Unlikely Meeting
The tears flowed like rivers from his eyes. The young fox demon was emotionally hurt due mainly to the fact that his friends, people whom he had considered his new family, had turned against him over something so trivial, at least to his eyes.
Shippo was a homosexual, attracted to men instead of women. It had taken him a few years to come to terms with his sexual orientation and when he decided to come out, he thought that it would be another thing his friends would accept.
However, it turned out to be a disaster and the emotional wounds were still to raw for him to even consider thinking about what had happened. All he knew, or admitted, was that he had run for a long time, never stopping, trying to put as much distance between himself and those traitors.
Slowly, he managed to get control of himself just enough to silence his sobs, though he did still whimper. He curled into a ball, covering himself with his bushy tail. He hoped and wished that some stronger demon would come along and end his misery. He hoped that the here after would be more tolerant of him than this world was.
He wasn’t aware that he had company for the longest time, mainly due to the scent of his tears filling his nostrils and the stranger being barefoot. He peeked an eye out and was startled to see the white apparition standing before him, watching him with an emotionless expression. He knew who this person was, knew that he was a demon.
It was Hakudoshi, one of Naraku’s many incarnations.
Strangely enough, he felt relief knowing that that his time in this world would soon be over.
---
The demon child, now a maturing teen, stared down at the sight before him. He could read this pitiful demon’s thoughts, which he did. He was a little surprised to find relief in the demon’s mind, relief and gladness. All others usually were full of rage and anger as they tried to slay him only to find themselves at the end of his spear.
Normally, he would not have hesitated to kill this demon that obviously wanted to die but something kept him from doing so. There was something familiar about this demon and he couldn’t place it. First, he would find out who this demon was then he would kill him.
“Who are you?” he asked, his voice deeper though it still had a silent quality with it.
The fox visibly started; this was something he had not expected. Hakudoshi smiled slightly in amusement.
“Why do you want to know?” the fox asked suspiciously. “Why don’t you kill me now and get it over with?”
“Because there is something about you that is familiar to me,” he replied. “It is one mystery that I choose not to let go unanswered.”
The fox began to grumble as he shifted and stood up. He started to walk away, mumbling about finding some other demon to finish the job. Hakudoshi was not about to let him leave, however. Moving at a speed that few knew he had, he appeared in the fox’s way, standing in the fox’s path.
“What the hell do you want?!” the fox snarled.
“Your identity,” Hakudoshi answered and waited expectantly.
The fox snorted but answered this time. “Shippo.”
He didn’t know anything about the name. A fox demon by the name of Shippo had never been someone of importance to him before, nor was it of importance now except that he was at the center of the mystery that was starting to annoy him.
As he was about to introduce himself, the fox cut him off. “Don’t even bother, I know who you are already. Your name is Hakudoshi. Now that the introductions are over, are you going to kill me or not?”
He cocked a fine eyebrow, wondering how this demon knew his name. Was he able to read minds too? If so, then he would be a good adversary to test himself against. Still, if he saw his mind correctly, this demon was hell-bent on dying. There was some emotional trauma in that mind but what was it centered on? He had to know!
“Why do you want to die so bad?” he asked.
“And why are you so concerned about me? You slaughtered many a demon without remorse and yet you want to talk with an insignificant demon like me?”
“I see your mind and I am curious. What is it that makes you want to die so much? Every demon I’ve encountered all had a drive to live.”
Shippo sighed and fell to his behind, crossing his legs on the ground. “I…like guys. I told my friends about it and they turned against me. They accepted that I am a demon but not liking women…”
“Hm…” This was interesting. He certainly was an oddity in the world. Who were these friends?
Then Shippo muttered some words that he barely caught but only a couple words and a mental image that popped up in the fox’s mind gave him the information he needed. “Stupid Inuyasha…”
Now he recognized this fox. He was the weak little demon that traveled with Inuyasha, the irritable half breed, and his group of demon slayers. He recalled a small fox that he usually saw on the shoulder of the group’s priestess, a girl named Kagome. Compared to this specimen, the fox had really grown a bit. He had the body of a fourteen year old and he began to wonder what he looked liked underneath his kimono. He pushed those thoughts away and brought himself back to reality.
“I remember you now. I have to admit, I am surprised to hear of your banishment.”
“As if you care. Now you know who I am. Just kill me and get it over with.”
“No.”
“W-What?” Shippo asked, shocked.
“I said no. You can be of use to me.”
“If you’re thinking of using me to betray…them…you’re sadly mistaken.”
“Oh I have no need to use you for that. No, I need a…an ally of a sort.”
“An ally? Don’t you belong to Naraku?”
“Not for long. I have served him for too long. He doesn’t plan to share any of his power so what is the point in staying? Unfortunately, I can’t leave of my own violation. That is where you come in.”
“And how am I suppose to help you?”
“All in due time, my friend. All in due time.”
Shippo snorted once again and got up. He walked in a random direction, Hakudoshi’s eyes following his every step. “Where do you think you’re going?”
“There’s a hot spring nearby. I plan on soaking in it since my departure from this world has been delayed.”
“So you mean you’re going to work for me?”
“Do I have a choice? You’re the stronger demon. You can make me do anything you want to do and there’s probably nothing I could do about it.”
“You’re smart for one that traveled with that half-breed.”
Shippo smiled slightly before resuming his walk. Hakudoshi followed after, not letting the fox get too far away before he could form a connection with him that would allow him to keep track of the fox.
Steam rose from the hot pool of water when the body of water came into sight. He watched as Shippo stripped in front of him, oblivious to his presence. He smirked slightly and decided to wait before he let his presence be known. He admired the lithe, athletic body that emerged from the garments, gazed at the way the muscles moved beneath the skin. His heart, the one that pumped blood through his body, began to beat faster as the naked fox gracefully entered the hot water, sighing in contentment as he sunk down to his head. The green eyes opened and stopped once they spotted Hakudoshi.
“You pervert!” the fox screamed, blushing bright red in embarrassment.
“Oh?” He cocked an eyebrow. “Would you feel better if I undressed in front of you?”
“Um…well…” Shippo flushed an even brighter red.
“Forget it then. I’ll join you in a soak.”
Before the fox could object, he removed the top of his kimono, smirking when he saw the fox staring at his lean, muscular torso. When you wielded a weapon such as his, you needed to build some upper body strength. He finished with his undressing and took his time in entering the water, getting into the first hot spring that he had ever been in.
As the water began to loosen up his muscles, relaxing them, he wondered why he hadn’t tried this sooner. He kept his eyes on the fox, however, making sure that the fox didn’t go too far.
---
Shippo soaked in the hot water, his body relaxing to the effects of the water. He tried to ignore the fact that he was sharing a spring with someone long considered to be an enemy. He tried to ignore his disappointment in not having his head sliced off. He tried to ignore the fact that he felt eyes boring into him from close by. He was successful, for a time.
He began to forget who his company was and his mind began to wonder over to other things. He kept himself from thinking about his ex-friends purposely, their reactions to his coming out still fresh in his memory. Instead, he thought about the others they had met during their travels as they tried to collect shards of the Shikon jewel and fight Naraku.
He thought about the girls that he met: Satsuki, Koume, Souten, Mitsuki. While he left some of them off on a good note, others weren’t. He sometimes looked over his back in case a certain thunder demon was nearby. He also didn’t like to think about the tragedy of Mitsuki; he had hurt her after being goaded by a small family of fox demon siblings and the rest was history.
His thoughts began to wander to other memories, mainly the boys they had encountered. There was Taromaru, the boy who was suppose to be sacrificed to a fake water god. He felt himself become a little aroused by the thought of that one but he surged forward with other memories. There was this one kid who had been kidnapped by a half breed who was making fake Shikon jewels. He forgot his name and that of the half breed but the events were still clear in his mind. Next was Kohaku, Sango’s younger brother. What even wouldn’t give to see that guy in front of him right now, wearing those skin-tight clothes… There was the leader of the Band of Seven, Bankotsu; now that one gave him an erection. Though Bankotsu was an adult, he acted like a child sometimes. He was amazingly handsome and he would have loved to have had that…nevermind.
He opened his eyes while his thoughts became a little uncomfortable. Upon opening, his eyes were captured by two purple ones, eyes that were watching him in interest. He mentally cursed himself. Hakudoshi could read minds and he was certainly reading his at this moment. He wished that the ground, or mud, beneath him would open up and swallow him whole.
Hakudoshi cocked a fine eyebrow and made his way over to the embarrassed fox demon. He placed a strong hand on the fox’s shoulder and the demon’s body began to get interested again. When he had seen Hakudoshi watching him, his body had been emptied of all arousal, his appendage losing its hardness. Now that he was less than two feet away, the appendage began to harden again.
“Interesting,” the white demon murmured. Shippo blushed an even deeper red, hoping to die in embarrassment. Then the unbelievable happened.
Hakudoshi leaned down and planted his lips on his, sealing them both in an air tight kiss.
---
He didn’t hold back. His tongue entered the fox’s mouth, easily winning dominion over the fox’s. He explored the mouth relentlessly, knowing full well that neither of them needed air. They were immortal, what need did they have for such a trivial thing as air?
He broke it off slowly, amused as the fox began to take deep breathes and not to fill his lungs either. There was lust in those eyes, lust and perhaps something else that the white demon couldn’t identify.
The fox wrapped his arms around his neck, bringing them together for yet another long kiss. He put his hands on the fox’s hips while the fox wrapped his legs around his waist. He moved back in the water, back to where he had been originally been sitting. For the first time, his body filled with passion, not a passion for blood but for something else.
He lowered his hand down to Shippo’s cock and slowly began to stroke it, moving his hand up and down. Shippo gasped in his mouth and he took the opportunity to move his tongue back into that cavern. When Shippo came, Hakudoshi didn’t stop. With his other hand, he began to massage the fox’s balls and continued to jerk the demon off, trying to get every last drop of semen out of the fox’s body. He felt the demon tense against him as climax came about again.
He didn’t need to worry about where Shippo’s fluids went. The water took care of that in seconds. Soon, Shippo was flushed and exhausted at his multiple releases. He would now be pliant enough for Hakudoshi to do whatever he wanted with him.
He worked himself to an erection and lifted the fox up a bit. He positioned him just over the swollen penis and slowly lowered him down onto it. Overcome by a sudden need to keep the fox from feeling pain with his first penetration, he entered slowly and after what seemed to be hours had himself deeply embedded in the fox. He let the fox get used to his size and kept still. He watched in amusement at the dreamy look that Shippo had on his face.
When he felt that enough time had passed, he began to thrust deeper into the fox, moving up and down, back and forth. Shippo rocked back and forth lazily, most of his energy having been spent with his previous ejaculations.
Hakudoshi amazed himself with his own stamina as he continued to pound into Shippo. He touched a certain spot inside the fox, causing the demon to arch his back in pleasure. Making a mental note about that, he hit the same spot again and again.
He didn’t know how long it was but it was early morning by the time he came. He felt his fluids being pumped into the fox and he slowly fell back against the rock walls of the spring. Shippo collapsed against him, his head resting against his shoulder. He still had energy left and he figured that they should get out of the water. Still inside the fox, he wrapped his arms around the demon and carried him out and towards the piles of their clothes. With one foot, he spread his kimono out, lying the fox down on it. Using Shippo’s clothing as a blanket, he moved under the fox and covered them both up.
For a few moments, he wondered why he was doing this, why he was being so kind to this demon. He told himself that he wanted the fox’s trust so that it would be easier to manipulate him later on. However, something else told him that wasn’t it but he dismissed it. Slowly, sleep overcame him, just as it did the fox before him.
---
Shippo woke up drowsy, yet contented. He felt as if he had just been through heaven and back again. He felt a heat source right next to him and, since he was a fox, and it is widely known that foxes love to be in comfortable places, he snuggled closer to it. His mind was still in a daze about what had happened last night and thus had a little trouble recalling it.
He cracked opened his eyes to try and get an idea of where he was at the moment. The first thing he saw was a white body, pale as if it had never seen the light of day before, with a purplish tint to it. The torso that he was cuddling with was strong and muscular, something he found attractive in a man. He could guess without hesitation about what happened last night and it was a giddy thought.
Hoping to take in more of his mystery lover, he slowly moved his line of sight up to get a good look at the person’s face. His green eyes were soon captured by solid purple ones and the memories of last night quickly came back to him in a rush.
He had just had intimate relations with Hakudoshi! He had been pleasured by one of the enemy, though it had been the best night of his life, an enemy known for decapitating anyone he felt like at any time! He felt dirty and unclean but it was by a miracle that he didn’t start shaking.
“Don’t think that,” a deep yet soft voice spoke.
Immediately, he refocused his vision and once again saw Hakudoshi looking at him, watching him. He gulped, fear racing through his body.
“I apologize for last night,” he began shakily but was cut off.
“For what? It was mutual. Besides, it was I who entered you. What have you to be sorry for?”
“It’s just…” he couldn’t find any words to express himself with though his mind was jumbled with mixed emotions. On one hand he felt like a whore, on the other he felt love. There were also other emotions that battled for dominion against the others but all it did was make him feel more stupid in front of such a powerful demon.
A hand stroking his naked body cleared his mind instantly and he began to look at Hakudoshi with adoration in his eyes. The soft yet handsome features that the demon displayed were cutting through his confusion, making things more sensible.
“There. Isn’t that better?” Hakudoshi spoke, still stroking the fox.
“Mmmmm…” Shippo practically purred. He was loving every moment of this, loving all the pleasurable feelings he had. He wanted to remain this way forever, always in the embrace of this demon, never wanting him to leave him alone.
Hakudoshi read everything from the fox’s mind. He had to say, there was something inside him that wanted to remain with the fox but his cold, practical side remained stubborn, saying that this demon was nothing more than a tool. Yet, he felt as if that was not the case. It was as if the fox meant something to him and it was something he was not willing to let his master, Naraku, have.
This fox was his and his alone.
