Sesshoumaru looked at the one below him. How had they come to this place? What strange forces drew them together. It wasn’t really lust, definitely not love. So what was the strange force that made him act? He glared at the small back. Why the hell had he acted like some bitch in heat? He was Sesshoumaru! Taiyoukai of the Western Lands! He did not act like a bitch in heat! And, yet, before him lay the proof that he did, broken, bleeding, but, oddly enough, not a single sob or tear escaped the shattered soul. Disgusted with himself beyond words, the silver inu youkai straightened his clothing and tossed a heavy sack of gold onto the ground, hoping the money would assuage his guilty memory, and left, trying not to look back.

Hiei stood silently in a large tree. He was young, barely reaching his full growth, and it was his first time in the Ningenkai. He had just learned, though he wasn’t sure he trusted the source, that he had a sister. He wanted to know the truth of the matter, did he? What was she like? Was she like the other barely remembered koorime? Would she reject him as a matter of course because of what he was? It wasn’t like he chose his existence. He had no control over his mother’s actions. But, he was punished for them, all the same. Thrown from what should have been his home, forced to survive, somehow, in the wilds of the Makai, learning to do whatever it took to survive. He, at his young age, was a thief, and a murderer, and a whore. Even if his sister wasn’t like the ones that threw him away, how could she accept him? He knew of a way to find out, but he needed money. Wanting a challenge, he’d made his way past the barrier and into the Ningenkai.

He wasn’t sure what he expected, but this place was different. The trees stood, tall and silent, not trying to capture him for their sustenance. There were very few demons roaming around, and most of those of such a low class that they hardly mattered at all. But, there was something…different in the air now. A strength, a cool power, that none he’d encountered so far had. This would be a good target, he thought. Someone with that power had to have money. The two were linked in his mind, inseparable. With a speed that exceeded most creatures of this realm, he followed the aura to its source.

In a clearing by a clear spring, he spied his target. A tall, silver haired demon dressed in white silk with his family mon on the sleeves. Yes, he was rich. This fact screamed from every line of his clothing, his carriage, the expression on his haughty face, the markings on that face…he was a taiyoukiai, the marks clearly declared to all who could read them. Hiei smiled darkly. This one would have money, that was sure. He continued his observations. At his waist, bound by the yellow and blue patterned obi, were two swords. His right sleeve hung empty, though. This confused the koorime half breed. Why would he have two swords and one arm? What happened to his other arm? Hiei returned his attention to the swords, trying to figure out if there was something about them.

One of the two was sheathed. It gave off a menacing aura…demonic in origin. This puzzled the dark haired half breed. The other, unsheathed, gave off a strange aura, as well, but it blended with the taiyoukai’s aura. It must be a family heirloom, passed down for so long that it absorbed the spirit of its owners. While this was rare, almost unheard of, it could happen.

Hiei tensed, noticing a change in the behavior of the one he was watching. The silver one had sensed he was being watched. Hiei wasn’t overly concerned, confident in his ability to out run anything, if he needed to. To be on the safe side, he slowly slid behind the trunk of the tree he stood in, his eyes never leaving the tall silver one.

The inu youkai’s eyes narrowed as he scanned the trees around him. He was no longer alone, he knew that. But, the aura of the one watching him was…not of the Ningenkai. That wasn’t entirely accurate. The aura was one that should not exist. It was a blend of fire and ice…how had the two come together, he wondered in part of his mind while he continued to scan, his hand going to the hilt of the sheathed sword. There…in the tree…a dark clothed…child?

Hiei knew he’d been seen, so he gave up all attempts at stealth and boldly entered the clearing, leaving the trees behind. His red eyes were hardened, his body obviously strong, but that did not change the impression he gave the inu youkai of extreme youth…never mind it was the truth. The two glared at each other, a battle of wills continuing until the taller of the two finally asked, “What do you want, child?”

Hiei’s eyes narrowed further, strangely adding to the impression of youth and vulnerability, “What do you care, inu?”

The silver one bristled at this, “If you must address me, you shall address me as ‘Sesshoumaru-sama,’ insolent whelp!”

“Fine, then you will call me ‘Hiei-dono.’”

“You….learn your place, child!” Sesshoumaru drew the sword his hand had been resting on and the demonic aura almost overwhelmed Hiei. That sword was bloodthirsty!

Hiei grinned a bit manically and drew his own katana, one deliberately forged for him to be as much like a ningen weapon as possible to make in the Makai. He wanted to rely on his skill, not some youki in his weapon, to win his battles. He was proud of his skills…they had kept him alive and untouched when he didn’t wish to be touched. With barely a thought, he sidestepped the attack and made a swipe at the inu’s body. An eyebrow flicked over his red eyes when the silver youkai easily evaded the stroke. Their momentum carried them to stand on the spots the other had just vacated, both turning to face their opposite.

Sesshoumaru allowed a small, sharp smile to touch his lips, “At least you have some subtlety, unlike my idiot brother.”

“What do I care of your family?” Hiei shot back.

“But, you have his arrogance.”

“And your point would be…?”

“If it weren’t for your insolence, you may be of use to me.”

“And if it weren’t for your delusions of grandeur, this fight might be worth my time. As it is, the entertainment value won’t even make up for the time I’ve wasted on you!”

Again, the two darted at each other, both attacking, not bothering to attempt any form of defense. The swords met with a loud clanging that startled the birds from their perches. A battle of strength ensued in the middle of the clearing, neither willing to give in to the other at all. Eventually, Sesshoumaru’s height gave him an advantage. He pressed the dark haired halfling back, gaining enough of an advantage to slide his foot behind the other’s leg and pushed him to the ground, pinning him there with the weight of his body.

…That smell…what was it…did it come from…It was working its way into the taiyoukai’s brain, robbing him of the will to fight and replacing it with…something else, unfamiliar. The one below him did not seem to notice this, fighting to free himself.

“Get you fat ass off me, bastard!”

Sesshoumaru found his hand around the neck of the smaller demon before he knew he’d even released his sword, “You shall address me as ‘Sesshoumaru-sama’ if you wish to be free, whelp!”

Hiei continued to struggle, missing the flash of red in the yellow eyes above him. Had he seen it, he would have known what it was and what he was in for. He missed it, however, and was taken by surprise by the taiyoukai’s next move.

Replacing his hand with his teeth, Sesshoumaru moved to remove the clothing that obscured the frame below him. Hiei had not yet taken to wearing belts at all, being young and inexperienced with the effect of his koorime heritage on most demons. The koorime were the forbidden fruit of the Makai, and as such, were extremely desirable. They lived on their floating cloud to avoid the unwanted, and often violent, attention they received when with the general population of the Makai. While Hiei had whored himself out, and had fought, he had never experienced the full effect of his heritage on other demons. He was beginning to feel something that in a lesser spirit may have been called fear. He pushed against the head of the one holding him down, trying to force the teeth away from his throat without them taking his throat with them. He tried to shove his fingers in that mouth and pry the teeth away from his neck, to no avail. The feel of hands against his bare skin told him that he was now completely without clothing. “Shit, you’d better pay me, asshole!” he growled out, unsure if the one above him could actually understand.

Sesshoumaru distantly heard the koorime’s demand. He replaced his hand on the whelp’s neck and growled out, “You will call me ‘Sesshoumaru-sama’ or you will never be freed!”

Hiei could now see the red in the eyes of the inu youkai. Had his throat not been so compressed, he may have managed to swallow in fear, for he was certainly afraid now. But, as things were, he was barely able to breathe. He could feel the edges of his mind becoming fuzzy. If the one above him did not let go soon, Hiei’s grasp on consciousness would soon be lost.

Almost at the last second, he felt a rush of air enter his body, staving off the final plunge into darkness. The world refocused in a dizzying spiral of colors and impressions. Gasping, Hiei tried to swallow enough air to give him the strength to get out from under the taller demon. He tried to bring up his feet to push against the silver haired one, but found his legs effectively pinned to the ground. “Get the fuck off me, bastard!”

Sesshoumaru’s mind was too far gone, lost in that scent that drove him to take what he wanted from the body writhing beneath him. He could feel his arousal growing, pressing against the fabric of his hakama. Again, wrapping his mouth around the koorime’s throat, he moved his clothing out of the way, cursing his brother once again for denying him two arms. Part of his mind plotted revenge against the insolent hanyou while the majority of his mind focused on getting what he wanted from the insolent youkai beneath him. He would teach the child to respect him. This Hiei would learn his place! Sesshoumaru growled against the trapped flesh of the dark haired demon’s throat, warning him not to move or the teeth would meet through his flesh.

When the one pinned to the ground stilled, the taiyoukai used his hand to pull up one knee, pinning it to the halfling’s chest, exposing his entrance to the silver youkai’s questing member. Violently, Sesshoumaru thrust his hips forward, not giving Hiei a chance to prepare his body. Faintly, behind the smell of the koorime, he could smell blood, but he was overwhelmed by the intoxication of the forbidden. He could feel the body beneath him tense and shake in pain, but not a single sound escaped the throat in his mouth as he viciously drew out and plunged in again and again. He drove his body faster, pushing even the limits of his own speed, but his body could not find its release. It hung just out of reach, deeper with in the body below him.

Hiei was in pain, a lot of it. It tore through his body like wildfire, starting at his abused anus and spreading from there. The only warning he got of what the inu youkai would do next was his complete withdrawal from the abused hole. Before Hiei could think or even breathe, he found his face pressed harshly into the ground hard enough to break his nose. His knees were bent, his ass in the air, as the damned youkai again slammed into his body. The fire in his body flared, engulfing his brain until he thought he could stand no more. His face was still being held to the ground and he opened his mouth in an attempt to breathe, only to taste the rich iron of his own blood as it flooded the dirt below him. The hand that held his neck down moved down his back, the claws digging into his flesh, drawing more blood. His body arched involuntarily, tightening, in an effort to block any further pain. This was apparently what the other sought, for Hiei could feel the pulsing of his climax against the torn walls of his anal passages.

Not a sound escaped either demon, not a cry of pain nor a cry of ecstasy. Both remained tensed and still for a moment hung in eternity before the smell of blood returned Sesshoumaru to his senses. Disgusted with himself and the creature before him, he shoved Hiei away from him. How did it happen, that he, Sesshoumaru, Lord of the Western Lands, had done…this?

Hiei remained still as the taiyoukai stood, threw the purse at him and left. Slowly, he pulled the pouch toward him. It was much heavier than any he’d received before. Opening it, he let the gold slide through his fingers, trying to find comfort in the cold metal. It would be enough for what he wanted, needed, to find his sister. Painfully, he drew himself to the spring to wash his wounds and to remove the smell of that damn inu from him and to think of ways to prevent such a travesty from happening again.

Cleansed as well as possible in the cold water, Hiei returned to his scattered clothing, surprised to find them in tact, and began dressing again. To his surprise, he found the addition of three strips of white fabric. There was no sign of anyone being around and he hadn’t seen anyone while he’d been in the spring. Shrugging, unwilling to pass on something that would help him, he tied the strips around the waist of his pants, securing them firmly, promising him a chance to fight back in the future. Hanging his sheath from his waist and pocketing the gold that had been his reward, he left the clearing, never seeing the golden eyes that watched, now satisfied that he’d paid his debt.

A/N...As I said, this was written to bribe someone into doing something...She picked the pairing and left it to me to figure out how to get them together...and this is all my poor mind could come up with. The two are so dominant, personality-wise, that I really wasn't sure how to get them together. I fully expect to upset some people with this...but then, maybe there are some who will like it? I value your opinion either way. And, in case you were wondering, yes the bribe worked...
