Love Is In The Air chapter 5

"Welcome back!" cried shippo as he jumps on Kagome giving her a big hug. "I was starting to think you were never comming back!"

Kagome smiled and returned shippos affections "It is good to be back" She looks around for Sango and Miroku. "Shippo where is everyone?"

Shippo pops his head out of Kagome's bag and shaked his head. "I don't know they said something about having something important to do before you got back...I guess they went to do it"

"To...do it?" Kagome looks at InuYasha and blushes "Do you... think"

InuYasha shakes his head and shrugs his sholders" What do I care where they went to as long as they are not killing a demon without me who cares what they are doing"

Kagome walks up to InuYasha and wispers in his ear "What if they are doing what we have done?"

InuYasha blushes deeply then clears his throught. "I don't think Sango would ever let that pervert get that close" He folds his arms and starts walking towards the village. Kagome picks up her backpack knocking shippo inside.

"Hay I'm in heerree......"

Not long after InuYasha, Kagome and Shippo get settled in Kaede walks in and glances over Kagome and InuYasha sitting next to eachother. She could not help but notice the change between them. Never before had she seen them sharing a cup of ninja noodles. There was no mistake about it something had happined when they went back.

"Hello Kaede!' Kagome smiled warmly as she entered the room where they were sitting. InuYasha noded to Kaede in his normal way.

"Kaede have you seen Sango or Miroku?"

"No child I have not... maby ye should check by the river"

Kagome nods "InuYasha want to go for a walk with me?"

InuYasha looks up finnishes his ninja food then stands "If we have to... I am shore they will come back on there own"

Kagome stands there with her arms crossed and that stern look upon her face.

"oh kagome what now?"

As soon as InuYasha said these words she reaches up grabs ahold of one of his ears and drags him out side "Why can't you just go for a walk with me...why do you have to make a big deal out of this.."

As they walk down the river heading towards the next Village they spot Sango and Miroku sitting next to the river. Miroku with his arm around Sango. Sango leaning agenst Miroku looking out over the river.

Kagome wispers to InuYasha "maby we sould leave them alone?"

InuYasha looks at Kagome and smiles "Whay would we do that... I mean you wanted to come and find them...well we found them so stop you're complaining and get over there!"

"OH...InuYasha........SIT BOY!"

At hearing Kagomes all to fimular comand Sango and Miroku look up in time to see Inuyasha get his face planted in the ground once again.Kagome looks up notices that they have been spoted and waves.

"Hello!"

Miroku and Sango walk over to meet up with kagome and InuYasha. As InuYasha stands he gives a sharp look to kagome.

"What did you do that for?"

"you know why I did that"

"No I don't!"

Miroku couchs and bumps Kigome as we walks past her causing her to fall into InuYasha's arms. Kagome looks up at InuYasha holding her and all her anger fades away. Just as InUyasha and Kagome are about to kiss a small but fimular voice can be herd comming towards them.

"Hay guys!....Guys...there you are!" Shippo comes running up on kirara's back."Did I miss anything?"

InuYasha knuckles Shippo on the head " you only have the worst timing!"

Shippo lets out a cry of paina nd frustration"Why are you always picking on me?"

As everyone laughed and headed back to Kaede's house they knew there was something difrent between the four of them.
