Eyes of a Hanyou

Chapter 1

It was a dark and stormy night. Inuyasha and the gang decided best to rest in an old abandon cave to set camp for the night. Sango and Miroku started a fire while Shippo and Kagome fixed the sleeping bags in order to get a goods night rest. Inuyasha left minutes ago to go hunting.

Inuyasha sniffed the air for any unsuspecting prey near by. He did not want to venture too far from the group incase anything happened. His ears twitched around to hear any twigs snap. He caught a sent of a wild bore in the distance and like a wild cat stalked his prey. Then with a pounce and one slash of his claws the bore was dead. He knew to clean it before he brought it back to the camp.

“I wonder what’s taking so long!” Shippo jumped up to say. The little fox demon could not take it anymore.

“What’s the matter Shippo?” Kagome said with a curious look on her face.

“I am sorry to have you worry I am just hungry and wanted to know what’s taking Inuyasha.” Shippo said.

Kagome bent down to pick up the small little kit to give him a reassuring hug. “Dinner well be here soon.” Was the only thing she could say for the hungry kit?

Inuyasha finished cleaning the bore and was now on the way back to the camp. He was a half demon a dog demon to be exact he wore a fire rat robe with a white undershirt. He had canine fangs, golden eyes, silver hair, claws that were razor sharp and a set of dog-ears on top of his head. His sense of smell was keen. He knew that the clouds were going to open up any minute and it would start to rain.

“Damn why did it have to storm tonight, maybe I will make it back before the rain comes” he thought quietly to his self.

As fast, as his demon speed would allow him to go, he made it back to the camp.
“Made it” with a smirk, grin.

“Inuyasha!” Shippo got up to run and jump on his shoulder.

Inuyasha took out his Tetsusaiga, placed the boar onto it like a steak, and set it over the fire to cook.

"I wonder if were going to find Naraku tomorrow? Miroku said with a sigh. While he looked at his prayer beads on his right hand, under them was the wind tunnel. It would suck up anything when he took the prayer beads off. He was a handsome man. He was in his 20s. He had short brown hair and brown eyes. He was very brawn. Next to him was his staff; he used quite often to kill demons if they ventured to near, also kept his wind tunnel in check. He was a Buddhist monk, but that never stopped his lecherous ways with the women, especially Sango.

Sango sat next to Miroku and kept an eye on there dinner. She was also in her twenties. She had Long Brown Hair with Hazel eyes. She wore a stunning Kimono that was pink and white. She was a demon slayer had a large boomerang made out of demon bones called a Hiraikostu.

Inuyasha sat next to Kagome. He wanted her loved her would give his life for her. Nevertheless, he knew he had to kill Naraku first. Kagome just turned 19; she graduated High School last year. She still liked sporting the mini skirt and oxford blouses, they were very form fitting not to mention lose enough to run and most conveniently to wrap around her hanyou's waist. Her skirt was red and her blouse white. She was 5ft tall and weighed 110 pounds. She had long blackish blue hair and Chocolate eyes. She was pure in heart and loved Inuyasha with all her heart.

The boar finished cooking and they began eating their feast. They decided to call it a night after their fill. Kagome curled up with Shippo, while Sango and Miroku slept next to each other. Inuyasha slept sitting up next to Kagome. The storm got worse, lightning, thunder and strong winds. The rain came down hard and heavy anyone out in it would definitely feel the sting from the rain

Kouga was running for his life, from Kagura and her wind attacks. “Damn!” He thought, "How I am going to lose her" She had already done major damage to his arms, chest, face and legs. He could not let her take the Jewel shards that embed in his legs. He was a wolf demon; he had fangs, claws and a tail. His ears were elfish and wore a brown outfit with a brown headband.

Kagura lead another attack with her wind fan. It nearly hit Kouga but he was too fast and it hit the trees instead. “Shit! That was close.” He growled. He kept running and sniffed the air “Kagome She is nearby I have to find her.” He thought to himself. While dodging more attacks, he found himself at the mouth of a cave.

Inuyasha woke up and started growling. Kagome woke up careful not to wake the sleeping Shippo.

“What the matter?” She whispered.

“Kouga!” He growled.

Just then, Kouga entered the cave and collapsed. Kagome immediately ran over to Kouga. Inuyasha growled again “Kagura!” He yelled then ran out of the cave with an already formed Tetsusaiga. Miroku and Sango were all ready up when they heard all the commotion. Sango grabbed her Hiraikostu, and they ran out of the cave together for the upcoming battle. Behind her was demon cat Kilala. She was a two tail, and had the ability to transform from her small form into her fierce form. Sango jumped on her back as they ran to attack Kagura.

Inuyasha was first at the scene. "Windscar!” He shouted out. Bright white lines came crashing towards her. She pulls a white feather out of her hair. It transforms into a larger feather she hops on and says. “This is not over." Then she was gone.


"Damn" Inuyasha growls she got away.

Kouga wakes up to find Kagome and Shippo bandaging his wounds. He looks around and no one else is in the cave.

“This could be my chance to grab her.” He thought with an evil smile.

"Oh good your awake" Kagome said. Just when she was going to ask another question he picked her up bridal style and ran out of the cave with a screaming girl and a very upset Shippo, who tried his best to keep up with the wolf.
