Bleed.
Episode One: Sex and Coffee. - Part One.
Author's Note: I decided to scrap my original idea for this story, and turn it into an Inuyasha/Rin story, it'll probably end up as a two-shot, or a compilation of one-shots.

Inuyasha sat at his usual booth in the corner of this run down cafe, a decrepit looking building that was barely lit by a few hanging lights placed strategically around the room, to give it the dim look that he was oh-so accustomed to. He sipped his coffee, not needing the caffeine that it provided, but not wanting to look suspicious he had ordered a black coffee every night for the last several months. A voice came over the speakers, notifying him that the poetry readings would begin soon.
This wasn't the reason he came here of course, the poems were aweful, the people were so depressed that they made the perfect targets for his nightly feast, he would find his target once again tonight and have his fun. He smirked as the first so called poets approached the microphone, reading some horrible emo poems that contain the words 'death', 'angel', and 'dark' much more than they needed to. A girl much younger than usual depressed middle aged men that normally whined about how much they hated their lives, stood on the makeshift stage, reading her poem of a demon who walked among angels for a short period of time, losing his soul in the process. His red eyes, hidden by darkened lenses met her own eyes, a deep blue color and she froze in mid speech, getting a chill she stood with her lips parted and her heart racing.
"Wh-why did it just get so cold?" She thought to herself, clearing her throat and with a shaky breath continuing to read her poem to the crowd. After she finished her reading, she headed back to her seat with a small smile as the crowd clapped quietly at her poem. She sat down in the booth only five seats away from Inuyasha, sipping her cappucino and listening to the poems, she didn't hear his footsteps as he made his way toward her, and sat directly across the table from her.
"Hello," He started, earning her attention. "My name is Inuyasha, I was wondering where you got the inspiration for your poem." He was lying of course, what he wanted was to distract her for a momemt. She was startled at first by his voice, and she turned her head away from the poetry reading to see whom is was that was talking to her. Her eyes met the sunglasses of the man she saw in the corner while she was reading her poem. She got another chill, but she smiled at him, not being in her nature to be rude to a stranger she answered. "It was an inspiration from when I was growing up," she tells him "Remember when you were young, you thought that nothing in the world would hurt you, but then you grow up and find out how horrible life really is?"She waited for a response before continuing. He nodded a bit, signaling for her to go on. "I find that at times, I 'lose my soul'. I'm at times not as happy as I used to be I believe that a complete soul is when you're entirely happy and nothing can get you down, But you see that some things aren't as easy to let go as others."
He just smirked as she explained her inspiration to him, allowing his glasses to slide down his nose slightly as she finished. She silently gasped as she saw his blood red eyes, wondering if he was wearing contact lenses but didn't want to ask because she thought it would be rude. He noticed her staring into his eyes and his smirk grew larger, and he decided to break the silence with "So, I didn't catch your name..." She jumped at the sound of his voice and blushed, noticing that she had been staring. "Rin." She answered, then added on her own question. "Do you read poetry here, or are you just here for the coffee?" He gave her a smile before answering. "Actually, I come here for the company of the beautiful young poets like yourself," She blushed at the word beautiful. "I'm an artist of sorts you see, painting to be exact." She formed her mouth into a small 'o' when he finished.
"Actually, the reason why I approached you was, I couldn't help but notice the way your eyes shone with life, and I would love to capture that on a canvas." He smirked as she blushed even darker and bowed her head down, pulling at an imaginary thread on her dark blue shirt. "Well, what is your answer... Rin... Will you allow me the pleasure of painting you?" He stressed the word 'pleasure'. "Umm... It won't be anything perverted will it?" He shook his head. "Could I see some of your other paintings before deciding?" He nodded. "Of course, but you would have to come back to my home to see them, I don't exactly carry them around with me." She nodded and stood up, grabbing her purse from the booth then turned to him with a smile. "Shall we?"

Some of the text was messed up, like italics and BOLD stuff because of the upload type I used. (Text area) But I think it should be pretty easy to understand which are thoughts and which is just normal talking.
Updates will probably come slow, but review and check in often. ^^
