the lump in his throat and gave her a quick nod. What if she left him now? He would murder those two if she left him because of this!

"Oh." She said softly as her eyes glazed over and her mind drifted to some faraway place. What was she thinking?! The suspence was driving Kouga mad! Little did the wolf prince realize that made-up visions of his naked body dominating other men were flashing through her mind. He didn't realize what she was feeling until her blush deepened and her scent spiked. His eyes widened as the heady scent of his mate's arousal filled his senses making him instantly hard for her.

'But why is she suddenly...?' The perplexed wolf prince gasped as realization hit him. Was his innocent little mate actually picturing him with another man or... men? He was really embarrassed now. His cheeks turned a hot pink almost matching Kagome's. She glanced at Sango, Ginta and Hakakku who were all talking quietly amongst themselves and took the chance to lean into her mate so that her lips were level with his pointed ear. He trembled when those soft petals grazed his sensitive flesh and she whispered, "Would you do it again, Kouga? For me?"

He hadn't even realized his claws were biting into her arm until she whined and wriggled in his lap. He loosened his grip and adjusted her on his pelt so that her thigh came in contact with his throbbing hardness. She gasped and clung tighter to him. He brought smirking lips to her ear now and whispered, "If it would make you happy, love."

Mortified that she was actually entertaining the idea of watching Kouga, her mate, do something with another male, Kagome simply blushed and nodded. He gave Kagome a gentle nudge, urging her ofc his lap. He and Kagome eyed Ginta, Hakakku and Sango who still seemed to be in their own little world, talking in hushed voices.

"Okay, boys, get over hear." Kouga suddenly boomed with authority. "Kagome wants to see some wolf on wolf action!"

The once shy schoolgirl was mortified at Kouga's blunt approach her jaw dropped as she took in the stunned and confused faces of Sango and her mates. Kouga stood up and glared at his henchmen expectantly but they made no move to follow such sudden and outrageous orders. Sango jumped up instead, a furious expression on her face.

"What are you talking about?" The slayer demanded as she stood in front of Ginta and Hakakku protectively. They shared dumbfounded expressions as they watched Sango jump to their defense.

"I mean, those two better get their asses over here or I'll beat the crap out of them before we even get started." Kouga snapped. "Kagome wants to see us go at it so quit bitching, sit down and enjoy the show, woman!"

Sango fumed and glared pointedly at her best friend. "Kagome!" She snapped.

Kagome threw her hands up in defense and shook her head frantically. She was too embarrassed to even speak so she just blurted out some incoherent jarble.

"I'm getting pissed!" Kouga informed his comrads, crossing his arms intimidatingly, "Quit hiding behind your mate and come here. NOW!"

Ginta and Hakakku reluctantly stood up and started towards Kouga. Sango's eyes nearly bulged out of her head as they brushed by her.

"W-wait a minute!" She called out, grabbing Hakakku's shoulder and stopping them dunkin their tracks. "I never agreed to this!" Sango shouted to Kouga, "Ginta and Hakakku are MY mates! Alpha or not, it should be up to me whether or not they fool around with you just for the sake of entertaining Kagome!" Sango's eyes darted to the blushing priestess momentarily before fixing on Kouga.

"Listen, slayer," Kouga started almost condescendingly, "It's as good a time as any for you and Kagome to learn a few things about pack. I am you're alpha just as much as I am the boys', got it? If you challenge my authority then you're challenging my position. In turn, we would have to fight to the death for dominance over this pack. I'm undefeated, little girl so I think it unwise to challenge me. I think your mates might advise you against it too."

Sango gaped with her jaw hanging open at Kouga's audacity. She was about to spew out a few choice words when Ginta's hand fell on her shoulder and gave her a comforting squeeze. She looked to them with watery eyes, nearly trembling with rage.

"It's okay, love," Ginta assured her, "We've done this before. We don't mind."

"That's right," Hakakku added, "We'reall bound by our pack. You'll learn in time what that bond entails. For now just let it be." Sango huffed and stormed over to Kagome who was watching the whole display in horror.

"This is all your fault!"' Sango accused pointing a finger down at her. "How could you do this?!"

Perplexed, Kagome frowned up at her best friend red-faced. "I'm really sorry, Sango," she muttered, "I just couldn't help but think about it when they said they had been together in that way." She admitted, "It's.. kind of a turn on."

Sango's eyes glazed over and for the briefest of moments, Kagome saw the same things she was feeling in them, desire and curiosity.

"Look, let's just watch." Kagome suggested as she pat the empty space next to her on the grass. "I know you'really just as curious as I am. Wouldn't it be interesting to see?"

Sango glanced over her shoulder to see Ginta, Hakakku and Kouga all waiting patiently for her to decide. She blushed profusely and sat down beside Kagome. "Looks like I don't have a choice in the matter." Sango grumbled, "Let's just get this over with."

Kagome smiled knowingly. Her friend was just ad into the idea as she was! She winked at Kouga and gave him a quick nod, letting him know she was ready for them to start.
