Into the Deep


A loud laugh carried across the water, into the deep blue, accompanied by the sound of music and excitement. A large boat, no not a boat, a massive yacht, sat in a small cove under the clear sky. The bright stars and nearly full moon shown down on its occupants, a group of 8 friends. They had set sail a week ago, slowly making their way out to sea, on their way to a remote Caribbean island. There was no particular reason for the voyage, most thought it was to celebrate their freedom from college, but two knew better. The group had been friends for years, more than years, for a life time. Just as their parent’s had been friends before them, and most likely their parents before them. This generation was different though, they had changed. Unlike their parents, or parents parents, they weren’t just friends, or at least not for much longer.

Kagome smiled as she looked around at her group. They had all been sitting on the large padded deck for the past few hours, laughing and having a great time. She elbowed the Hanyou next to her and pointed at the couple sitting across from them, smiling as she watch Sango lean into Miroku’s embrace, placing her head on his shoulder and smiling as he kissed her cheek. Inuyasha leaned in closer, placing his mouth directly against Kagome’s ear. The 23 year old shudder slightly with excitement as Inuyasha whispered, “I told you that if we got them out here, alone, everyone would admit their feelings for one another.” Kagome smiled and nodded her head as he continued, “Miroku has never gone for so long without groping Sango, Koga and Ayame are very nearly mates, and Sota and Hitome are already gone for the night.”

Kagome looked around and saw the two wolf demons slowly walking away and then noticed that indeed her brother and his girlfriend were gone. “Yes” she thought smiling to herself “their plan was working out just fine”. She and Inuyasha had known for a while about everyone else’s feelings, and set out to play matchmaker. They had arranged to take Inuyasha’s family’s yacht, rented a large house on the beach, and told their parents that they would be gone for a month. One week to the beach, two weeks there, and then one week home, plenty of time for everyone to admit their love. Looking around again Kagome realized that it had worked, all of their friends were together, and they still had three weeks left. Everyone was with the person they were meant to be with, well except for her.

She was still alone. She knew that she love Inuyasha. She had known it for years, and if she had to guess she would guess that he loved her. They flirted, they held hands, they kissed, and had even messed around a few times in the last few years, but they had never gone all the way. Every time they got close Inuyasha ran. He would never go all the way. She was sure that it was because he was scared of messing up their friendship, but that knowledge didn’t stop it from hurting every time he ran. Each time she felt a little more of her heart break, each time he took a little more with him. She had tried to keep things friendly, but she couldn’t stop. When he looked at her she felt her heart race, when he kissed her she felt her soul fly, and when he touched her, really touched her, she felt a passion that she had never felt before, not with Hojo, not with Kan, nor anyone else. She could only imagine what it would feel like to have him in her, making love to her, whispering sweet nothings in her ear as he brought her screaming over the edge.

Kagome jerked as she felt Inuyasha wrap an arm around her, pulling her close. She blushed as he whispered in her ear, “Are you alright Kags? Your cheeks are red, you aren’t too hot are you?”

Kagome laughed softly and shook her head while whispering under her breath, “I’m not nearly as hot as I would like to be.”

“Damn Demon hearing” she thought as she saw Inuyasha’s eyes widen and a small smirk grace his lips. She turned to look away from him, trying to focus on something else, the cool breeze, the clear sky, or the sound of waves, softly hitting the boat, anything to take her mind off of Inuyasha and her desires for him. She jerked again when she felt Inuyasha squeeze her. She turned her face towards him and smiled. He smiled back and then nodded his head in the direction of the others. She turned and looked, just in time to catch Miroku and Sango making their way in to the boat, and no doubt into one of the rooms below.

She smiled as she looked back at him, “I knew that if we could get them all out here, away from everything else they would have the chance to finally admit how they felt.”

Inuyasha nodded his but just continued to stare at her. Kagome smiled, “I am glad that everyone is happy” she said quietly.

Inuyasha moved a little closer to her, “Not everyone is happy Kagome. You’re not, I’m not. Not yet anyway.” He said in a husky voice.

Kagome sadly shook her head as he continued to inch closer, “Inuyasha, we can’t…” she began to warn him. Warn him against his actions, against going down this road again, but she was never allowed to finish the warning. Inuyasha closed the distance to her and silenced her with a kiss, pressing his lips firmly, yet passionately against hers.

Kagome couldn’t help but moan as he kissed her, gently massaging her lips with his. She let out a small gasp as he ran his tongue along her bottom lip, begging for entrance, and as soon as she gasped he gently thrust his tongue into her mouth, using it to massage hers. She moaned again as she felt Inuyasha’s hands gently grab her waist. Without thinking she spread her legs as he pulled her into his lap, so that she was startling him.

She heard him growl deeply as she pressed herself in to, and felt him jerk his hips up in response. They continued kissing until the need for air forced them apart. Inuyasha abandoned her lips and began to gently nibble and suck on the flesh behind her ears, knowing that it would drive her crazy.

Kagome moaned again and couldn’t help but tilt her head slightly, while still panting for breath. It took her a few minutes but when she had finally caught her breath she realized what they were doing. Even though the feelings that he was causing in here were delicious she forced herself to place her hands on his chest and push him away.

She shook her head as Inuyasha gave her a confused look, “We can’t do this…not again” She said and tried to get up.

Inuyasha watched as she started to stand. Reaching out he grabbed her hand and when she turned to look at him he smirked, “I know that you want me Kagome. I can see it in your eyes and smell your excitement.”

Kagome jerked her hand away and stood. She took a few steps back and then looked at him. For a long time she just studied his face and his eyes, but then she turned and bowed her head. She felt him rise behind her but she didn’t turn to look at him. After a moment she said in a quiet whisper. “I do want you Inuyasha. I have wanted you for years, for as long as I have loved you, but I can’t do this again. I can’t start this, only to have you run. I can’t loose any more of my heart because you decide you don’t want to risk our friendship.” She paused for a moment and then sighed again, “I love you Inuyasha. I love you more than life itself, but from this moment it on, it is all or nothing. We are either friends, or we are more. It’s your choice.”

Kagome started to walk away when she felt him grab her arm. She felt him spin her around and found herself barely inches from him. She looked up into his beautiful golden eyes and saw the raw emotions swirling in them. The sight nearly took her breath away. She was drawn from his eyes when she heard him speak. He leaned in until his lips were lightly touching her. “I choose more” he whispered and then, “I love you Kagome” before he slammed their lips together in a passionate kiss.

Kagome felt Inuyasha sinking to his knees, pulling her with him. She wrapped her arms around his neck and pulled him closer, trying to deepen the kiss as she felt him lowering them to the deck. As they kissed she found herself beneath him, with the thin material of his swimming trunks doing nothing to hide his obvious excitement.

Kagome moaned as she felt his erection poking against her. She couldn’t stop herself from thrusting her hips up and rubbing against him. She heard him growl a little and thrust back into her. She felt his hands snake their way up to her breast, giving them a soft squeeze, before sliding behind her to remove her bathing suite top. She felt him raise her enough for him to unclasp it and pull it off over her shoulders. As he gently laid her back onto the mat he trailed kisses down her cheek, along her jaw line, and down her neck. He was gently trialing kisses down her chest, while massaging her breast with his hands. He was taking his time and going as slowly as possible. He felt her spread her legs and buck her hips up into him, begging him. He shifted himself so he was lying next to her and took one breast into his mouth.

Kagome moaned aloud and thrust her chest up into him, as she felt his hand slide down her stomach and cup her warm center. She cried aloud and thrust herself up. He was driving her crazy, tormenting her. He slowly worked his hand under her waist band and dipped a finger into her. “Oh…god…oh Inu…” but her words were cut off as he thrust another finger into her. He slowly inserted a third finger and began to move them at a faster pace. He could feel Kagome thrusting in time with his fingers and then felt her muscles contract and her juice coat his fingers. He released her breast and grabbed her bottoms by the waste band. He pulled it off of her and threw it. Without giving her any time to recover he started to kiss his way up her leg and around her thigh. He heard her give a cry as he sucked her nub into his mouth and felt her hips buck up as he dipped his tongue in side her.

The light from the stars and moon feel over his silver hair, casting a reflection over them, while it lit his bronze skin.

She heard his sharp intake of breath as she placed his head in her outside folds and then wrapped her legs around his waist holding him there. Inuyasha looked into her eyes and saw lust and love there, but still he didn’t push her. Instead he leaned down and caught her lips in a kiss and then whispered in her ear, “Are you sure, my love?”

Kagome moved her hips again so that his head dipped a little deeper this time whispering, “Don’t you feel that. Can’t you feel my love for you? Please, please just take me. I love you. I want to cum with you. I want to feel you inside of me. I want to feel you cum inside of me.”

Inuyasha looked into her eyes and knew that she was serious, knew that she meant it and he knew that he needed her just as much as she needed him. He leaned in and whispered, “I’ll be gentle” before pushing himself slowly inside of her. He saw her face twinge in pain and heard her sharp intake of breath, but he did not stop until he was completely sheathed inside of her. I was an idiot to be so afraid of ruining our friendship, when something so much better awaited us.” Kagome smiled at him as he brushed his thumb over her lips. Leaning in he whispered, “I do love you Kagome.” Then he kissed her again.

As he pulled away and they started to drift off, Kagome smiled, “And I you, Inuyasha, and I you.” She said before sleep claimed them both, at least until their friends found them still holding each other’s naked bodies.
