Summary: A free spirited girl wanders around her country trying to escape her past and trying to find a future for herself.

on her travels she meet's an unusual group of people who want to join her on her travels thing is she doesn't have much choice in the matter.

Early in the evening as the sun was setting a girl who looked around the age 19 was standing in the centre of a bunch of men, all trying to catch the girl that had evaded them all day.

"Okay, one, two, three,.. four, five, six, seven, eight, nine,... ten" she counted off.

"so there's ten of you and one of me? And that's fair?!"said the girl pointing to herself

"No one said anything about fair missey!"

"fair enough" she said.

"No it's not!"

She looked at him bored.

"Okay whatever you say, i've gotta go now" Turning on her heel she attempted to walk away only to find a sword at her throte.

"I don't think so missey"

'Damn' Looking around herself she couldn't see any openings they had her completly surrounded.

'Uhhhhh...'

' Think you moron you don't want to die do ya?!'

'Oh be quiet would you i'm trying to think here!'

' Trying but not succeding'

' That's because your interupting me!'

'bossy...'

Spining in a circle she surveyed the area around her looking for anything she could use as a distraction enough to let her get away.

'something...aaaanything aww crap wait..duuh.. I know!' she slapped her forehead for not thinking of it earlier

Smirking to herself she walked over to the head guard. Holding her hands out infront of her.

The head guard held his sword infront of him wary of her, after chasing her for near a whole day he'd seen what she could do.

'tricky witch' he thought.

"what? i'm not doing anything" She still had her hands out waiting for him to tie them.

Getting rope from his side he pulled her forward slightly and tied it tightly around her wrist.

Still silent as he pulled her along and out of the crowd of people surrounding them. When she thought they were far enough away from the village people her wrists started to glow a faint green colour.

The glowing kept getting brighter until finnaly the ropes around her wrists burnt off.

"Finnaly.."she said rubbing her wrists.

"farewell mon capitan" She saluted. The captain of the guards truned at the words she spoke, looking down at the rope he'd been dragging on the floor and the back up to the girl.

"And now for my great escape!" closing her eye's slightly she focused her energy on the floor.

When she started glowing a light purple the guards backed away, looking up at them she smirked.

"later!" saluting again and winking at the captain like a bolt of lightning she was gone shooting off into the sky far away from the guards and her home.

"I'll get you kagome, I promise you that" A dark haired man said to himself.

Kagome sighed as she landed next to a tree 'dontcha just love illusions' instead of being about a hundred miles away from where they thought she headed, she was about a hundred metres away in the forest right next to the village that she once called her home.

"They want to treat me like a stupid animal because of what I can do then they can think again!"

picking up a rock she threw it as hard as she could at the wall of the main hut, her hand glowing blue for a moment as she threw it.

It landed straight through the stone wall smashing a giant hole though it.

"...oops" turning on her heel she hightailed it out of there.

"run away, run away, run away, I am not getting caught again by thoses loosers"

turning her head slightly just to check no one was chasing her, she was too late to stop when she turned her head again to notice a red and silver blur running straight infront of her.

'Aww crap!'

digging her heels into the ground she tried to slow herself down but she was to late. Before she knew it she was rolling with said blur down a hill.

after rolling for what seemed like an eternity they finnaly stopped, both parties breathing heavily from the shock.

Kagome had her eye's closed and she could feel something on top of her, opening her eye's she saw a man..no demon ontop of her and the only thing she saw was gold. But that was the only thing she saw before she passed out tired from her day's events and using so much energy
