Inuyasha And Kagome
Kagome was sat up alert, she had missed school so much, and was thankful that Inuyasha had let her come back. Just then the school bell rang, and yet another day of school was finished. Great yet again she would have to collect jewel Shards with him. Not that she hated being with him, only that she just missed her average day living, and them nice soft pillows she would sleep on, them and a nice hot bath, with clean water.
“Kagome wait up!” a voice in the distance shouted. It was Hojo, yeah okay he was a nice guy, but really after meeting Inuyasha, she wasn’t interested in him any more. Kagome just sighed, waited patiently.
“Kagome what are you doing right now?” He huffed in big breaths.
”Nothing I suppose……” She was cut off from his voice.
”Would you like to go and get a milkshake, with me, I mean you are well, and getting stronger, and we are supposed to go on a date, just never get around to it!”


”Ummmmm…….” She was cut of yet again by another voice. But this time it was Inuyasha, he had come looking for her.
“Kagome, were on hell have you been!” He grumbled at her.
Kagome just froze, what else could she do. “Inuyasha not right now, I’m trying to set up a date!” She Forcefully smiled at Hojo, as he smiled back.
"No we have to collect jewel shards remember, because you broke the shikon jewel!” he yelled. Kagome should just die now, Hojo smiled that cute way he always did. He kissed Kagome’s cheek and smiled. “ I’ll see you later, we do it tomorrow is that a date?” Kagome just laughed at the face Inuyasha was making. “Okay!” she shouted as Hojo ran off.

“Excuse me, but who is that? And why does he want to date you? And what was the kiss for?” Inuyasha was really upset about the whole kiss and date. Maybe that was good, as he always made her upset about Kikyou.
“I should ask you the same thing when you drool over Kikyou!”
Inuyasha stopped and looked at Kagome, his eyes was filled with love. And he was sorry that he would run after Kikyou, but that was what he was used to doing. “Come on Kagome lets get going, okay?” Kagome sighed, and agreed with him.
When they got back to her home, she ran upstairs, and collected her things, but before she could get out of the house her phone rang. “Hello?”
“Hojo, hey, yeah I am still feeling fine, and I will be able to go on our date tomorrow!” Straight after that Inuyasha picked up the phone, and yelled down the phone.
“No she won’t be doing what ever you are thinking about. She is coming with me, and we are going to finish the jewel shards hunt like she is supposed to be doing!” and with that he hung up the phone. Kagome glared at him with full eyes. “SIT BOY!” Bang! He fell right to the ground with a thud. “Why in the hell would you do something like that!” she yelled at him. “Its none of your business on who I date, you don’t own me you know!” she screamed stopping off.
They finally returned back to the feudal era, Kagome and Inuyasha had said nothing to each other, for the longest time. Sango and Maroku, never wanted to ask what exactly happened. Kagome was pretty mad at him. “I’m going for a walk!” She got up and left, she just needed time to be away from Inuyasha.
“Inuyasha leave her alone, she is mad you will only upset her more!” Sango insisted. Inuyasha grunted and walked off, trying to find Kagome.
“He will never learn will he?” Maroku smiled.
Mean while Kagome was crying, she hated the fact that she always felt like, a toy or a metal detector. Was Inuyasha only using her and being so protective off her, because she knew how to find the jewel shards.
Kagome walked to the well and just sat there. ‘Maybe I should go home, and forget about him.’….. she had made up her mind, then she placed down the shard and jumped down to trough the well. Inuyasha stopped at the well.
‘Where in the world had she gone!’
Then he saw the jewel shards, and started to get really worried about her.
“KAGOME!” he yelled and no answer “KAGOME!”
Kagome arrived back home, she knew what she had done was the right thing. If he really wanted her there he would come back and show her how much he needed her around.
She picked up the phone and phoned Hojo, it wasn’t late maybe they could go on there date now.
“Hello?” Hojo answered.
“Hey Hojo, its Kagome, you think we could go on our date now?”
Hojo smiled “Sure thing! I’ll be other in a sec!”
After that she hung up, she went to go get changed into a nice summer dress, she was looking forward to getting away from Inuyasha!
After a while Hojo arrived. “Ready to go?” he asked smiling at how beautiful she looked.
“Wow you look amazing!” he smiled as she smiled back.
“Arigato.” She blushed trying not to show her feeling.
Inuyasha ran toward the others, with fear in his eyes, he would need there help to find her as he couldn’t smell her scent any where.
“Inuyasha back already?” he smirked
“Stop smiling baka! Kagome is gone! I can’t smell her any where!”
Sango looked at Maroku, they faces turned pale with fright.
”We will look for her herre, you go to her era to see if she went back home!”
Inuyasha nodded, and ran towards the well. ‘Kagome I hope you are home safe.’ he thought.
Kagome, walked down town holing Hojo’s hand. She smiled feeling safe but yet still couldn’t get her mind from Inuyasha. “Hojo? How come you like me so much?” She asked her eyes pleading for answers.
“I just like you, you make me melt when I am around you.” He looked into her eyes, and gently kissed her. She blushed and they walked on.
Inuyasha jumped down the well. When he got to her era, he climbed out and ran towards her house. The door flung open and he ran to her room. He looked around and saw her mother standing there. “Inuyasha! Hey Kagome’s not here sorry, she went on a date with Hojo.” She smilled at him as he eyes got angry with hate, fro the boy. He sat down and huffed. “I’ll just wait her until she gets back!” he said he knew she was out of danger and was no longer worried about her any more. The only thing that was bothering him is she was no longer his friend; he cared about her so much since he first met her, and he knew she cared for him too. But now he wasn’t so sure about it.
Kagome and Hojo had just finished there date and was walking back to her shrine. “I had lovely night.” She said with a smile on a face. “Me too, thanks for the date he said.” She laughed at him and smiled. “Finally hey?” He smirked back at her, and before she walked in the house he gave a small kiss on her soft lips.
Inuyasha was looking out the window; he really had lost all hope in having her. What was he saying he despised how so up tight she was at him. But he couldn’t feel a little heartbroken also. “Mom I’m home……..e!” she said her voice drifted the last syllable, she looked at Inuyasha and turned away. “Hey honey Inuyasha has been waiting for you!” her mother yelled back to her.
Inuyasha had said nothing; he could see the hurt that was in Kagome’s face. She walked away up to her room and shut the door. “Kagome can we talk please?” Inuyasha begged calmly, from the other side of the door. His voice was soft and tender. “Go away I have nothing to say to you.” she screamed back holding her pillow she began to cry. “Kagome What did I do wrong? I don’t even know what I have done wrong?” he said with a whisper.
Kagome wiped her eyes and sat up. “Inuyasha you hurt me so much you know that?” her cry began to fade. Inuyasha walked in and could see her tear stained face. “I don’t now how I hurt you though?” He sat beside her bed. “You try and control me like I am you metal detector!” she cried out “What’s that?” He said with a blanc expression on his face. She just sighed. “I feel like I am the detector to you precious Shikon Jewel!” she began to cry again. Inuyasha felt like he had been bulling her around a bit and grabbed Kagome and hugged her. “I’m so sorry Kagome. Please forgive me? If you want we can stay here for a few days and I’ll let you just rest up?” He smiled at her trying not to show too much worry. She just smiled and nodded, she hugged him and went to sleep.
