Mitori thought the capturing of the half demon should have been less difficult then it had been. Mitori sighed as she sat behind her desk to write her report. She picked up her pen tapping it a few times against her desk before throwing it down in frustration.
With another sigh Mitori put her hands over her face, she peeked out threw her fingers staring into the darkest part of her office. Mitori frowned at the darkness as it seemed to sift slightly. In fact it did Mitori was always aware of dark corners and the dwellers that lived within them.
A knock on her door made Mitori huff loudly. Her visitor didn't wait for an invitation before entering her office. An old man with thinning gray hair and thin glasses hanging at the tip of his nose. He was wearing an expensive gray suite. He walked in slowly supported himself on a very expensive looking gold cane.
“Grandfather,” Mitori greeted the old man as he closed the door behind him.
The old man walked slowly over to Mitori a very blank look on his face he did not return his granddaughter's greeting. He only took a seat in one of the black leather chairs that were inside the room and stared at his granddaughter with icy blue eyes as he leaned on this cane. Mitori looked away from his harsh stare to clean under her nails.
“You should really get more lights installed in this room Mitori, this room feels very sad.” he said after a long pause.
Mitori rolled her eyes,“I'm sure you didn't come here to discus my office.”
Hiro nodded, his Granddaughter's attitude had not bothered him before it would not now.“ Did the capture of the half demon cause any problems?”
Mitori shook her head, “Well except the girl that travels threw time by using the old well, Kagome.” Mitori paused, “ I think, but other then that it went well” she looked at some papers on her desk.
“She of course tired to stop us, I had to put her too sleep.” Mitori said.
Hiro grunted and shook his head. “ Why did you not kill her?” he asked. “She will be trouble down the road I'm sure.”
Mitori bit her lip and looked away from her grandfather to once again stare into the darkest part of her office. “ I do not think it would have been necessary, and I also think it would have been very unnecessary at the time.” she answered.
Hiro was very silent for a long moment, “I have heard talk Mitori, that you think what we are doing is wrong.” his tone was dangerous and Mitori could hear the the threat underneath it.
“Its our job Mitori!” the old man shouted after Mitori hadn't said anything. “ Demons ran rampant for so long now its time to put them in their place. Their evil Mitori don't forget that they are masters of deception”
Mitori stood, “ I understand that but really grandfather the half demon we captured toda- “ Mitori was interrupted by Hiro slamming is cane onto the floor.
Hiro narrowed his eyes at the youngest of his three grandchildren. The first two his grandsons had learned and understood, he just couldn't figure out why she could not. He decided she was too much like her mother who had mated and had a child with a demon.
“ Silence Mitori! They are evil Mitori at the end of the day no matter what.” he said. “ We are neither human nor demon, Mitori you better remember that. We were created too destroy demons not save them there time is up.”
Mitori sat back down she was very aware of what her purpose was but that still didn't make her feel any better.
“Why did we capture the half demon he doesn't belong in this time? He died over four hundred years ago. You said it yourself grandfather not to mess with destiny.” This time meeting her grandfather icy blue eyes with her dark brown ones, a very rare sign of defiance from her.
Hiro did a careless shrug, “He is our only connection into capturing the demon Sessomaru.”
“bu-” Mitori was interrupted again.
“Mitori I am over a million years old I'm sure I know what I am doing.” he said.
Mitori bit her lip again looking away from her grandfather.
“I'm leaving you in charge of... the half demon.” Hiro told her.
“What?” she asked surprised. Being left in charge of one of the demons meant torturing them a job Mitori swore she would never do besides her one case Sessomaru who was yet to be captured, and who she wasn't trying very hard to capture.
“Sessomaru is your case so its only fair that his brother be yours also.” he smiled at his granddaughter fully knowing of her reluctance as he stood up.
“You know the consequences of not fallowing my rules Mitori and I'm sure you wouldn't want your precious half sister being hurt.” he said walking to the door opening it but pausing there.
“I also expect Sessomaru to be captured soon, he has been a thorn in my side for years.” he stopped to laugh. “I'm sure you will get him soon enough.” then he left.

Mitori swore under her breath as she stood she clicked the lamp the only source of light in the room making the whole room engulf in darkness. Mitori appeared on the outside of the silver haired half demons cage a camera in hand. She started taking pictures of him as standard for all captured demons, from outside the cage before she went inside.
She took a picture of his neck were he no longer had the necklace that Mitori had read from her files the necklace made him 'sit' at the command of the girl Kagome. Now he wore a standard black collar that drained the wearers demonic powers.
Mitori next took pictures of the chain that glowed slightly pink it was attached to the collar around the boys neck, then of his claws, clothing, sliver hair, and ears.
Mitori couldn't help but giggle, his ears they reminded her much of her little sister's. She reached for one but a growl stopped her dead.
Inuyasha tired to attack the bitch he remembered had captured him but she was to quick and had already moved away. The chain stopping him inches from her, the very tip of his claws touching lightly on her black pant leg.
“What the hell?” he shouted as he pulled at the collar then at the chain only to find out touching both burned his hands.
Mitori frowned at him taking one last picture of his snarling face she turned and left, hoping not to have to revisit him anytime soon.
