My Heart is the Worst Kind of Weapon You Could use Agianst Me

Chapter one: Summer's Heat

"Inuyasha!"

A furry cat-like ear twicthed as its silver haired owner groaned at the voice. Inuyasha looked down from the tree he was in to see a tall girl with long silky jet black hair, and a skimpy school uniform. Kagome was standing under the old cherryblossom tree, watching the hanyou with warm hazle eyes.

"What wench?"

"Come down, I want to talk!" Kagome replied with a strange smile Inuyasha couldn't place.

Inuyasha mubbled incortnent words as he jumped down from his branch. Golden eyes meet earthy brown as Kagome walked closer. Her smiled widened at the sight of the hanyou.

"You know what Shippo told me today?"

"Like I really care," he muttered.

"He told me, that mating season begins today," Kagome said in a sickly sweet voice that scared Inuyasha greatly.

It was mating season already? With looking for the jewel shards, and fighting Naraku, he competly forgot. He didn't feel the effects yet, but it wouldn't take long before he had to leave the group.

'Is that why she's here?' He thought as she came closer.

She was now close enough that her chest was pushed up against his. He felt hiself blush as she kissed him, lightly at first, but pressed them a little harder. Inuyasha grabbed both her writs and pushed her away.

"Kagome...What are you-,"

"Don't play dumb, Inuyasha, I know you want this," she said in a voice she hoped that sound sexy. "And now that it's mating season we can be together, forever. We don't need to worry about Kikyo anymore. Or Sesshomaru. You need this-we need this. We can finally start a life together."

"What are you talking about, Kagome? This dosen't sound like you."

"But it is me. I love you Inuyasha. I want to be with you. Forever."

Inuyasha was stunned by Kagomes declaration of love. He didn't move for awhile, so Kagome freed her writs and started taking off the top of Inuyasha's kimono. But she was stopped by a growl from Inuyasha. She turned her lust filled gaze up to his and regeted it. What she saw was enraged red; not understanding gold that she hoped for.

"Inu...yasha? Whats wrong?"

"If you do love me, than take theses stupid beads off!"

Kagome's eyes hardened.

"No silly, I need them to keep you in check." She stated matter-of-factly as she fiddled with a strain of red sting.

Inuyasha pushed her away from his body, letting her fall to the ground.

"Hey! What was that for?!"

"You don't love me."

"What are you talking about? Of course I do-,"

"Don't give me that crap! If you did you'd take this beads off!" Inuyasha yelled, he turned to walk away.

Kagome looked hurt for a few seconds, before her expersion changed, to pure rage.

"Inuyasha, SIT!"

Inuyasha fell face first into the ground. Kagome got up and brushed dirt off her skirt. She looked at the body and humped; puting her hands on her hips.

"You selfish son of a bitch! I tell you that I love you, and all you can do is whine about the beads?! Well, you know what? You lost your chance with me, Inuyasha. Maybe when Kouga comes to pay us a vist, I might just go with him. You missed out on something real good, too."

With that Kagome walked away, leaving Inuyasha to pick hiself up from the ground. He watched her retreating back, as he took clumps of dirt out of his hair. He got out of the smoking crater and jumped back into the tree.

'Like I really wanted you anyway wench. I just hope Kouga wouldn't make the decsion to mate with you. He dosen't deserve someone like you.'

Inuyasha wondered why he would are about his rival. But shrugged it off and streached out on the fat branch and basked in the afternoon sun. He was about on the verge of fallen asleep when the wind sudden changed and a familair sent filled his nostroles. He opened his eyes and smelled the air to be sure. It was defently Kouga. No one smelled like earths soil and water. Inuyasha got up and streached. He jumped out the tree for the second time that day and waited for the wolf to show.

"I wonder what the baka wolf wants," he said out loud as a minitaure tornado came into sight.

The tornado appeared infornt of him and out came Kouga from the center of it. Kouga's ocean blue eyes looked around, till his gaze landed on the hanyou.

"Oi Mutt! Wheres my women?"

Inuyasha narrowed his eyes at the wolf. He answered in a calm manner.

"Not here, can't you see that, baka?"

"She was here a while ago. Her scent is all over this place." Kouga sniffed the air for emphasis. He suddenly stopped in mid-sniff, and looked at Inuyasha, with a curious gaze.

"Are you in heat?" He asked.

The haynou looked at him like he was stupid.

"Well duh, it is mating season after all." Inuyasha rolled his eyes.

Kouga ignored the comment, for now. Inuyasha's sent was starting to affect him. He came here to mate with Kagome, but after smell Inuyasha's sent...he was consedering taking him as his, instead.

'Oh Kami, he smells so delicious,' he thought as he felt the fimilar tingling in his groin.'But Gods, why does he have to wear such baggy cloathing?'

"Well, if you are, then how come you haven't matted with Kagome, already?" He shot back, hoping the half breed, didn't smell his arousal.

"'Cause, I don't want her," Inuyasha shrugged."You can have her if you want, I won't stop ya."

Now that caught Kouga's attention. The mutt was actually going to let him have Kagome? Why? But more importenly, why would HE want to mate with HER, when Inuyasha was here, and just ripe for taking? He came to his decision, and he chose Inuyasha.

Said hanyou was about to turn away when he was stopped by Kouga's hand on his arm and was pulled agianst Kouga's chest. Inuyasha looked at the wolf, with a bored stare.

"What now baka? I told you, you can have her. What more do you want?"

To his surpise, Kouga leaned his face closer to his and nuzzled his cheek. Kouga blew into the half-demons ear, causing it to twitch and folded into its owners hair.

"Why would I want her when, when there's a available, even better choice for a mate right here?" He asked softly.

Inuyasha looked at the wolf like he grown an extra head. The baka wolf went from stupid to insane in two seconds flat. How can he think that Inuyasha would react? Blushed like a virgin madien, and tell him he would love to be his mate, and be the mother of his pups?

'Fat chance! No way will I mate with this crazy, shit faced wolf!'

'Why not? He's very strong. He could take care of us.' A voice inside his head said.

'What the-! You have no say in this!'

'I don't see, why I mean I am you. Your youkie actually.'

'Whatever,' Inuyasha snorted at his youkie. He turned his attention to the wolf, not five inches away from him.

"Kouga, I'm very flattered. Really. But, I don't want to be-"

But Inuyasha was cut off by a another fimilar sent in the wind. He looked behind Kouga's head, to see his half-brother Sesshoumaru, his own golden eyes in their usual cold, yet bored stare. Not too long ago his arm re-grew, so he no longer had a stumb for an arm anymore.

"Little brother,"

"S-sesshoumaru, what are you doing here? Are you after tetsusagia agian?" Inuyasha stepped away from Kouga, so he could face his brother fully.

"Actually dear brother, I'm not here for tetsusagia. I have come for something greater, than tetsusagia."

"The black pearl, then?"

"No," Sesshoumaru was in front of Inuyasha in a blink of an eye, startling the half-breed. He placed his newly grown hand to caress his brothers check, with one claw down to his neck. He moved his face closer, so he felt his brother's rapidly fast breath on his lips. "I am here for you, dear brother."

"What?" He felt himself blushed. 'Oh gods, not him too?'

"What?!" Kouga yelled in rage.

Both brothers ignored Kouga for now, the wolf wasn't really impotant right then.Inuyasha stared at his older brother with a 'deer caught in the headlights' look. He blinked rapidly as he let the information really sink in.

'Oh, this is going to be intresting,' his youkie purred. 'Wouldn't you say?'

'Okay, your not helping. Not one bit.' Inuyasha heared Kouga growl and gulped. 'Oh, shit. This will not end well.'

Inuyasha looked up at his brother, who now held his hand in his newly grown one, like a groom would do seconds before placeing the ring on his bride, what he saw scared him. Sesshoumaru's face softened and his usual cold gaze, held warmth and love. Inuyasha felt his cheeks grow warmer at that, he just couldn't believe that this was happening. How can two powerful demons, who were his rivals, clam him as theirs? Also, they didn't want the other to have him. He had to chose. And by the increasing growling of the wolf behind him, he had to do it soon. Very soon.

"Sesshoumaru. You cant...you can't be serious."

"I am serious dear brother, I want you as my mate. The only one I want to love and be with, forever."

"Wait one god damn minute Sesshoumaru," Kouga said, tearing Inuyasha away from his brother and put him at his side. He glared at the second inu, who's expression changed from warmth to deadly."I saw him first. Inuyasha's my mate."

Sesshoumaru gave the wolf prince a disgusted look. "I don't think so wolf. Inuyasha wants to be with me, right brother?"

Inuyasha looked from Kouga to Sesshoumaru when his brother asked that question.

"Uhmm...,"

"Actually, flea bag, Inuyasha wants me. Can't you tell?"

"Well-,"

"I'm sorry to ruin your little fantasy mongual, but Inuyasha would rather ride my cock than yours."

'No he didn't go there.' Inuyasha blushed heavily as the two demons continued to argue.'Thats it, I'm outta here.'

Inuyasha stealthly jumped back into the tree, and started hoping from tree to tree back to the village. Both Sesshoumaru and Kouga didn't see him leave, as they continued to argue about said hanyou.

"I don't care what you think Lord Mutt, Inuyasha wants to be my mate. Right Yasha? Yasha?"

But he didn't get an answer. Kouga looked at his side to see that he wasn't there. He looked arounded in a panic.

"Where did he go?"

Sesshoumaru glared at the wolf demon, his features sckething his anger on his usual bored mask.

"See what you've done wolf, you drove him away."

"Me? Please," Kouga glared right back. "He was problely running away from you."

The taiyoukie gave the wolf one last distgusted, hate filled glance before saying.

"I adivce you not to go near Inuyasha. If I see you even five yards away where near him, you will die."

Sesshoumaru turned away and walked into the forset. Kouga looked at the retreatig figure, with a snarl sckethed on his lips.

"Like hell I will. I won't let you take him from me, Sesshoumaru."
