Another Day

Kagome woke up to her clock going off. She sighed and hit it off her desk. "Get up, Kagome!" Her mother yelled.

She slugishly got out of bed. She walked out of her room to go into the bathroom. ::Bam:: She walked into the wall. "Ouch!" she said loudly. She took a quick shower and walked back into her room wearing a towl.

InuYasha jumped onto her window sill. Ah! Kagome yelled. InuYasha fell into her room. "Sit!" Kagome yelled. "Shit!" InuYasha yelled in pain. "Next time say something before you come in!"Kagome said angerly. "Shut up, wench" InuYasha said as a little color came to his cheeks.

"We should be going now." InuYasha said as he grabbed Kagome. "I can't go right now" Kagome protested trying to pull her hand away from his strong but gental grip. "Come on! We have to go!" InuYasha said angerly. "Fine" Kagome said, "I got presents for you guys."

InuYasha's eyes sparkled a little bit as he asked "Ramen?" With a michevious look on her face she replied with a "maybe." InuYasha went for her backpack. She pulled it back before he got his claws on it. "It isn't in there" Kagome said teasingly. InuYasha gave her an angry yet gental stare as he looked at her backpack.

He started to pout a little bit. "Don't pout" Kagome said with a sigh. InuYasha replied with a soft snarl. Kagome left the room and walked downstairs and into the kitchen. She began grabing the stuff to bring with her through the well. Ramen Noodles for InuYasha, pocky for Shippou, bath sprays for Sango, and a few power bars for Miroku. InuYasha walked in without Kagome's notice. Kagome turned around and jumped as she saw the entertained hanyou snicker. She said with an angry tone "let's go."

They walked to the well and jumped in as Kagome grabed InuYasha's hand a little red coloring raised to his cheeks. InuYasha jumped out of the well and Kagome climbed out after him. InuYasha looked at Kagome for a minute.

Shippou came running and jumped into Kagome's arms. "What did you bring me?" Shippou asked with a bright smile. Kagome giggled and said, "Oops I forgot it" jokingly. Shippou sighed before Kagome dug into her backpack.

She pulled out a couple boxes of pocky and handed them to Shippou. The kitsune ran away with the pocky. Kagome handed a bag to Sango. As she looked into the bag a bright smile came to her face.

Kagome gave some power bars to Miroku. The monk bowed in generocity and said thanks. InuYasha glared at Kagome. She didn't notice his expression at first. A minute later she looked at him and asked "What?" InuYasha said "Where's my ramen?" Kagome sighed and started to rumage through her backpack again. "Here" she said as she handed him some Ramen.

Kagome started to walk away as she sighed again. InuYasha watched her. Miroku walked up beside InuYasha and said, "what did you say now?" "Shut up, lecher!" InuYasha snarled. InuYasha followed Kagome. "What's wrong?" InuYasha asked after grabbing her wrist. "Nothing, I'm just going home." Kagome said trying to loosen InuYasha's grip. "I'll go with you" InuYasha said. InuYasha through Kagome onto his back and ran toward the well. When they got to the well, InuYasha just jumped in.

InuYasha snarled. Kagome grabbed his ear while she said, "If we're going to go to the store then you have to put on a hat and wear shoes!" "Hey wench, no touching" InuYasha teased. InuYasha pulled on the shoes Kagome took out earlier and put on a hat as he snarled.

InuYasha went down stairs looking for the miko, since she had left after she gave the shoes to him. He went into the kitchen to find Kagome talking to her mom. "Oh, hey InuYasha." Kagome's mom said with a bright smile. "So your going to the store I hear?" She said. "Feh" InuYasha bellowed. "Here's some money Kagome" her mom said while searching through her purse. She handed Kagome some cash. Kagome huged her mom goodbye before InuYasha caught her off guard by grabing her arm and walking outside. "InuYasha there's no hurry" Kagome yelled.

They got to the super market and were walking through the isles with a cart. Kagome laughed. Kagome picked up some health bars and put them in the cart for Miroku. She put a couple coloring books in the cart for Shippou. InuYasha through in a 24 pack of crayons when he thought Kagome wasn't looking. A bright smile formed on Kagome's face.

InuYasha and Kagome walk up to the counter. InuYasha tells Kagome to wait as he walks away. He comes back with an arm full of Ramen and a box of chicken nuggets. "InuYasha we can't buy all this!" Kagome says. "Then put back a color book!" InuYasha sneered. "InuYasha put some Ramen back" Kagome said annoyed. "Fine" InuYasha said. He went and put it back and was waiting in line with Kagome.

They walked over to the door and were standing there for a few minutes. InuYasha and Kagome were arguing when all the sudden something hit InuYasha in the back of the legs. He put his hand on the scabberd pf Tetsusiage and pulled it out at the little kid on the tricycle. The little kid dropped the ice cream cone that was in his hand. "InuYasha, sit!" Kagome yelled. "Damn it, Kagome!" InuYasha yelled as he hit the floor hard. "Whoa" the little kid said. When InuYasha got his strength back he charged through the door. Kagome ran outside after him with bags in her hands.

Kagome ran up beside InuYasha and grabbed his arm. "What's wrong?" Kagome demanded an answer from him. He looked at her for a few seconds then he took the bags from her and said, "I'll carry these, your slowing us down" as a smile slowly crepted across his face. InuYasha started walking then stopped and looked back at Kagome. He walked over to her and grabbed her hand and said, "Come on, we have to hurry."

Kagome blushed from the warmth of InuYasha's hand in her's. InuYasha noticed it and blushed a little but neither said anything about it. InuYasha thought to himself, "why was she blushing?" as he had his head lowered toward the sidewalk as him and Kagome walked side by side in silence.
