Summary: Kagome realizes that everything she and Inuyasha had shared was just illusions. She is determined to be more cold like Sesshoumaru; the stoic demon Lord that no emotion could ever touch. Maybe if she could be like him the pain would stop. But Sesshoumaru doesn’t think Kagome is any good at the cold shoulder. When he comes across her one day he realizes just how good she is at the cold shoulder. Should he make her melt under his touch? His beast certainly thinks so, but who will do the melting him or her? But first Sesshoumaru needs to prove that he isn’t Faking It.
